Jason, April and the team were beyond exceptional and I couldn’t be more grateful to have had their support throughout this process! Jason truly took the time to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for. April’s communication and customer service is unmatched and the install team did an excellent job.

We have purchased engineered hardwood from floor coverings for two different homes. Quality, purchase and delivery of product could not have been smoother. When we buy again we will be calling floor coverings first.

I was very skeptical about getting a floor quote but once I went to them. I felt I was in very good hands. The consistency of communication and way everything was planned out and quick made my life very easy and was no hassle. On top of all of that my flooring in my bathroom looks great and I can’t complain one bit. Great company, with equally great flooring. My go to for my next project!

Jason gave us the best quote out of 3 flooring places. He came out to speak to us at the location and fulfilled what he promised. Nice, helpful and patient man.

We are so pleased with our new flooring! From start to finish we had a great experience working with Floor Coverings International! Jason was so patient with us as he showed samples and helped us choose the type and color of LVP that would go well with the flooring we already had. April always kept us up to date on when materials would be delivered and what we could expect next…and of course, Jackson and his crew did a phenomenal job with the installation! They took great care with every detail, and all the flooring and new baseboards make our home look like new! So glad we decided to use this company for our home renovations! I would highly recommend them!

The indoor outdoor carpet was just what I’d hoped for. April was so helpful and Kenner did a great job. I guess I hadn’t had recent experience with costs, and suffered a little sticker shock. But I am happy with the end result and would recommend.

My husband and I have had a great experience. The team is great to work with and the installers are great as well. I have used them for multiple projects and two homes and they have always been thorough, timely and extremely knowledgeable. if I have any other flooring needs, they will be my first choice

I'm thrilled with the new carpeting! Kevin Nelson did a great job explaining everything before I made my decision. Edi and Rick did a fantastic job on the installation and cleaning up afterwards. Plus they completed the job 2 days earlier than expected - bonus!! I highly recommend Floor Coverings Intl (NW Central Florida) and would use them again.
