From the minute we met Zach, no other business compared to his top-notch customer service and attention to detail. He really listened to our needs and came through with super carpet for our house and vinyl for our bathrooms. The products came within a week, installed in 1.5 days and we had two different visits after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied as they inspected to make sure the job was to their satisfaction (and ours). Their prices are competitive and they were very easy to work with. The installers take pride in their work and are happy to help make your home a better place to relax. After getting bids from 5 companies total, we chose International Floor Coverings in Vancouver and have not looked back!�

It was great working with Travis for wall-to-wall carpeting. We have a large king size adjustable bed with a giant tall storage and headboard combo. All the other carpet installation companies basically refused to take the job, with the requirement of moving all the furniture AND disassembly of the adjustable bed and headboard. Travis looked at this and took some pictures and he called his installation team to specifically check and see if they could take on the project. It was wonderful that he was able to do this and the crew that installed the carpet, did everything absolutely perfectly. Carpet, padding, cleanup; all went perfect. We will definitely use his services again for our next flooring job. Well Done Travis and Team!

Went to look at floor samples. Was told it would be there on Monday. Well, guess what? Still no sample. Is this how it will be if we proceed with ordering and installing floors?

Floor Coverings International was so great to work with on refinishing the floors of our new home. They removed the carpet and sanded and stained the hardwood floors underneath to match the rest of floors throughout the house. Larry and Liz were great to communicate with and made everything seamless. We already have them working on our basement floors now!

Floor Coverings International (FCI) was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a very tight timeline for carpet installation and on short notice they were able to accommodate our schedule. The installation team that came was not only excellent at their work, they went above and beyond in helping us to troubleshoot a few flooring questions/concerns. Floor Coverings International Melbourne is a very good company with which to do business. Arthur visited my home catalogs and samples aplenty. Upon making my selection, it was just a short time later that the installers were ready to place the new flooring. The installation went smoothly, finished early, and the job was excellent.
