We had a handyman do some work in our kitchen, and he attempted to refinish the hardwood floor. Unfortunately, he was not an expert and the floor ended up in worse shape than before. We called FCI and talked to Jason. He understood my wife’s angst at having the kitchen unusable for almost two months and immediately arranged for a visit to provide an estimate. He was able to schedule the refinishing with his professional crew just a few days later. They did an awesome job and had the whole job done in two days. The quality is awesome, and my wife is delighted have her kitchen back. Certain work requires a professional. Hardwood floor refinishing is one of them. I wholeheartedly recommend Jason and FCI!!

We had water damage from a roofing issue and had to have over 3,000 square ft of flooring replaced. There was also damage to the upstairs sub floor and it also had to be completely replaced. Jason and his team worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was covered. They worked around our scheduling too which was a bit complicated due to water damage all over one side of the house. They were awesome to work with and their crew, led by Sal, was amazing. They worked quickly, the quality was outstanding and they also cleaned up after themselves. We would recommend them without hesitation. We have worked with several different companies in home renovation during this project and over the years. Floor Coverings International is hands down the best. The customer service is second to none and we are so thankful our paths crossed with them! Choose them for your flooring needs- you won’t be sorry!

Fantastic floors, when dogs act like dogs and try to rip up the side of the carpet to get underneath, they repair any damage and add transfer plates. Will definitely choose them again if I have any other needs.

After meeting with a few different companies, we choose FCI of SE Indy and we could not be more pleased. They are a family run business that FEELS like a family run business: personal, responsive, pride in their work, and competitively priced. Plus, they’re dog-people. (IYKYK.) They have made everything so easy by bringing their showroom to us and helping us pick out our floor options. We really liked the installation crew as well. We have not had an easy time with our home this year and Jason/Caleb & crew have been so accommodating (and tolerant of our stress-level & indecisiveness). Thank you for everything. We will 100% be back when the time comes to finish the rest of our house.

Jason and his crew came in took out our carpet and then sanded a refinished the floor in less than two days. A transformation is amazing! Jason also talked us through every step of the process and when we needed to change certain things such as transition pieces or loose boards, he worked with us on that in great detail. If you were thinking about getting your floor refinished floor coverings international is the place you should start first!

Floor Coverings International went above and beyond for our project. Jason, Caleb, and Amy were great at communicating and getting us exactly what we wanted. With owning an older home, we knew that we’d run into some bumps in the road but FCI knew exactly what to do, and I felt confident that they were going to fix what needed fixing! I highly recommend this business for all of your flooring needs! My new tile, carpet, and refinished hardwood is proof that they’re the best around!

Jason and the guys just helped put in new flooring across most of our house. It looks amazing! They were incredibly helpful navigating some special medical circumstances in our home and the process was smoother than we could have hoped for.
