I wish I could give this business a 1000 stars. From my first phone call with Travis with regard to getting an estimate and meeting us for a presentation/quote, to Rebeka the project manager, to Yule with installation...... I could not be any more impressed. Travis is completely educated with flooring in general, very pleasant, gave an educational and sincere presentation , great communication, straightforward with information, not withholding anything. He delivered everything as promised. Rebecka is extremely informative, very knowledgeable about everything Floors, has great communication skills, pleasant to deal with, professional, friendly and both of them have been extremely prompt. They check in regularly with either a visit or a phone call on almost a daily basis. Yulia and her team have been very consistent working every day, all day. I've never seen a team with better camaraderie. The pay close attention to every detail and they're very careful with shifting furniture. They are very happy workers. My hat is tipped to the owners because clearly, they treat their employees amazingly well. This entire experience has been beyond amazing. I have zero to say in any kind of negative way. I could not be happier. These owners are doing a phenomenal job. A sincere thank you to this entire company.

Buyer beware: our experience with Floor Coverings International of Wake Forest has been extremely frustrating. We contracted them in September 2025 and paid a deposit of nearly $6,000 for carpet installation. Before payment, communication was excellent. After payment, we consistently had to reach out for updates. Over several months (September through February), we were given multiple installation timeframes that never materialized. We received little proactive communication and had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic information. We were told materials were backordered, but we were not provided clear documentation confirming the order. When we requested documentation, we received a PDF with dates that did not align with when we signed the contract, which added to our confusion about the status of the project. We are now over two weeks past requesting a full refund and still have not received it. We were recently told a check would be delivered on a Friday or Saturday, but when no one arrived Friday, we followed up and were told the refund would be delayed again due to other payments needing to clear and would need to be rescheduled. This was yet another instance where we had to reach out just to receive an update. Based on the repeated delays and missed commitments, we have little confidence that timelines provided will be met. This pattern of delays and lack of communication has been consistent throughout our experience. Overall, this has been a very frustrating process, and we are extremely disappointed with how everything has been handled. We cannot recommend this business based on our experience.

Maribel and Christian were amazing to work with. From the very beginning, they explained everything clearly and guided me through the entire process step by step. They really helped me mentally prepare for what to expect and reassured me that even though my home was going to turn into a mini construction site everything will get taken care of. Their communication, organization, and attention to detail made the whole experience much less stressful. I truly felt taken care of and confident in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy flooring company.

Maribel and Christian are great. They take the time to explain everything and are very detailed. Their price was a little higher, so I initially chose another company with a lower proposal. Unfortunately, that company didn’t do the proper subfloor preparation or include the trim work like Maribel and Christian had recommended. I ended up having them come back to fix what wasn’t done right. I highly recommend them—even if the price is a little more because they do the job correctly without skipping steps and make sure everything is done right the first time.

Todd and Lauren at Floor Coverings International were wonderful to work with, and this is the second time I’ve used them. This time, they installed two custom stair runners in my Westerville home, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and well organized from start to finish. Their mobile showroom is such a helpful part of the process because it allows you to view flooring and stair runner options right in your home and choose what works best for your space. The ordering timeline was very reasonable, communication was excellent, and their installation crew was phenomenal. The finished stair runners look beautiful, and the workmanship really stands out. Based in Lewis Center and serving the Northeast Columbus area, Todd and Lauren are a great choice for anyone looking for stair runner installation, carpet runners, or flooring services in Westerville, Lewis Center, and nearby communities.
