This was one of the worst business experiences, nothing was completed as stated by Charlotte the salesperson. She not only misled us in all aspects of the job, she also was not honest with the subcontractors who completed the job. We were contacted by the subcontractors as they were having problems being paid by Charlotte. We paid the company promptly as soon as the job was completed. The job was completed approximately 6 weeks late. This is not a company that I would recommend.

We recently contacted Floor Coverings International in Redmond, WA to get a quote for carpeting our stairs and one bedroom. Nick V. came to our house and brought a variety of flooring samples and a strong expertise and creative thoughts for our flooring needs. We are DIYing new laminate flooring over our older hardwood. After our free consultation that held many good suggestions, Nick took a few of our laminate boards with him and using those boards his company created two beautiful new bullnose pieces for the top of our stairs. We were very impressed and happy. I had no idea that could even be done. We also weren’t sure how to go about matching some original trim pieces on our landing without having the expense and waste of removing and replacing what was there. Nick had a solution for that also. He suggested, and his team was able to, sand and stain our original hardwood on the landing so it would look new and match the carpet that was placed on the stairs. They did the mixing of the stain right in their own office using our flooring choice. Every person who came to our house, from the initial consultation to the sanding and staining of our existing hardwood trim, to the placement of the new bullnose, and the carpet installation, have been polite, professional, and very good at what they do. I have enjoyed interacting with all of them. Their follow-up has been very good as well. From phone calls with the owner, Anthony, calls, texts and in-person meetings with Nick and Manny, and emails with MaryAnn. We have had a very good experience working with Floor Coverings International of Redmond.

Extremely pleased with my new carpeting in my master bedroom suite. I loved that they brought samples right into my home so I could see how they would look in the lighting of the room, rather than having to pick them out from somewhere else. The installers were extremely efficient and left everything clean and perfectly back in place. Absolutely love the feel of the new carpet. The memory foam padding - I'm so glad I chose that! Highly recommend Floor Coverings International North Tampa for your carpet needs. You won't be disappointed.

FCI did a fantastic job with updating the flooring in our Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Bathroom, and Laundry room with LVP. From getting the initial quote from Mike, to working with Nick to schedule a date for install and most importantly, the install team. They left our home organized and clean during the install and did such a professional job. I would highly recommend them!! Photos coming soon!!

I couldn't be happier with the carpet installation! From start to finish, the crew was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail oriented.
