Prior to transitioning his career into the healthcare field, he served as a Sales Manager for Trader Publishing, where he had a very successful career for sixteen years. Will has an entrepreneur mindset and has owned two successful businesses. He is passionate about “Being your own boss” and is “In it to win it”. Will and his wife are excited to transform homes in South Miami. Both believe your home is your sanctuary and floors play an important role in your home.
Maribel Torres has spent the last twenty years as a Hospital Executive as a Chief Nursing Officer. She is known for her transformational and visionary leadership. She leads teams with a passion for creating greater employees. Her passion is palpable and contagious. Maribel is an advocate for patient safety and nursing practice and has been successful in developing programs that led to sustained performance in nursing-specific quality metrics that far exceeded national averages.
Maribel values serving the less fortunate and underserved communities. She has led several healthcare mission trips outside the United States. In addition, she and her husband are active members of their church community and together have led a Marriage Ministry Conference and currently host a couples’ group. Lastly, Maribel stands by “ You can do all things if you are determined!”
