Luke with Floor Coverings was so easy to deal with and made sure that everything went smoothly. Matt's craftsmanship was outstanding and his attention to detail phenomenal. We are thrilled with our new vinyl plank and carpet flooring!

I am so very much in love and pleased with my new floors... I admit... I tried to DIY a menards floor with rebates from a new kitchen... and flooring was cheap and I was not an expert and hated it. FCI brought in high quality samples to choose from, and completly installed two rooms around tricky stairs in half the time (1 day!) with 200% better and perfect leveling and installation!

Austin was great! He moved heaven and earth to get the correct flooring for our project. We were in a very tight time line and he came thru. The installers did an excellent job and moved like the wind. I was very pleased with all aspects of the job.

Replaced the carpet in the home we just bought, with hardwood floors. We interviewed several retailers/installers to handle this job...close to 4,000sf. We decided to go with Floor Coverings International. From the outset, Emilia was very attentive in providing samples and helping us with the process of selecting the exact floors. Once we made the selection, and agreed on the price, Emilia and her team began coordinating their installation with our other contractors, and got it done. The floors look great. Emilia was on the job daily to check the work of her installers. Juan, the head installer was great. He takes great pride in doing a great installation. These people take their work seriously and work hard for their clients...Thank you Emilia and Juan!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience dealing with FCI during my recent basement remodel. I had never purchased new flooring before and their team was so patient and knowledgeable that I booked with them immediately. From the ease of setting my first appointment, to ordering my floors, and final installation, the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and I couldn’t be happier with my new floors. They even threw in a free cup of coffee as a thank you! Going with FCI for my floors was the best decision and I’ll be using them again next year when it’s time to redo the floors upstairs.

We worked with Glenn at floor covering international and his installation team run by J.C. Our initial consultation and measurement went great and all the pricing and project expectations were straightforward. Before moving forward I found a new carpet I liked better and asked Glenn if he was able to get it for us. He was honest and said he would have to check with his inventory holder. He was quick to call me back and we were able to get the carpet on order and set a date for install much sooner than I expected and I was greatful for the quicker turn around. Soon installation day came and JC appeared with his crew. They were all polite and professional. The carpet we had chosen was a specialty carpet with a waterproof backing so it was not your standard install. After a few bumps and recuts the installation was complete. The installation took some days but with redoing our entire living space including closets it was time well spent to have the carpet professionally installed to customer satisfaction. I am extremely pleased with the final results. I highly recommend Glenn at Floor Coverings International for your next project.

These guys were absolutely amazing from estimate to install! Robin was so nice coming to our house and evaluating everything, answering all of our silly questions, and helping us with what would be the best choice for our rental house. Justin's communication with planning and install was more than I could have hoped for! Explained everything down to the last detail on what was being done and why and how they were saving us money on the project. Sergio was also very nice and professional with installing the carpet and worked quickly. Pricing was so much better than other quotes we received as well. We couldn't be happier with this company!
