Axel and Jan were truly a blessing to work with. Fair, honest work @ an affordable rate. Axel was sooo kind. They worked with me after being ghosted by previous contractors. Jan did the work carefully and excellently. He was very careful to pull up the existing LVP to relay them. Axel and his team were honest with me when it came to unnecessary services. When they noticed a step in the original plan wasn't needed, they did not try to use me for more money. Honest companies are super hard to come by. This one is definitely a gem. Very happy I found them and I plan on using them again for future services.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The team did an excellent job installing our carpet. They were fast, clean, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how much time they took to understand what we needed and make sure the final result was exactly what we were looking for. The installation was done beautifully, and they left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend them — great workmanship and great customer service. We’re very happy with the results!

Have hard wood floor in kitchen and dining room added hard wood to living room and bedroom to match other rooms then had all flooring refinished to a different color they did an excellent job highly recommend this company

Floor Coverings International of Northbrook delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish, and we could not be more thrilled with the results! From the very beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The design selection process was thorough and personalized, making it easy for us to find the perfect carpet for our main floor. We ultimately chose a beautiful, moisture-resistant, pet-friendly carpet that was exactly what we needed. Because our original carpet had experienced years of pet-related damage, this project required more than simply installing new flooring. The FCI team went above and beyond by sealing the plywood subfloor to help eliminate any residual odors and provide us with a fresh, clean foundation for our new carpet. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job the right way. Communication throughout the entire project was outstanding. We always knew what to expect, and every member of the team was responsive, courteous, and professional. The installation crew was especially impressive. They were friendly, respectful, meticulous, and extremely careful while moving our baby grand piano and heavy heirloom furniture. Their care and professionalism gave us complete confidence that our home and belongings were in excellent hands. The finished carpet is absolutely beautiful, and the quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. Everything looks fantastic, and we are extremely pleased with the entire experience. This team is absolutely incredible. I got a quote from a larger company for my house, and they quoted me nearly double what Floor Coverings International did. When Austin came out for the quote, he created a completely low-pressure environment and gave me everything I needed to make an informed decision. The entire process was fast, easy, and the quality was incredible. They are truly an amazing family-owned company. Honestly, I find it very difficult to find home improvement companies that genuinely care about their customers rather than just the money, but this company is the most genuine I’ve ever worked with. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Wish I had started here! I called Devin after I purchased a floor from a brick and mortar flooring store after they ultimately informed me the floor was on back order and could not guarantee delivery in time for my project. I had my heart set on this particular floor. I called Flooring International and explained my situation to his office manager who arranged for Devin to come out that evening. When Devin came out to my house and showed us flooring options, he had already researched my "back ordered" floor to make sure he was only showing us reasonable substitutes. I ultimately decided to go with my original floor with a slight shade variation only because I was already committed and emotionally attached. I give Devin credit for really trying to help me knowing the situation. He genuinely wanted make sure I was going to love my new floors. If i had to do it all over again, I would have started with Devin. I spent weeks hauling heavy floor samples from stores to see them in my house. Devin brings the samples to your home. What a huge luxury! I am confident that if we had used Devin and Flooring International, we would have been very happy. I will highly recommend him and his team to my friends and neighbors.

They are very comparable to other flooring companies in town. The difference is they supplied SERVICES like bringing samples out to make sure my choice would match. They called ahead of time to schedule the appointments for installation and they did my entire bedroom, including moving furniture in and out of the room within four hours. The sales rep was very accommodating and the men that came out to do the actual work. we’re very polite and worked diligently. To get the job done
