I was very happy to have Floor Coverings International refinish my living room and hall floors. The price was fair and the work completed on time. All my questions were answered completely and courteously. As an added bonus, the workers were able to remove the heavy furniture, and they came back the next day to replace it. I highly recommend them them.

Sara and Hamid with Floor Coverings International are good people and stand by their word. We are very happy with our flooring (see attached pics). The project was slightly delayed as we ended up needing new sub flooring which added time and some flooring came into warehouse damaged so we had to wait on a room to be completed longer than expected but they handled it. It was a very large project, we went with luxury vinyl flooring and so far it looks beautiful and is the overall look we wanted. The workers did accidentally damage our stainless steel refrigerator (dents in the door) but Sara and Hamid provided payment to us for the damage as it was not covered by their insurance policy. Only other issue we had was old flooring was kept out in our driveway for longer than expected but they did get someone to come get that picked up and cleaned. All the installers were courteous and polite to deal with and the head installer worked very hard to correct a couple of issues we had. While installing 2000 square feet of flooring is a large project, we are happy it is completed and looks amazing. I hope if any issues arise in the future, as this flooring is covered by warranty, they fulfill their promise of being fully committed to their product and installation.

We are extremely pleased with the sanding and finishing done to our oak floor. It looks great, and the work took less time than we expected. Kurt managed it all, even the tricky and difficult spots very professionally. I am very picky about the work done in my home and this work certainly meets my standards.

I just wanted to share my experience and maybe warn others. Called this company to redo the floor in our very tiny bathroom. The existing linoleum was peeling up and it just HAD to be replaced. We just bought this house. Tim came out within a couple of days of calling (on a Saturday too, which was nice). He was friendly but I will say, he was VISIBLY irritated when we asked to see cheaper product. I explained multiple times that we JUST bought this house and we weren’t even doing the floor because we WANTED to; but because we NEEDED to. We have TONS of little things we need to work on in the house and just wanted to get the bathroom floor done to protect the subfloor and basement. I just really couldn’t believe he had no poker face and was visibly pissed when we wanted to see cheaper product, not really behavior you would expect from the owner. Now, for the install, I have no complaints about the installer Eric- SUPER nice guy, did a very nice job. Floor looks great. But here is the rest of my issue. We paid $1300 for him to come and install floating flooring in about 3 hours. The scope of work changed and less was needed than what was in our original proposal. The radiator was not moved like we were expecting, no trim was added (Eric explained why it couldn’t be) and the linoleum below was not ripped up - just had the floor placed over it. Which, fine. But now I’m sitting here realizing just how badly I was swindled. The original quote was $1400 with the card processing fees and the revised price was about $1,275. So you mean to tell me, the scope of work changed drastically and only about $125 was taken off? I did the math and we paid about $37 per square foot to have this flooring put in! That’s just astronomical. The materials on their own absolutely cost less than $150. I paid my invoice just to settle it but I want to make it clear that I fully understand I was ripped off. I would not suggest this company to anyone. Take your money somewhere else.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing carpet for the first time. Adam was a great salesman and BJ did a great job facilitating the crew who did the install. Both Adam and BJ were available to answer ALL my questions. The installation crew was thorough and quick, only taking about 6 hours. The feel of the carpet was worth every cent. I highly recommend FCI.
