Maribel and Christian were amazing to work with. From the very beginning, they explained everything clearly and guided me through the entire process step by step. They really helped me mentally prepare for what to expect and reassured me that even though my home was going to turn into a mini construction site everything will get taken care of. Their communication, organization, and attention to detail made the whole experience much less stressful. I truly felt taken care of and confident in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy flooring company.

Maribel and Christian are great. They take the time to explain everything and are very detailed. Their price was a little higher, so I initially chose another company with a lower proposal. Unfortunately, that company didn’t do the proper subfloor preparation or include the trim work like Maribel and Christian had recommended. I ended up having them come back to fix what wasn’t done right. I highly recommend them—even if the price is a little more because they do the job correctly without skipping steps and make sure everything is done right the first time.

We experienced a major pipe leak that ruined three rooms of our house. Not only did Christian and his team do a first-rate job with laying all of new bathroom tile and flooring in those rooms, but Christian literally was the one responsible for putting us in touch with restoration and getting things stabilized before the water damage got any worse! We are very grateful to him and to the FCI team!

I had the pleasure of using Christian and his team for both residential and commercial work. He's done an awesome job every time. I was referred to him for installing some expensive Fabrica carpeting, and the result was excellent. I offered an exterior sign project to him and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I would highly recommend Floor Covering International. Our experience working with Christian and Maribel was very pleasant, they’re very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We purchased an older home whose foundation was settled and nothing seemed leveled. They assured us they could install the flooring with no problems. They came through! Beautiful sand colored floor, that brought a new life to an older home. Maribel was very helpful in the selecting the best floor for the high traffic area, and color selection without being pushy. Christian and team came in and completed the work quickly and beautifully. Highly recommend!
