While the salesperson was polite -Travis, the samples he showed for carpet leave me with questions. He said all products are Shaw and showed us samples that were Meridian. When our samples arrived, they were all Shaw. The samples did not appear to be equal to what we were shown at our home. When questioned I was told that Meridian is their "store brand" and he sent Shaw. Why did he not just show us Shaw.

The entire process was convenient and painless. Andrew was great to work with in selecting the flooring I wanted. He helped filter the options so that selection was easy. The installation crew was on time and efficient. Three days were scheduled for the installation and it only took 1.5 days. I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International.

Erick and his team were wonderful to work with. Erick is very responsive to questions and provided plenty of options for different flooring scenarios. His team were very diligent and swept and cleaned every room after the carpet had been removed. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for carpet removal or other installation!
