We had a building sign that needed some love. The old tile had fallen off and looked terrible. They were super helpful, replaced the tile, and it looks amazing. It looks better than our other signs.

Dan, Andrew & the FCI Team are professional, very knowledgeable and offer a great product selection. I had many questions for Andrew about specific project details. He answered all of my questions & had great solutions I was unaware of and had never considered. Every interaction with the FCI team has exceeded expectations. I was very pleased & happy with my carpeting. Mike went above & beyond to find the type of carpeting I was looking for. He came out with samples & sent me several choices & many samples to get just the carpet I wanted. His crew was very polite & did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Floor Coverings International enough. It’s rare to find a business that combines top-tier professional expertise with a deep commitment to their community, but this family owned business does exactly that. They have a huge selection and their attention to detail is considerable. Beyond their excellent business model, I want to highlight their incredible character. They recently donated carpet to my classroom and the impact has been immediate. They provided a warm comfortable space for my students to gather, which was something my budget didn’t allow for. I am extremely grateful to them.

The flooring installation was very smooth. They removed old carpet and replaced every floor surface on our 2nd floor. When they were done they put the furniture back. There was a problem with some of our floor joists but the fix was inexpensive and did not delay our job. We would recommend this company.

Proceed with Caution. We are sharing this in hopes that others do not have to go through the same experience. We initially booked Mike after seeing him recommended on our neighborhood page. We always try to support local businesses and neighbors when we can, and his reviews at the time looked good. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. In October 2025, we gave him a deposit of over $4,000 for flooring. From that point on, the excuses began. Most of the delays were blamed on the supplier or shipping issues — “it should ship this week,” “it’s on the way,” etc. Weeks went by with no progress, which eventually turned into months. Communication was awful. Mike never once reached out with updates on his own. Every single week we had to text or email just to get a response. Each time we were told the flooring was coming soon - “next week,” “a few more days,” and eventually when we realized no flooring was coming.. we requested our deposit back. The deposit promises then came “next week,” “next Wednesday,” “next Friday.” Now, it has been over five months, and we still do not have our flooring or our deposit back. As of the first week of March, even the excuses have stopped, communication has completely ceased, and he no longer responds to messages. We gave him every opportunity to make this right and return our deposit. We have hired many contractors over the years and have never experienced anything like this. Since then, we’ve also discovered that we are not the only customers dealing with this situation since late last year, which is very concerning. If this is how someone treats people in their own neighborhood, I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.
