The owner Alan was very helpful in finding the tile I needed to match the rest of the house. Scheduling was easy and quicker than I expected. The price was very resonable The tile looks great. Alejandro installed it, he was a great communicator and very clean and hardworking. I will say the demo wasn’t as smooth as everything else.. I am still cleaning from all the dust from demo. Better communication is needed in the demo and better sealing off of area being worked on. I would call them again for a project .

Sonya and her team are phenomenal. We replaced the carpet in three rooms and changed one room from carpet to hardwood floors. It looks GREAT. The carpet is a high quality wool from New Zealand, which looks gorgeous and makes the rooms look new, warm and inviting. When I mentioned that I was worried about microplastics, Sonya sat down and showed me some great natural fiber options, and then she worked to get me a great deal amid all this tariff craziness. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and I LOVE the product we ended up with. The wood floors are beautiful and the attention to detail in little places like closets and corners shines through. Sonya works with a team of reliable and skilled craftsmen who were all a pleasure to work with.

FCI Twin Ports just did our kitchen floors, and they turned out fantastic! Smooth process of picking out our floors by seeing virtual concepts to go along with physical samples, easy scheduling, and prompt, professional service! They removed our old flooring, leveled the sub floor, moved appliances around to fit the new flooring, put in new quarter-round, and made it all look so good, bringing some fresh life to our old house! Thanks, Pete, for being so great to work with. Highly recommend!

We just replaced our original 1950's flooring in our bungalow with beautiful engineered hardwood floor thru Floor Coverings International. Larry and the entire team that worked with us throughout the process was fabulous. From an in home shopping experience, where we were able to see the different flooring options up against our kitchen, our living room walls, in natural light, in hallway lighting...was an invaluable way to feel like we were making the BEST choice for what is a really big part of one's home decor!! The quoting process was quick and gave us immediate sense of our budget. We ended up adding in a matching return air vent and specialized vent covers to tie it all together and were happy with those extra touches to really elevate the look. The installation team were incredible. On time, hard workers and very good at their craft, ensuring the thresholds and more intricate areas were impeccably finished. Can't say enough about the install team!!! All in all a fabulous experience and we are so very pleased with the massive 'lift' this investment has given our home! We had Floor Coverings in Stow install hardwood throughout our entire first floor and I can’t express enough how great they are to work with. Brandon came to our home with a bunch of samples and answered all of our questions. He helped us pick the perfect hardwood for our home, a nice white oak by Hallmark and it looks incredible! Installer Nick was such a great guy and hard worker. Michael kept in contact with us throughout the project and everything went amazingly. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with FCI!
