Extremely satisfied with Floor Coverings International and very happy I chose them to do business with. I needed a quote to remove carpet and put down LVP in my upstairs office. Eric came out and was early for the appointment and walked me through the process and helped me figure out what kind of flooring would be the most useful and cost effective. He gave me a quote right on the spot after measuring out the room. This included all parts and labor to include removing the old carpet and moving furniture. Patricia was also a joy to work with. She called me the same day of my appointment to let me know that the flooring I wanted was still available and if I decide to go with them they would be able to get it pretty quickly. She was friendly and overall awesome! I decided to go with them on a Friday and made my down payment, on Monday they called and said they had all my materials and came to the house to color match some wood I have for the steps to ensure the trim would match. They started my work the same week. Alex and his crew came out on time and promptly got to work. From start to finish, they were here for about 5 hours and completed everything in one go. They even helped me rearrange some furniture that I wanted to move around. They were friendly and efficient and everything looks amazing! I would 100% recommend working with Eric and his crew!

SO GLAD I PICKED FLOOR COVERINGS INTERNATIONAL! Eric set HIGH STANDARDS FOR HIS TEAM, RICARDO met those standards and more! He worked so very meticulous, always on time, Very professional, did a FANTASTIC JOB! Our BEAUTIFUL FLOORING REFLECTS the attention and care shown by RICARDO and his crew! JUST STUNNING! TOP NOTCH and the finished product, OUTSTANDING! He did an AMAZING job! We want hesitate, in the least, to use FLOOR COVERINGS INTERNATIONAL for our next flooring project. Patricia is a GEM, y’all!! Unforeseen hurdles are no match for her! On top of EVERYTHING, EVERY SINGLE day! THANKS, ERIC, RICARDO and PATRICIA!! We’re so THRILLED, my floors are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! After shopping around for carpet installation for our bedrooms, we decided to go with Floor Coverings International and WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID! We first spoke with Eric, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect carpet. The price was competitive, and he was transparent about the entire process, including timelines! His Assistant, Ms Patricia, was AWESOME! She kept us informed and up to date about any and ALL unforeseen issues! I can’t say enough about the installation crew, lead by MICHAEL! He was a pleasure to work with! I would suggest just a little call if running late! HOWEVER, once arriving, worked tirelessly to complete the installation in TWO days! We were especially impressed with their skills and attitude to details when working to remove ALL furnishings ( very HEAVY) and making sure to respect our property MICHAEL AND CREW REMOVED ALL FURNITURE WITH CARE ! THE FINAL RESULTS are beautiful, seamlessly carpet, which looks and feels great!! They did an INCREDIBLE, OUTSTANDING JOB! Plus, they left NO MESS! Michael made sure we were satisfied with everything before he left. Thanks MICHAEL! OVERALL, THE ENTIRE CREW WAS VERY EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. We highly recommend this company. We replaced old carpeting with beautiful new engineered hardwood that flows perfectly with the older existing wood floors. The installers deserve 10 stars. They did a pretty large space in one day. Fast, perfectly done and cleaned up everything.

Just got new floors installed since our old floor had some lumps and spots where you could feel the floor shift underfoot and after everything was said and done all I have to say is, make sure you clarify with them that when you want the floor leveled you mean flat. We were told it would be leveled within 1/8 of an inch and thought that ment from the front to the back of the house there may be 1/8 of an inch difference. No they mean any 2 points even if those points are only an inch away from each other. We still have lumps and low points you can feel and even high points you can see the floor move when any pressure is applied and "see-saw" on while standing on it. Brought them out after we found the problems and was told it was within tolerance and nothing could be done without tearing up the floor again and paying even more money to put leveling compound which I already thought should have been done. Moral of the story, LEVEL doesn't apperently mean the same to everyone I guess. Waist of money.

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International! They did two projects for us on the lower floor of our home, and a year later I still love how everything turned out. Eric was very helpful in explaining our best flooring options, color matches and the entire flooring process. Patricia was also very helpful in communication and scheduling. Everything was completed in the expected (and the very short) timeframe and handled with utmost professionalism AND care. I appreciated that they made sure everything was to their own high standards. A year later and our floors still look fantastic and that's with dogs and small kids!
