Matt and Traci and their team at Floor Coverings International have once again provided an excellent flooring experience! Yesterday, wood floor refinisher Don and his team, provided a service referred to as “screen and coat” Within a 3-1/2 hour total time frame our wood kitchen floor was refinished and topped with 2 coats of commercial grade sealant, resulting in a beautiful product. We had Floor Coverings International-Stow install carpeting in 2 bedrooms and a living room, about 4 years prior, so we did not hesitate to have them provide this service. Sandwiched in between those experiences, some may recall that I asked Matt if he could refer a source for a durable, commercial grade, stair tread! Many floor covering firms may largely ignore such a small order, however Matt researched, sourced it and I was able to complete another DIY project! For those prospective customers in the Strongsville area, you will now also benefit from the floor covering expertise, attention to detail, and very fair pricing, Matt and his team are providing!

Really loved working with Dave. He brings great thoughtfulness and care to his work and interactions with potential and current customers. He paid attention to my asks up front, provided a few samples that fit what I was looking for while not overwhelming me with choice, and is just generally an enjoyable person to be around. Great partner. Our carpet installers, Gama and Antonio, really busted their butts removing two floors of carpet and installing new padding and carpet over a long, 10-hr day. We're really happy with the final product.

Floor Coverings International South Gwinnett representatives, Garner and Amos were professional from the start.They communicated well with me throughout the process. The work done was good. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the timing to complete the project took longer than expected, since it was only one room.

Recently I had the pleasure of a very friendly crew and attentive organization tackle a floor refinishing project for me. I have hard wood white oak floors that have been heavily oiled and then stained with a walnut colored finish. Within one day, they had the floors of the first two rooms sanded and finished in the most beautiful white oak blonde. We are restoring a 1935 craftsman farm house in stages. Floor Coverings International crew arrived several minutes early to evaluate the job and stuck to it with no dust sanding equipment. We were treated with respect and valued our needs when questioned were addressed. Phase two of our home remodeling project will, without question include Floor Coverings International. It's not an easy task to find a reliable contractor but we found a flooring specialist that delivers on their promises.

Jeremy and Sally were very communicative and always went the extra mile to accomodate our needs and schedule. Sean did an excellent job of installing our new hardwood flooring and staining it to match old hardwood flooring in an adjacent room. Pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Robin was very easy to work with on getting an estimate. Multiple other companies would not even respond or follow up. They were able to get me on the schedule faster then I expected. Floors were sanded, stained and sealed and all was finished today. Floors look awesome! Jeff did an amazing job on refinishing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these folks.

From the initial estimate with Amy, the job done by Alex and the consistent communication and job inspection from Rex…. I would say they nailed it! As someone who owns a small business, it was nice to get professional work and quality material at a competitive price. They did our whole basement and got it done in 2 days!
