Kim and the FCI Brookhaven team did a fantastic job on our wood flooring, staining and tile installation. We had a leak which required significant restoration. While other contractors quoted and pushed for a much larger (and unnecessary) scope, Kim was honest about to handle the project. He worked through the insurance process and kept me up to date as the project progressed. The whole crew was organized and the installation was as promised. Kim has a wealth of knowledge and referred me to other honest contractors who handled painting and drywall. I highly recommend Kim and FCI Brookhaven and will definitely be using them again.

We’ve used these guys for two laminate floor projects already and both times they were amazing! They truly stand behind their quality of service and the product. They work tirelessly to get you exactly what you need, and the end result was absolutely amazing both times. They have great teams of contractors working with them and always complete the quality control before the full payment is due. We had other cheaper options to get this work completed, but decided to go with Floor Coverings International once again because we wanted the be sure in the quality of the work and the floors. So happy we did! Couldn’t be happier with our new floors and the level of detail that was put into it. These laminate floors look and feel just like real wood and are so so durable! Thank you, Floor Coverings International! We will be coming back with more projects!

After an unexpected roof leak damaged our subfloor and caused the wood to swell, FCI truly saved the day!The entire process was seamless. Kim personally came to the property to survey the damage, providing incredible white-glove service and communication from the start. This high level of care continued through the excellent coordination of the Project Manager, Rin.The team worked with impressive speed, finishing the entire job in just one day without sacrificing quality. This flooring Company is unmatched! We got many different quotes to replace the floors on the 2nd story of our new home and found Kim who came to our house and worked with us tirelessly to make sure we got 100% what we wanted in the end. This took a lot of iterations and scenarios but he was so patient and helpful the entire time. He was also easy to reach and great at communication which was so appreciated. The crew arrived early the day of the project and got it all done within 9 hours, we were SO impressed! The floors look incredible and came out better than we hoped. The price was extremely reasonable and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. Thank you to all for such a positive outcome!
