This is our second time working with Floor Coverings International. Once again Vince and Jose exceeded our expectations. We got our old carpets out and new flooring installed within a week. Jose does amazing work - we specifically requested he do the work since he was so good on the first project.We stuck with Silent Blue (local manufacturer) for their premium wide plank vinyl. Great product. Vince is so easy to work with. Excellent communication and solid recommendations based on our needs. Highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

So thankful to have found Floor Covering International pretty early on in our search to replace carpet on the upper level of our home. Although a minor hiccup in communication set our initial meeting back, Marty and her husband were quick to communicate with us to get the consultation and project on track. Our questions were answered in detail and all of our options clearly explained.On the install, they carefully moved all necessary furniture off the old carpet and moved it back to its precise position once they were done. They also disposed of all the old materials properly and took care not to damage our home although they carried heavy items up and down steps. The team was very time efficient overall. Being able to enjoy our space with quality carpet has made all the difference on our home. Would highly recommend them to tackle any flooring job!

My new Luxury tile floors are beautiful! The men did most of my townhome in one day. They made sure that I was comfortable the whole time that they were here. They completely cleaned up before they left. Before they moved any furniture to start the job they took a picture of the furniture placement so they would get everything back correctly. Of course, I wanted to move a couple of pieces of furniture and the men kindly did that. Janna and everyone at the company were so kind to work with. Janna brought the samples right to my living room for me to make my selection. I’m so happy that I was lucky enough to find this company here in Kernersville.Betsy Padgett Richardson

The experience was great. Excellent service from my initial contact, ordering the floor through the installation. Everyone was very friendly, pleasant and professional. Courtney, Tim, Stephan and the installation crew were wonderful. The floor came out beautiful. Very quick installation with little disruption and inconvenience. Also the clean up was great. The company come very highly recommended from me!

I could not have contracted with a better company to do my floors! FCI’s installers know their stuff, are respectable and worked their butts off to get things done during the time frame committed. I had about 1500 sf of existing glued engineered hardwood floor removed and replaced with laminate, carpet, and ceramic tile. Matthew and his crews were all attentive, responsive and respectful of my property and everyone. It was a week and a half project and we stayed at home during this time including 4 dogs! I can say it was very stressful as what renovation isn’t, but I was confident in and looking forward to the end results. The installation was immaculate with very little baseboard touch ups, which was expected. I truly LOVE MY FLOORS and know I will enjoy them for years to come! Thank you FCI!

My wife and I bought a home and only had a couple of weeks to squeeze some flooring work in before our move. Steve and his crew responded quickly when we asked for help, and they did an incredible job of buffing/staining our hardwood floors. They were able to complete the work within 1 week of contacting them. Not to mention I believe they’re very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!

We had laminate flooring completed throughout our home. Floor Coverings International Spokane did a superb job. We met Brie at the Home and Garden Show. We then meet with Carter who went over our options and plans. From there we communicated with Garrett regarding scheduling. They were flexible with our schedule. The two gentlemen who completed the installation were very professional. They were polite, they cleaned up their areas after they completed their job and their work was excellent. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Just had Floor Coverings Int. finish 2100 sq ft of laminate flooring done to our house. Could not be happier with the end results.
