After meeting with a few different companies, we choose FCI of SE Indy and we could not be more pleased. They are a family run business that FEELS like a family run business: personal, responsive, pride in their work, and competitively priced. Plus, they’re dog-people. (IYKYK.) They have made everything so easy by bringing their showroom to us and helping us pick out our floor options. We really liked the installation crew as well. We have not had an easy time with our home this year and Jason/Caleb & crew have been so accommodating (and tolerant of our stress-level & indecisiveness). Thank you for everything. We will 100% be back when the time comes to finish the rest of our house.

Jason and his crew came in took out our carpet and then sanded a refinished the floor in less than two days. A transformation is amazing! Jason also talked us through every step of the process and when we needed to change certain things such as transition pieces or loose boards, he worked with us on that in great detail. If you were thinking about getting your floor refinished floor coverings international is the place you should start first!

Floor Coverings International went above and beyond for our project. Jason, Caleb, and Amy were great at communicating and getting us exactly what we wanted. With owning an older home, we knew that we’d run into some bumps in the road but FCI knew exactly what to do, and I felt confident that they were going to fix what needed fixing! I highly recommend this business for all of your flooring needs! My new tile, carpet, and refinished hardwood is proof that they’re the best around!

Jason and the guys just helped put in new flooring across most of our house. It looks amazing! They were incredibly helpful navigating some special medical circumstances in our home and the process was smoother than we could have hoped for. Jason and Caleb were super prompt, polite and flexible in walking me through options that would work within our space and within our budget. FCI provided our family with exceptional service. After we had a tree fall through our roof, they helped us navigate the process and provided us with many options of flooring. The install team went above and beyond to make sure the floor was installed expertly and helped refit the appliances. FCI and it's team members were a blessing to our family and I would recommend them to anyone that has a flooring need!
