Excellent experience with Floor Coverings International.. Both Kim and Rin are true professionals. I got Kim's contact information from a neighbor who had been very pleased with her installation. Kim offered suggestions for a tile color and design for a small reading room. The recommendations were perfect for the space! Also, he listened to what my needs were regarding carpet and helped me select an excellent choice. Rin has been amazing: on site to help ensure a smooth installation, went above and beyond to help with extras such as making sure the baseboard was touched up as well as helping me get my closet situated. The carpet and tile are both beautiful and very nice quality. What an improvement! Definitely recommend!

Floor Coverings International not only did a professional installation of carpet for my kitchen, but they also provided an innovative solution to the several issues we were facing with the flooring. They throughly discussed the options with us. The carpet is beautiful and functional. We got a pet friendly carpet which works well. Kim and Rin, our consultant and project manager, were friendly and professional. The project was done on time and efficiently. The project was a bit expensive but for the quality, consulting., and commitment, it was worth it. I highly recommend this company.

After a devastating flood in my condo caused my wood floors to need to be ripped out, Kim and his team were a saving grace. From the beginning Kim was respectful, easy to talk to, and put me at ease that my home would soon be made whole. We had some miscommunication about expectations when construction was about to start. Rather than minimize my concerns, Kim and his team immediately sprung into action to find a solution for me. I'm incredibly appreciative FCIs level of professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Rin and Danielle were also so patient and understanding to my needs. Most importantly, I now have stunning white oak floors that were installed with the highest quality. I couldn't be happier with the product I received.

Kim came out to my place promptly, took detailed measurements, and spent hours with me going through carpet samples until we found the perfect style and color that I loved—all while staying *under* my budget. I truly appreciated the time and care he took to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted without overspending. He also helped guide me through the HOA approval process, even contacting my HOA directly to make sure there were no surprises or delays. That kind of proactive communication gave me so much peace of mind. On installation day, the team was prompt, professional, and respectful of my space.
