We just had our floors completed by floor coverings international. Wonderful experience from the sales process all the way to the actual installation. Ian and Ed are very engaged throughout the journey and made us feel well taken care of. If you need new flooring this is the company to hire!

We have been working with FCI Winter Garden for 18m now. We own a handyman company that does not do flooring, but because we get asked about it constantly, it was very important to locate and vet a QUALITY flooring company, which FCI WG has been for us. We have referred them probably a dozen times, from times we had friends who thought they wanted to DIY but wanted a second opinion, to clients with flooded homes who needed full-house flooring, to people who wanted to price out floor options for the future to determine if they wanted to remodel or sell the home. Every time, Mario has handled with compassion and knowledge. The way FCI operates, they bring the samples to you IN your home so you can see how the flooring looks next to their furniture or with their particular lighting features. Some of these in-home consults inevitably turn into a type of therapy session or pep rally of sorts, and Mario has been so gracious with each of the contacts I entrust to him. He and I talk so often that I refer to him as my co-worker because that’s the way I feel — even though we work at totally different companies. At the price point re-floors can be at these days, you really should trust that the person has in YOUR best interests at heart, and I believe Mario absolutely does.

After several unsuccessful attempts to find a carpet I liked within a budget we could afford for an install, I almost threw in the towel. Jeff at Floor Coverings International saved the day! He came to my home (which was super convenient) and was able to give me a rough estimate and a solid one by end of day. The carpet I wanted had a design so it was going to take a very skilled installer to have it done properly. Jeff’s guy is very knowledgable and timely! Also, Jeff suggested the best carpet padding underneath and it makes our floors feel like walking on clouds! I had no idea carpet could feel this great! Thanks so much Jeff! 10 stars and we will be recommending you to anyone who has flooring needs.

FCI of Temecula Valley came to our rescue immediately. Prior to FCI stepping in, we had experienced a very frustrating situation with another contractor who ultimately became unresponsive. The minute I contacted Jeremy, he was at our home within 2 hours with samples and spent time with us explaining the product, FCI's scope of work, and provided us with an estimate on the spot. We kicked the other contractor to the curb and contracted with FCI. FCI was able to install our beautiful new flooring within a week's time (which included a holiday weekend). FCI's installers were prompt, courteous and their attention to detail outstanding. We strongly recommend FCI. Thank you FCI for coming to our rescue.

We recently had flooring installed throughout our home and the finished floors themselves look great. The installation crew did good work and we are happy with the final appearance of the flooring. However, our experience with an additional charge during the project was disappointing. This was a large flooring project that cost over $23,000, so we expected clear communication throughout the process. During the installation, the crew replaced 1 piece of subfloor and we were later charged about $900 for the repair. While I understand that unexpected issues can sometimes come up during a project, this repair and the cost were never discussed with us or approved beforehand. We were only informed after the work had already been completed. For a project of this size, I would have expected to be notified when the issue was discovered and given the opportunity to approve the additional work and cost before it was performed. That type of communication is standard practice with most contractors. I also requested an itemized breakdown of the charge, but the documentation provided did not clearly explain the labor and materials associated with the $900 cost. The flooring itself looks great, but the lack of communication regarding the additional charge was frustrating and felt unprofessional. I would recommend that future customers make sure any additional work and costs are clearly discussed and approved before the work proceeds.

Jeff and Linda were a match made in heaven for my wife and I to have work for us. Linda was very communicative and transparent about what flooring options we had. The process of choosing a floor plan that worked for us was not stressful at all as I had anticipated. Linda was very knowledgeable. The few questions that we had were answered with clarity and conviction. Jeff is very driven, dedicated, passionate, and hard-working. He was good with timing and communicated realistic expectations that he met with fantastic results. To me, both Jeff and Linda embody what a positive environment should look like. I will be thrilled to work with them in the future when we upgrade our current living situation. Not only was I not disappointed, I was (and am) elated to have the finished product from the work Jeff and Linda made for us! Book them today!!!
