Fantastic service from these guys, nothing was too much trouble in making sure we made the right choice of carpet. The home based showroom is by far better than stood in a store under different lighting to at home. We're now a couple of months in and it still looks perfect. We'll not look anywhere else next time we need flooring.

Used a different Franchise - but floor installed improperly leading to delamination. Floor paid for was not floor installed - similar in color and design but wear/construction layers were thinner(I paid for higher end flooring but budget materials installed. Corporate refused to honor work guarantee of franchise that went out of business. Spent $14k and now have to replace my entire floor in less than 2 years.

My experience with FCI is over the top! I could not have asked for a better professional service and experience! Beth was amazing to ensure all of our needs were met with the install of engineered hardwoods. She was so patient and unconditionally was there thru the entire process. Josie, who was lead installer, was great and not only very knowledgeable but took great care of our home from start to finish. A big thank you to the FCI team! Make this your "go to" for flooring.

The new carpet looks good. The men installed it quickly. They did scratch and scuff the baseboard in a few places. We can also hear plastic when we step on the spots where the carpet was glued together.

Floor all spongy ( Laminate ) never offered to level it off for a fee or even ask if I wanted to pay for the extra. Just threw it down and took his quick profit and left. Not sure I would ever use this company again . I can’t comment on his wood install , but his laminate install is terrible unless you catch every single mistake and let him ripped it up and level it .

I recently moved my business. A week and a half before the move I needed to replace carpeting in my new location unexpectedly. Not only did Jen help me find carpet that matched the space and was in stock, but she was able to get an installer quickly and get the carpet installed the day before the furniture went in!
