Jason is the proud owner of Floor Coverings International in Southeast Indianapolis, where he finds joy in helping his local community. Driven by a passion for assisting others and tackling challenges, Jason strives to offer a consultative buying experience paired with worry-free installation. His strong background in manufacturing operations, along with expertise in accounting and customer service management, provides a solid foundation for leading the FCI-Southeast Indianapolis team.
Jason and his wife reside in Columbus, where they enjoy family life with their three sons and two soon-to-arrive grandchildren. Outside of work, is often found on the golf course or giving back as a coach and board member for the Columbus Hawks basketball program.

Caleb is the first point of contact at FCI Southeast Indianapolis, bringing sharp business skills and a keen eye for detail to the team. A soon-to-be graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Business Management, Caleb combines expertise with a personable approach to enhance the customer experience.
Caleb and his wife, Megan, live in Columbus with their young son and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their second child. In his free time, Caleb enjoys coaching basketball for the Columbus Hawks, spending quality time with family, or relaxing on the golf course.

With nearly 20 years as a proud Indiana Hoosier, Amy brings warmth and dedication to every step of the flooring process. She expertly coordinates everything behind the scenes, from ordering flooring materials to managing installation schedules, to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and with quality. Amy’s goal is not only for you to love your new floors but to have a memorable and positive flooring experience from start to finish!
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and children, gardening, and exploring her passion for photography. She has had the joy of raising three wonderful children and recently welcomed a daughter-in-law into the family. Her love of home renovations and her service-oriented enthusiasm shines through in every interaction, making her an invaluable part of the Floor Coverings International team. Production Coordinator Robert A. O’Dell
With over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, Robert joins our team as our Production Coordinator, specializing in top-notch customer satisfaction, customer assurance in quality installation, as well as professional installation skills in all types of flooring products. Robert’s work has also been featured in HGTVs ‘Good Bones’ home renovation series. Robert truly enjoys and takes pride in all aspects of the floor field from start to finish. Residing in Indianapolis, Indiana most of his life, Robert spends his free time enjoying a round of golf, vintage comic collecting, and spending time with family. Robert joins a family alongside his partner Brandi of 22 years, daughter Kaysie, daughter Kinley and pups Taco and Remy, as well as a tripod kitty named Ilene.
