We hired Floor Coverings International of Cherokee, GA to install a new wood laminate floor in our attic bonus room. The owner, Greg, arrived on the date of our appointment in his mobile showroom van and was very helpful in helping us chose a product that met our taste and budget. The installation was quickly scheduled and we had our new floor in less than two weeks. On the day of the installation, Greg came back to the house to review the project with the installers. They did a great job and took the time to level a few places so that the flooring lays perfectly flat with no gaps. I recommend Floor Coverings International in Cherokee County, GA and would use them again for other flooring projects.

Absolutely the best …we had Greg and his crew to do a quick turnaround job for us that would have took weeks with anyone else. Within 4 days, our home was measured, carpet ordered and installed ALL within the time frame promised. Very bautiful job, communication great, price…we can be any happier. Response time in replies..Can’t say enough good things about this project and owner. We can’t thank you enough…already getting GREAT results from the work that was done!!!!

I contacted Floor Coverings Intl to help me with a problem with my new home, the tile work was bouched up by my builder’s contractor. The tile contractor apparently used sub par laborers. I needed to figure out a repair solution, Greg w/ Floor Coverings Intl wanted me to request warranty from the installer and builder. I appreciated the honesty. After consideration of pursuing a warranty I determined to cut my losses with my home builder since they’ve been a miserable disappointment with every previous issue. Instead Greg Costello suggested I contact a contractor he recommended to redo my grout which would correct the shortcomings of my builder. Floor Coverings Intl didn’t make a nickel on my workmanship misery. I will definitely reward them with my future projects when they arise. I recommend Greg and Floor Coverings Intl for their professionalism and expertise.

Amazing service! I purchased new carpet for multiple rooms and it was so easy. They came to me, even found additional swatches and it was installed much sooner than expected! Would highly recommend!!!!

Greg and Kelly were great to work with. We had both carpet and engineered hardwood installed in our home. Their installation teams came out on schedule and did a very good job on the install. The floors look great. We had one minor issue with the toe molding that we discovered the week after the installation. Greg had one of the installers back to address the issue in just a few days. It's nice to work with a company that backs their work
