If you are looking for flooring, stop what you are doing and call Ashley. From the moment I reached out, she was professional, warm, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed. She came out to my studio right away, took all the measurements, and spent real time with me going through colors, brands, and options without ever making me feel rushed. When I was not sure which flooring I wanted, she made sure I got samples quickly so I could see them in the actual space before committing. That kind of thoughtfulness made all the difference. I ended up with something absolutely beautiful, and I could not be happier with the result. Ashley’s friendliness, patience, and top-notch service are the real deal. I had a smaller tub installed and needed ceramic tiles to be placed in small area where old bathtub was. FCI was able to do my project 5 days after request and did not care how small the job was. Within two hours Jeff and Jim installed the tile and made my remodel look amazing. Thank you for your professionalism, prompt response, and extremely reasonable price. We had a wonderful experience with Floor Covering International. Brieann came to our home and helped us decide what was best for us. Kevin, the project manager, kept us informed on the progress of the supplies and then the installation. When it was all done, we had a concern about some damage. Kevin repaired the damage and did a great job. We will use them again for our flooring needs.

We recently hired Floor Coverings International of Boulder to refinish our existing hardwood floors and install new hardwood flooring in our family room and master bedroom. As a result, we now have beautiful hardwood flooring throughout our entire home. The team at Floor Coverings International did an outstanding job. They were courteous, professional, and attentive to detail throughout the project. They also helped us move all of our furniture out of the house before the work began and back into place once the project was completed. The quality of both the refinishing and new floor installation met our expectations, and our floors look fantastic. We recently hired Floor Coverings International of St. Augustine to replace the carpet in our home office, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and master closet with Shaw Paragon 7 Plus LVP in Cut Pine. From the beginning, Jim was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and helped us select flooring that complemented the existing vinyl throughout our home. The installation crew was courteous, hardworking, and paid attention to detail. What impressed me most was how they handled a concern after the initial installation. We noticed a soft spot in one area of the office floor, and rather than making excuses, they came back, pulled up the flooring, corrected the low spot, and reinstalled it properly. The final result looks outstanding. The flooring transitions are clean, the rooms flow seamlessly with the rest of the house, and the workmanship is excellent. Just as important, Floor Coverings International stood behind their work and made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. I would not hesitate to recommend Floor Coverings International of St. Augustine to anyone looking for quality flooring, professional installation, and customer service that continues after the sale.

Excellent job! Serge did my laminate flooring. Nehemiah and his co-worker did my carpet install. Both were efficient, professional, pleasant, and cleaned up their own mess.
