Ryan knows everything about all of his products and his recommendations where very appreciated and spot on. He even knows the market on shipping and production when prices on the products could raise or lower and saved us money in the long run. They got the floors done ahead of schedule and the crew was efficient, clean, and professional as well.

Nate and his team are incredible!! They go above and beyond in every way. The work they did on our floors was beautiful. Communication is excellent. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

As a builder I love using Nate and his guys. They bring the samples to the customer so they can view them in house. Once selections are made FCI orders the materials and then installs. Their lnstallers do great work. Nate is full service which makes my life easy and makes me look good to my customers. I highly recommend using them. You won’t regret it. David Martin

We just had a great experience working with Flooring International on a new kitchen floor which we love. The customer service from Dahlia was excellent and Sean did a great job with installation. Highly recommend this company if you value follow-up, attention to detail and a quality job for a reasonable price.

Floor coverings international did a wonderful job from beginning to end. Jennie was a pleasure to work with showing me all her samples and being very patient explaining the process. Alex and Ivan were great on install day. They moved the furniture and put it all back where it needed to be. We are truly enjoying the new carpet softness and great color. We even found an old leak that had caused damage, and had to get a contact out to assess the situation and they were very helpful through that process as well!

Jeremy and Sally were very communicative and always went the extra mile to accomodate our needs and schedule. Sean did an excellent job of installing our new hardwood flooring and staining it to match old hardwood flooring in an adjacent room. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

We had an outstanding experience with Floor Coverings International and especially with the owner, Ben. From the very beginning, Ben was incredibly responsive, professional, and punctual. He came directly to our home with many carpet samples, which made it so much easier to see the colors and patterns in the actual room lighting and space. Normally I can make decisions pretty quickly, but I was struggling to narrow down the pattern choices. Ben went above and beyond and offered to come back a second time with additional larger samples he specially ordered for us. That extra effort made all the difference and helped us feel completely confident in our final choice. The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. We received texts and emails every step of the way — when the carpet was ordered, when it arrived, scheduling updates, installation details, everything. The installation timeline was surprisingly fast, and the team that came out did an outstanding job. Professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. This is truly a full-service company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and making sure you love the final result.
