Great service and clear communications. We love the new LVP flooring in blended praline in the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Will was great to work with and we are looking forward to having FCI install flooring for our next project. Alex, Brett & Tristian were our installation team and they were professional and courteous, and fun to talk with. Quality product and extremely good experience.

There are truly not enough words for how amazing this company is. From start to finish, they were nothing short of professional and courteous. The communication was also spot on and I was never wondering about next steps. Leo did a great job. The install was efficient and beautifully finished. I can’t wait to work with them in the future on additional projects for my home.

I was looking for both quality in materials and workmanship over cheapest bid. After doing comparisons with other companies, hands down, the quality of materials definitely the best with Floor Coverings. My sales rep, Isaiah Rubio, took the time to answer all my questions and explain differences in material. Basically, it comes down to the simple fact, you get what you pay for. After reading many outstanding reviews on the installation part of my shopping I made the decision to go with Floor Coverings International. I agree with the many positive reviews that the installation was outstanding. My flooring looks fantastic and I'm overjoyed with the quality of the flooring. A definite difference when comparing cheaper quality with high quality products. I will say though the price I paid for my flooring is not the cheapest bid. Going back to my original statement, you get what you pay for. If I was going to sell my house and just wanted to freshen it up for a quick sell, I would have gone with a cheaper company. However, I plan on staying in my house for many more years and wanted quality flooring and installation. I'm very happy with my decision to go with Floor Coverings International.

Fantastic! I cannot recommend Troy and his team more. Troy showed up for the initial appointment on time and with an open mind to help meet our needs and budget. Never trying to upsell us instead provided options and alternatives for our needs. His team showed up on time and did fantastic work. They always left the house the way they found it, cleaning up any and all messes. Troy was there every day to ensure we were happy with the work and to keep us updated on the schedule. Troy and his team are great to work with. Effective communicators and dealt with any issues often doing things for free to ensure they delivered quality work. If you’re thinking about a new floor call Troy! Great work and thank you!

Really great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and easy to work with. They helped us choose the right flooring for our home, including LVP and carpet, and made the whole process simple. The installation came out very clean and precise. Everything looks great, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The floors completely changed the feel of the house. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend International Floor Coverings of Aurora. From the initial appointment with Robin to take measurements and discuss my project until the final walkthrough after my new floors were installed, the service was top notch. It’s nice they also bring a stocked van with many samples right to your home. When I narrowed in on a few, they ordered additional samples from the manufacturer free of charge. Robin and Justin are knowledgeable and professional, communicating throughout the entire process. They showed up when they said they would and kept me updated along the way, answering my many questions. Diego and the rest of the crew were awesome and installed new engineered hardwood in my living room, dining room, kitchen plus 2 sets of stairs and hallways in 2 1/2 days. This included removing old stubborn kitchen tile and 27 yr old carpet. Their attention to detail was great. Justin also shared pictures via online link from start to finish which was nice. There were a couple places that needed a bit of finesse after they finished, but Diego and Justin returned same day and happily took care of it. I’m so happy with the new floors and appreciate the care Robin and Justin have for their company’s clients.

Natalie and the FCI Leesburg team are great! They did a buff & coat and installed a stair runner for a new house we just bought. They helped us think through all the options, gave us a great price, and installed the carpet without any issues. I recommend them to everyone, for every job!
