I had tile installed by a franchisee of Floor Coverings International. There were numerous problems with installation and the franchisee had closed the business. Another franchisee tried to help but the National company refused to honor the warranty.

Had a really wonderful experience with David and his team at Floor Coverings International. He was an excellent communicator and very transparent with costs, which were totally reasonable. They replaced carpet on stairs at our condo and they look stunning. Would definitely use them again in the future!

It was a pleasure working with David. He was knowledgeable, patient (which he definitely needed to be) and helped us find the perfect flooring. His installation crew did a great job, showed up on time and was easy to work with. Everything turned out beautifully and we were very pleased with the entire project. We would highly recommend them.

If you are looking for great flooring options and a dedicated professional. This service is the best! They had many options in the price range, communication was great! And they supported the coordination with other needed vendors to help with a kitchen flooring remodel! I would love to work with them again!!!
