Julia listened to our needs, shared industry technology, professionally laid out our needs then presented us with 3 options to meet our needs. Every communication was followed up promptly. Installation was a dream! Ivan ran the job - customer oriented, added another great option, and his crew was flawless. This has been my BEST home project ever. I was very pleased with my entire experience with this company. I really feel like they care about you as a customer and really take the time to make sure you are satisfied with the work they are going to do as well as how you're flooring project looks when it's completed. It made me feel valued with the way they come do a walk through before and after your flooring project is completed. I can't wait to have them come back out to help me with my next flooring project because my floor looks amaazing!
