We moved into a home and needed carpet installed upstairs. They responded quickly and came out to give me a quote the very next day. It was cheaper than another quote for the exact same carpet. The carpet was installed the next week and has been great for my family. Would use them again for any flooring needs.

Troy came in on my project after a disastrous experience with another local carpet company. He showed me what it means to be professional and how the process of selecting, ordering and having carpet installed should be like. His men were very courteous, kind and efficient during the install. The stair runner and basement wall to wall with stair install they did looks great! We absolutely love our new floors! Payton and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Our project had some unexpected challenges with the existing tile and underflooring, but they figured out every issue and made sure everything was done right. They took such great care with our home, kept everything incredibly clean and paid attention to every detail. The finished floors are gorgeous, and we could not be happier with how they transformed our home. I cannot recommend Payton and his team at Floor Coverings International highly enough!

The install team was quality-oriented, fast, and professional. What's notable about this project was Michael's consultative approach and product knowledge which resulted in smart recommendations. From our initial phone call to the final walk-through, everyone at Floor Coverings Intl. was outstanding. The team showed up with beautiful samples and got right to work measuring for our new floor. The price quoted was so good and way below what we expected! Cody showed up on Monday and got right to work removing the old carpet and hauling it off. Thursday afternoon he was done with everything...floors, base trim, clean-up! We are over the moon with our new flooring, and have Floor Coverings Intl. to thank! They're THE BEST.

OUTSTANDING! The entire process from design to install was fantastic. If I could give it 10 stars I would. On time, very communicative, and detail oriented. Frank was a pleasure to do business with and made our project run smoothly. The installers were professional, courteous, and clean. We were renovating a 100 year-old house and, as you can imagine, no floor was the same height or even level. They took care of everything, and spent the extra time to make sure that it was done right. Very happy!

From the minute I called this place the people were amazing Gary came to my house did walk through listen to what I wanted hooked me up was a great subcontractors Gigi who mans the phone is just an amazing woman they take time they listen the job was done beautifully I had a couple of hiccups but that was on my end and they went ahead and did and took care of them for me with no hesitation. Highly highly recommend prices are great treated like a true customer service should be 100% And the job is just phenomenal I feel like I'm in a brand new home from the flooring. Definitely go with these people. While I was happy with the flooring there was an issue with the moving of a television I did mention it to them the the person that put my floor down his helper was not with him he was in my bedroom he moved my TV and when he moved it down from the hutch on to the floor it disconnected the sound bar and the auxiliary Jack it broke the prongs When I put the TV together I realized what happened I did make them aware. I went on my own and bought an extractor kit from Amazon to try to get the prongs out with no avail. I did mention it again I was told that they were not supposed to move electronics I was responsible I did ask the person who put the floor down if they need help because their helper was out sick . I was told no I'm a little disappointed by the reaction I'm not asking for a new TV all I was asking for was maybe if somebody could have that fix for me I'm unable to get my local channels now because I don't have an auxiliary input. So while they did a great job on the floor and everybody was pretty good they did move my electronics and I was told they were not supposed to and this was done on his own. Therefore good on the floor do NOT let them move your electronics

We purchased a new home about a year ago and have been completely transforming the color palette and overall look of the interior. One of the biggest projects was updating our outdated parquet floors while still preserving the beautiful original wood. We hired Floor Coverings International to help bring our vision to life, and I’m so happy we did! From the very beginning, Casey took the time to really listen to what I was envisioning for both the floors and our home. He offered thoughtful recommendations that aligned with the look I wanted and was fantastic about communicating throughout the entire process. When it came time for the refinishing, Charlie, John, and Isiah did an AMAZING job! This was a very large project, and they walked me through every step along the way. Their communication was excellent, they were incredibly detail-oriented, and you could tell they truly cared about the quality of their work. I especially appreciated the extra care they took in our kitchen. We had just recently refinished our cabinets, and the paint had not fully cured yet. The team was extremely careful working around them and made sure everything was protected throughout the process. The final result is absolutely stunning! The floors completely transformed our home while still allowing us to keep the character of the original parquet flooring. I’m so appreciative of Casey, Charlie, John, and Isiah for their hard work, attention to detail, and dedication to bringing my vision to life. From the first phone call, Floor Coverings International was wonderful to work with. I needed flooring installed in a very short period of time. I met with Bo the day after I called, he brought samples to me that were in my price range, measured my space and gave me the quote. All looked great. The next phase we worked with Francisco, the project manager for the actual install. He contacted me and kept me up to date on my product delivery and installation time. He was very responsive, friendly and walked me through all the questions I had before installation started. And now the installers, they were fantastic! They worked so well, quick and did a great job. I had a couple of trim changes around a couple cabinets that I made from my original design, for my own preference and they had no problem switching everything out for me. We are extremely happy with the end result and would recommend Floor Coverings International and Bo's team in a second! Thank you!

We just had our whole first floor upgraded with vinyl plank flooring from this amazing company! Over 1200 sq feet and they were able to finish it in just a little over one day. We use to have two different kinds of carpet and two different types of hard flooring. All of it was outdated, worn, dirty, damaged, and plain old ugly. Now it looks amazing and will be so easy to keep clean! The team that installed the floors were very professional and super friendly. They asked me questions so that they could do things just the right way and didn’t leave our house until we finished a walkthrough and we were fully satisfied with the job. Satisfied is not the right word, BLOWN AWAY is more accurate!! Our home looks like it’s brand new now! Every bit of trim, caulking and bead-board is just right. They even brought our attention to a leaky toilet that we didn’t know we had. And instead of just patching it or making it work, they let us know that we should have a Plummer come out. So I was able to call one yesterday and have them come out today. All because these guys are honest and professional and have your best interest in heart at all times. From Joel, to Ike, to Alex and his team, you are all part of our family now and you’ve helped make our house feel even more like home and we love you for that! We highly recommend this company and all of their services! They are OUTSTANDING!
