The installation was perfect, and the price was okay. There's a reason why I knocked off one star is because it took a long time for my carpet to come in. And I was not notified of the delay. I had to call twice.

I had an absolutely disgusting floor before I called Floor coverings international of Harrisburg. The results they provided.me was so beautiful I could not believe it, especially because one guy was was doing the floor all by himself. Absolutely stunning! I'm thrilled with the work that Ramsey and his crew did. The basement transformation was epic and I couldn't be happier. The floor was done in under 5 hours. The team was extremely professional and their attention to detail is hard to beat. The hardest decision was choosing the vinyl flooring. Thank you.

FCI of North Central San Diego is highly recommended for all your flooring needs. My home was completely in need of new floors and once we met with Charlie and saw his passion for flooring, we knew we were in good hands. Charlie's team showed up every day on time, worked hard all day and went above and beyond anything we expected. Workers were incredibly nice and thoughtful and we enjoyed having them. Charlie came to our home with samples so we could see what the selections would look like in our home and lighting. We went in a different direction than what I would have selected in a store or showroom. There was a difference seeing the samples in your own environment. Charlie is so knowledgeable and made recommendations, in the process of the project, that helped in getting us the best results. The entire process is difficult but FCI of North Central San Diego (Charlie and his team) made the experience far easier than it COULD have been. A huge recommendation and thank you!

THIS IS WALNUT CREEK, NOT PLEASANTON!!! I have to start out with saying how lucky I was to make a phone call at almost 9pm one night and Asit M picked it up to my surprise. I was looking for new carpets to be installed. Floor Coverings International came through! The installers were on time and careful and polite and hard working. Amazing work ethic. I must thank Asit & his wife, Jigna for leading this company.

Overall we are happy with our dealings with this company. The flooring is perfect, the installation crew were first class. The only fly in the ointment was the sales end of things. The salesman, who is no longer working for FCI, didn’t recognize that the tile under the carpet was asbestos so when the installation crew showed up and saw the problem we had to do some things to fix the situation. The short version is we had to hire another contractor to remove the tiles before we could get the new flooring installed. That was another $4K. I insisted on an itemized invoice which was a very good decision because we would have been charged approximately $2K for services that were not needed. I would use this company again because of the quality of their products and their installation crew but would definitely pay very close attention to what you are paying for. Ask for itemized proposal.

(Late entry)- From the introduction to the final walk through, Mario was very thorough and responsive to any questions and/or details concerning our installation. His team, Matthew and Hugo, showed up on time everyday, very helpful with moving furniture, and very clean. I would HIGHLY recommend using this team to any flooring needs. Great overall experience.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International Mission Viejo. Justin came by our house matched our current flooring and wasted no time getting the estimate back to us. Forward a few weeks later and the crew arrived right on time and got straight to work. They finished the job the same day and the flooring looks beautiful!

Bryan went above and beyond to match our existing flooring. Able worked diligently to schedule installation around our needs and obligations. Both made sure we received the financial assistance we were looking for, taking any stress off us! The installers were meticulous, courteous and pleasant. We could not have asked for a better crew! Ashley came out and gave us a bid on our flooring, Although it was not the most expensive or least on the bid we chose them because of the customer service, knowledge and willingness to accommodate our project. They were very communicative throughout the process and their team along with project manager mike made sure we were fully informed and provided an effortless installation.
