We are thrilled with our new floors. FCI installed new floors in our living room, landing, hallway, hall closet, dining room and kitchen. They also installed new subflooring to level up the living room and hallway with the dining room and new stair treads and risers. Brent Gray was our salesman/rep, he followed the installation from start to finish. The installers, Daniel and Martine worked well together, and completed the installation. We did have a few minor issues with the installation and Brent worked with Daniel and Martine to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend FCI and Brent, Daniel and Martine. ~ Paul White
