Zury is absolutely amazing! I have carpet in my bedroom and when dog sitting the dog decided to try and dig it's way out. needless to say the carpet at the threshold was trashed. For whatever reason i have extra material for every floor in my home except that one and of course it was discontinued. I was told by another flooring person the only solution was to replace the whole room. luckily I called Zury and he offered to have his crew out with the possibility of stretching it or cutting a small area out of the closet floor to weave into the damaged area. 2 potential solutions that I was way more open to than recarpeting the whole room. His crew came out, and so did Zury. They looked at it and were able to stretch the carpet without having to damage the closet. But I would have even accepted that if that was necessary. Tehy didn't charge much either. They even took off their shoes outside the front door without asking or being asked to do so. They were just top notch. Thanks Zury!

I have worked with Christian for close to a decade now and would highly recommend him for any flooring needs. From our personal home to rental properties he is there from the ground up, between floor prep, padding, to finished floor covering. Doesn't matter if it is tile, wood, or carpet the process is seamless and professional.

Max got the situation started and the two technicians - Daniel and his partner whose name i didn’t hear - worked pretty much non stop. The threshold to the kitchen has Some blue tape on it still to allow the glue to cure I suppose, And we’re waiting for a Piece of gear to make the transition to the bathroom smoother. I do not have a picture of the bathroom entrance. My sister and I are very satisfied with the work that’s done and it looks great. The project was delayed for a very long time and we’re very very happy to have it wrap up.

We loved working with Dan and his team for our laminate flooring! Andrew met us at the home for a consultation, walked us through all of our options, and was transparent about the pros/cons of each one. FCI was chosen to install pre-finished solid hardwood floors in four second floor bedrooms. From the design/sales process to installation, this company is professional and highly recommended. They will be hired again in the future to refinish the entire first floor hardwood floors. Many thanks to Conner, Payton, Jorge and Jesus!! Their attention to detail during the installation was phenomenal and cleanup was wonderful…no cleaning required on my part.

I did my research as far as companies around this area of Ft. Mohave. This company kept reaching out to me so we set up an appointment for them to come out and show me what they had. They were on time. They were polite. They were very educated as far as product. They even showed me pictures with different kinds of laminate floorings with my Furniture. So I knew exactly what it was gonna look like. I picked the carpeting for the Casita and laminate flooring for the living room. I worked with Amanda she did all the calling the appointments the checking on the workers. If I had any questions, she answered immediately. If I called her about questions, she calls back right away. She is very professional and asset to this company the workers that laid the carpeting and the laminate were excellent. I was very impressed with Robert that laid the laminate flooring. There is not one mistake on this floor there is not one mistake with any of the trim that he put back. After all the work done, this company comes out and does a walk-through. it was the company’s owner that came to do the walk-through. If you want quality you pay for quality. Our home had 31 year old flooring, most of it was carpet, so soiled and full of dust I just quit trying to vacuum. Our neighbors highly recommended Floor Coverings International. Brianna came on a Tuesday, measured our square footage and gave us a fair quote. We purchased our flooring by ourselves. By the next Monday, the "flooring guys" came in ready to help move furniture and they had our new laminate completely installed by Friday. Their flooring man, Cody, did a great job! Kudos to him, Brianna and Floor Coverings International. Highly recommend this company! Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Thanks FCI !!

We cannot recommend Floor Coverings International if you want a company that corrects installation issues beyond using a floor marker to mask installer-caused scrapes. Be prepared to advocate & fight for what you were promised before settling for a poorly done project. After installation, we pointed out several concerns, including scratches & divots (expected in construction, & sales assured us they'd take care of any issues). Many were fixed with floor markers we were willing to look past; however, two areas had deep scratches from the installer carelessly dragging furniture & the bathroom sink. Having given their initial "easy" fix a shot, we requested those boards be replaced. We waited 1.5 weeks between each requested remedy & only got responses after proactively following up a week later. We were given a repair date to replace the boards. The day before (a Sunday), the office called to say the installer had a time conflict (typical for him; he never arrived on time once, often arriving after 12-1pm). She also shared that the day before returning, he claimed he wouldn't do the sink area without a plumber removing & reinstalling the sink--at our expense. We were over a month into this project with zero mention of plumber/spacing issues. During sales, our bathroom was evaluated & sales reassured us there'd be no issues & that they handle that in most installs. When we challenged the extra cost, we were simply told "it's in the contract." That might be acceptable if identified earlier, but he installed the floor fine the first time & made no mention until the day before returning--a month after we raised concerns about scratches in that spot. After another 1.5 weeks, a new installer was scheduled. He easily handled the bathroom repair without a plumber but didn't have enough boards for the second scratch--despite the office & sales team inspecting it & having photos showing the required boards the day after the initial install over a month prior. I was told it needed an inspection before ordering boards (despite previous visits & photos), but they couldn't send anyone for a 10-min inspection for weeks. They also never advised us this step was needed--continuing a trend of poor communication & zero proactive planning. During initial install, the installer was highly unreliable. Not once did he arrive near the promised time, each day brought an excuse, & he often arrived after 12-1pm, forcing him to stay past 7pm. He gave unreliable estimates for timelines. He was clearly exhausted & struggling by end of day, raising quality concerns that show in the areas we're still trying to fix. He was nice & did decent work when not exhausted. When paying $13k for "super scratch-resistant" floors, getting quality installation & responsive communication shouldn't be this difficult. Things happen, but the added stress & constant schedule rearranging (while working full-time jobs) has been unacceptable. Their priority is clearly the next new project, not finishing ones already started. If you get lucky with a perfect install the first time, they're great; as soon as something isn't right, be ready to strongly advocate for yourself & refuse to settle for the "easy" fixes they offer.

We replaced our floors recently. Prince executed very well on this project. He is helpful in selecting right product at right price point. He offered a rough estimate before coming for measurements. This helped to make a decision while we were still on fence to replace or not. There were a few hiccups when we ran out of material but Prince took care of everything and finished the job on time within our budget. Overall, I recommend to engage them for your project

If you're looking for a flooring person I got a guy! Devin with Flooring international. He is the owner and will come out for free to give you an estimate. Not only that but he has a mobile flooring van that has all the samples and colors so you can see your options. Very imformative in offering the best solutions for your flooring needs.
