Got my new floor installed from floor coverings International. The owner personally showed up at my house to explain the process show us different products which we were also able to view online inside a picture of our rooms. The process to get the installation scheduled Was very easy. The installation took only two days and was seamless. The end result was fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. My wife was in the hospital during this process and when she came home, she saw the end product for the first time she was delighted. I can’t begin to tell you how satisfied I am with their service. I frankly will never go anywhere else.

Cortney, Tim, and the team at Flooring International of Coastal Rhode Island completely overhauled every floor in our 5,000 sq ft home, and the results are stunning. The scope of work was massive: they removed old marble and ceramic tiles, installed and finished new white oak, and expertly sanded down 26-year-old dark brown oak floors to a beautiful honey-white finish. They also installed carpet in both our attic and basement. As a true family business, Tim and Cortney know all their installers personally and perfectly matched the right crew to each specific task. Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire project, and the craftsmanship is beautiful. What really set them apart was their attention to detail—they actually tracked down a single plank that was a quarter-inch wider than the rest just so the floorboards would line up flawlessly. That rare level of care is exactly why we won't hesitate to hire them again.

Excellent Flooring and Craftsmanship We had a great experience with this flooring company. The carpet installer did an outstanding job—5 out of 5 stars! He arrived on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and professionalism. The baseboard installer was also a great craftsman and did quality work. We would rate that portion of the project 4 out of 5 stars. While we were very happy with the craftsmanship, timeliness and cleanup after the work could have been better. Overall, we appreciate the quality of the work and would recommend this company to others.

Straight forward communication and pricing. Many options, samples and ideas conveniently brought into my home. Information on what next to expect readily provided without request. Price, in my opinion was worth it for the amount of work (moving furniture etc.) performed.
