You guys need to come fix the floors the lake villa site put in. We're out 9k dollars. Of course they closed because they were ripping people off and not doing the work correctly. Contacted corporate and will file a lawsuit if nothing is done. Our dog just slid into one of the loose floor pieces and cut herself wide open and had to go to the vet. You guys need to make things right. Contact me

Ron and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. Christopher was detailed when explaining my options and what each level of flooring meant. They are reasonably priced and quality of work is amazing. Ron is amazing at communicating and follows through on his word. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get carpet done.

To start, Christopher, my salesperson was so knowledgeable and helped me to pick out the proper colors for my home. There was a bit of a snafu with communicating at first ( they had a changed office situation but it's all fixed now). Christopher was immediate to reply and get things righted which in this day and age I feel that customer service is sorely lacking... not with this company though. The workers were excellent and all in all in VERY happy with their work!

Just had my floors refinished by Floor Coverings International of Crystal Lake. Ron Burke and his crew Adrian and Jorge were excellent, professional and efficient. They do great work and have very fair prices. I’m so happy with how they turned out, I can’t stop looking at my beautiful floors!! I highly recommend this company!

Had a great experience working with Ron and team. They fit us into their schedule when we were trying to meet a tight deadline and were great at communicating with us before, during and after the job.
