We have used Floor Covering International for 2 large projects that included laying hardwood floors, finishing preexisting hardwood floors and carpeting in rooms and on staircases. In both projects, sales consultants were helpful and fair and the workmanship was excellent. We did have a few issues but most importantly, Jeff and his team were responsive in making things right and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Floor Covering International.

My wife and I worked with Joey and his team to replace the carpeting in one of our bedrooms. The level of service Joey provided was excellent from beginning to end. Super prompt with all communications, and performed measurements and provided an estimate the day after I reached out. Followed up several times after the job was done to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with all the work performed. 10/10 - would definitely recommend Joey and his team for anyone needing flooring work!

Replaced all upstairs carpet. The process was professional and flawless. Preston was very helpful and flexible. The cost was reasonable. Will definitely call on them again if we change downstairs carpet.

Michael was kind and helpful setting up and arranging my appointment. Brandon came out to quote the job on my bathroom floor and was very knowledgeable and finally a week later Nick the installer did a great job on the finish project. I'm happy with the way everything went.

Our floors turned out absolutely beautiful! Our home is an older home & the floors have given it a whole new look!!! I originally had 3 companies set up to give me estimates. Wes was the 1st one. He was very knowledgeable, professional, & his estimate was right in our budget! I appreciated his honesty, his recommendations for our home were right on, & there were no hidden costs!!!!! I was so impressed that I immediately contracted with him & cancelled the other appointments. His team was professional & efficient. If you are looking for a “Top Notch” job we highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

I had all of my carpeted areas replaced with wood, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. Elizabeth, the owner, personally came to my home to complete the estimate. She was incredibly thorough and offered thoughtful suggestions based on her expertise and experience, which I truly appreciated. Rachel, the coordinator, kept me informed every step of the way regarding timelines and deliveries. She was present on installation day and introduced me to Evando, the installer, who was polite, professional, and extremely neat. It was clear that he took great pride in his work. Rachel even returned at the end of the day to ensure everything met both my expectations and the company's standards. My stairs and floor look absolutely gorgeous! The entire project was completed promptly and professionally, without any issues. I would highly recommend FCI to family and friends without hesitation. Outstanding service all around!

I’m really happy with the flooring. It was quick and easy. There was no major mess to clean up. I was however waiting for a walk through to check everything, but that never occurred even after a reminder.

Andrew is deceiving and acts as if he has his own crew that works for him but he just subcontracts others and then tries to act as the middle man and make himself extra money. He is not a “flooring expert” and doesn’t have even a basic understanding on how flooring and renovations work. He uses AI to answer customer questions. The flooring he sells is good quality, but I’d advise buying it elsewhere. He is dishonest. Apparently materials being delivered and ready to be installed is the same thing as in process/on the way incase you didn’t know that means the same thing. High quality flooring but low quality “businessman,” so if that’s what you want to experience, hire him!

We recently installed luxury vinyl in our finished basement from Floor Coverings International. Our sales person Darrell was extremely helpful in showing us what was best for our floor choices. His digital tool allowed us to see our choices using a picture he had taken of the area. When we had more questions, he came back and showed us some more choices. We decided to move forward! The installers, Darrel and James came about a week later and started to prep the concrete floor for installation. They discussed with us what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions. They completed the project over two days and did a great job. They went above and beyond what was originally planned for, and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome! Floor Coverings International is a local company with great people. They communicate well and do what they say they’re going to do. We highly recommend this company if you need flooring installed in your home.
