Christian helped us with a tiling/grouting job that ended up being too big for my husband and I to handle/complete. We called the office and received a return call within the hour, and Christian came by to look at the job in the early afternoon of the same day of our initial phone call. We obtained a quote the next day and the price was very reasonable. He scheduled our job for the following day and the work was completed. We are very pleased with the workmanship, quality, honesty, expertise and promptnesss this company showed. Also, the person who performed the work was very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this company for any future flooring and tiling needs.

Quick response, reliable and very good workmanship. I had carpet put in 3 bedrooms and Christian fixed my vinyl nose on my stairs, transition piece from my bedroom and replaced a few vinyl planks under my fridge. He also placed my trim under my cabinets that was never done by previous vinyl installer. Outstanding work!

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International of South Orlando. The team is reliable and efficient. Cleans up after themselves and left my floors like if they never were damaged prior. I liked how the sales and implementation team came to my house to understand the flooring challenges that I faced and understood what the price to repair those challenges would be. There was constant communication with Maribel (Sales) and Christian (implementation) to not only answer any follow-up questions in a very timely manner, but also to establish the date for the work to be performed. Christian performed the work and he not only showed his expertise in performing the work, but also the ability to explain what he was doing and what his thoughts were for the flooring challenges that we faced and how he was helping to resolve them. His work was precise, he kept the work area clean, and used the appropriate methods to conduct the work. I appreciated his quest to do his best and provide a quality end job that exceeded our exceptions. I would not hesitate to call them again based on their communication reliability, work expertise, quality of their work, and their ability to work with me, the customer.
