My husband and I used Floor Coverings International to replace our outdated kitchen wood floor. The company was exceptional in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They were professional, courteous, and listened to our needs. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Our floor is beautiful and we have received so many compliments. In the near future, we plan to use them again to update our bathroom flooring. We just came back from our holiday vacation, and Josh and his team at Flooring Coverings International took care of replacing the carpet in our home while we were away. Everything turned out beautifully, we absolutely love how it looks. All the bedrooms feel much more spacious, the house is brighter, and the quality of the work truly shows. I own a 44 year old condo in Spokane that still had the original wall to wall carpet. I selected Floor Coverings International because of their high ratings, and I am very happy to add my own. I had all rooms except the full bath done with Mohawk engineered hardwood. The crews that did the demolition and install were efficient and meticulous in their attention to detail. My garage was used to set up saws, and at the end of each day, everything was swept and the equipment taken away. Excellent work all around, and I very much recommend FCI Spokane for your flooring project.

We were very happy hiring this flooring company. They did an excellent job self-leveling our subfloor prior to installation, which made a huge difference in the final result. The project required a lot of prep since they had to remove existing tile and then install Luxury Vinyl Plank, and they handled everything professionally and efficiently. Patricia and Scott's attention to detail during the prep work really showed in the finished floor. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality workmanship and a smooth installation process.

Excellent experience with Floor Coverings International! Dan was flexible with scheduling appointments, informative about product, and patient with indecisiveness (mine). He brought samples, discussed options, provided various quotes for projects. We had carpet installed in our basement and main floor; both projects ran smoothly and were completed the day we had scheduled for. Couldn’t be happier with the results of my newly refinished floor.
