It is so hard to find reliable expertise. After a few mishaps with other vendors just not showing up or responding, I made an appointment for a consult. At this point, I had about 20% hope of anyone showing up based on past experience but I had a call within an hour confirming and asking for details. Then Tony arrives early and takes his time considering matching main floor to the second floor - I am beyond impressed with the professionalism. I received a rough estimate right then and there and a formal estimate a few hours later. I paid the deposit ASAP and am so excited for my new floors! I will update after the job is complete but absolutely grateful to have found FCI!

We had a great experience with this flooring company. Dan was incredibly informative and took the time to walk us through the entire process, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The installation team was efficient, professional, and completed the entire project in just one day. There was a small issue that needed to be addressed afterward, and the team came back promptly and took care of it quickly and without hassle. The customer service and workmanship were excellent from start to finish. We’re very happy with the results and are already looking forward to working with them again on our next project. Highly recommend!

Devin was great at explaining the process of changing the carpet on our stairs to replace with tile. The work looks outstanding! I would definitely use Floor coverings international again for a future project!

I hired this company to install LVP flooring in my parents' condo, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Blake, the owner, was very transparent throughout the estimating process and was able to provide a same day estimate. He took the time to explain the different flooring options, including laminate versus LVP, as well as color choices and other considerations. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had, along with explaining the entire process and what to expect. Again, the transparency was much appreciated and it was reassuring to know what options were available. After reviewing the options, I ended up purchasing their flooring product because of the combination of quality, price, and warranty. Communication was outstanding throughout the project. Susie in the office did a great job keeping me updated on the flooring delivery and shipment status. The customer service from everyone was excellent. The installer did an amazing job with the flooring installation, was professional and friendly, and left the condo clean. The attention to detail and cleanup were appreciated. Overall, it was a 10/10, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring installation. Thanks again Blake for your help!

We are super happy with our floor and we had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. Scott and Ryan were very professional and respectful and informational! We knew exactly how everything was going to go with replacing the tile floors to installing the new floors. We ran into some flooring issues from the original tile flooring and they explained what the issue was along with the solution and took care of it quickly. We will be using them again!

What a pleasant and stress-free experience! From picking out my flooring with the Design Consultant Matt to my finished new floor! The installation team arrived right on time, and they were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and continuously worked until the job was complete. No mess left anywhere! Practically a dust free installation. Very respectful of me and my home. I will definitely hire Floor Coverings International for my next project!

I've used Floor Coverings International of Brazos Valley on four or five projects now, and they have been fantastic every time. They bring flooring samples directly to your home, which makes the selection process incredibly convenient and helps you see exactly how the products will look in your space. Joseph is knowledgeable, patient, and always quick to respond to any questions I have throughout the process. The customer service and attention to detail have been excellent.
