We hired Kim and his team to rip up the carpet on our landings and stairs, and replace the top landing with a red oak wood floor. The final product is amazing and Kim is a wonderful human!!

I would highly recommend and we would absolutely use them again. After several bad experiences with other flooring companies, we chose FCI. They were always prompt to respond and provided a competitive price for full basement LVP flooring and carpet on the stairs - this also included leveling. They stayed on budget and on schedule. Everyone was respectful to the property and professional. They did a great installation and cleaned up afterwards. When we have flooring needs in the future, we will certainly use them again.

The carpet representative came to my house. He was expertly knowledgeable and even assisted me in choosing a beautiful color carpet that I would not have chosen myself. The carpet was installed perfectly and it made the whole room look like a different space. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

Kim and the FCI Brookhaven team did a fantastic job on our wood flooring, staining and tile installation. We had a leak which required significant restoration. While other contractors quoted and pushed for a much larger (and unnecessary) scope, Kim was honest about to handle the project. He worked through the insurance process and kept me up to date as the project progressed. The whole crew was organized and the installation was as promised. Kim has a wealth of knowledge and referred me to other honest contractors who handled painting and drywall. I highly recommend Kim and FCI Brookhaven and will definitely be using them again.

Wanting to replace a tile floor, I called the number on a mailed promotion. I was Pleased that I never had to deal with an automated menu. A quick response was followed by a home visit. The options offered respected my personal situations and I always felt my needs were high priority.
