Our experience with the carpet installation was wonderful! The two installers were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up and vacuumed before leaving, and took me room to room to inspect their work. I am so pleased! The office staff and Cody accommodated our needs and we couldn’t be happier!

After calling serval local companies, Lowe’s and Home Depot we ended up going with Floor Coverings International. Cody walked into our home fully prepared, educated and not salesy at all. As a realtor and homeowner, I didn’t need any crap or someone wasting my time. After the first consultation, my husband and I couldn’t decide on a carpet selection and it was no pressure. We received the quote in our email and were allowed to keep shopping. It was after our consultation, we asked for more samples to be brought in based on my Pinterest examples and the attention to detail that we chose this company. Our installer, Nelson, was also detail oriented. Now we have lush, hotel-esque carpet in all of our bedrooms. We chose Loop d Loop

I can't say enough about my flooring experience. From the moment I met the owner, placed the order, follow up, to checking on the installers who worked so hard, kept in regular contact, to finishing the job and walk through at the end. The whole team was A++++. On a side note, the owner picked up a vanity I couldn't handle and coordinated additional plumbing I needed. Took a big headache away from me. They transformed my space. The only feedback to consider is the baseboards aren't painted, only primed, and that's because when they are being installed, nails are being hammered in, so they will need to be painted after installation. Would be helpful to offer as an additional service/cost, painting them.
