Execllent customer service and communication. They installed a beautiful custom stair runner in my house at a reasonable price, quickly and efficiently. Will is great to work with and even after install kept in touch regarding maintenance and cleaning. I highly recommend them. Difficult to find such reliable and communicative providers as FCI in this area, with such great products!

Had such a great experience with this company. I was in need of a stair runner installation asap (mostly for my puppy) and they were able to come in and do the installation within the week. Pedro (the installer) was very professional and extremely nice. He did such an amazing job, left them looking absolutely PERFECT. I’m so happy I went with them and would 10/10 recommend to anyone needing any type of flooring work done. They are affordable and honestly make you feel like you are dealing with family instead of a business.
