I had the best experience ever when it came to every step of the process (getting a quote, installation, follow-ups). Can't recommend these guys enough they did a great job and took care of everything. Have already recommended to others and they loved them as well. Super fair pricing too!!

I expected the job to be complete when this company left my house. Unfortunately they did not paint the quarter round and it was left to me to find someone to complete the job. Just make sure you understand that they do not paint which was not made clear to me. I’m not sure why they offer white quarter round if they don’t paint. I had a quote for $1500 less from a different company. Wishing I had used the company with the cheaper quote. Be sure to shop around and know that the customer service at Floor Coverings International is lacking.

Wonderful experience having a section of wood flooring replaced and other area damage corrections. My flooring is no longer available but they found a great match! I will use them again and have recommended to others!

Floor Coverings International is extremely professional, fast, and easy to communicate with. I had some scheduling issues with appliances and repairs. They were easy to work with, get rescheduled, and no hassle!!! Without a doubt, I will be using them for the rest of the house!! Thank you for your help getting my house right!

They did a wonderful job putting in our new floors. We were shown several options for the floor Coverings in color and durability. It was a very easy process. Allison, the officer manager, was wonderful and kept me informed of what the schedule would be. The guys arrived on time. It took two days, which is what we were told. One of the best things was that we didn't have to move anything! Floors are awesome and are definitely pet proof. I would absolutely use them again. Loving my new floors!
