We recently had our main flooring replaced by Floor Coverings International in July 2026 and are very pleased with the installation of our Anderson Tuftex. The installers were careful, efficient and produced a beautiful, high quality flooring. Sheel and his crew were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Wish I would have gotten the installation teams all the other reviewers thought were so good. My team (using that term loosely since they seemed to think it was a 1 person job) was nice but clueless. I now have a floor that isn't square to the walls, the installation instructions weren't followed so the floor pattern is poor, small pieces were used along some of the walls (I supposed so they didn't have to get a proper sized piece). Chris was a nice sales guy and Ron seemed nice but he was no where to be found to supervise the installation. I didn't realize this is a franchise without a dedicated, employee installation crew so there's wasn't my expected level of management involvement. Can't recommend this company.

We had a great experience getting our stairs carpeted! From the initial consult and quote, we were shown lots of options, talked through multiple quotes and price points that could fit our budget and lifestyle, then through to the actual install, everything was smooth and professional! Very happy with the outcome, would definitely recommend if you’re looking for flooring.

We had such a great experience with Floor Coverings International, especially working with Dalia! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to work with from start to finish. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. There was a small hiccup along the way, but Dalia and the team handled it quickly, communicated with us throughout, and worked hard to make sure everything stayed on track with our timeline. We really appreciated how much they cared about getting everything right and making the process as smooth as possible. The team was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job. We absolutely love how our refinished floors turned out—they completely changed the look and feel of our home! We would highly recommend Floor Coverings International, and especially Dalia. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result, and we couldn’t be happier with our new floors!

Jennie and her team did an outstanding job replacing all of our flooring in our townhome. The new lvp flooring has completely transformed our home and the pattern carpet on our stairs just elevates the whole look. She has made this process so easy for us and her crews did an awesome job with this installation. My flooring review:I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.We hired them to refinish our hardwood floors, but the entire process turned into a stressful and expensive ordeal. The original finish was done improperly, which caused major issues with the floors. Instead of standing behind their work and making things right from the beginning, we were left dealing with repeated problems and a great deal of frustration.When the floors had to be redone, our family was displaced from our home for days. We had to find somewhere else to stay, board our animals, spend extra money on gas, and completely rearrange our lives. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it created significant financial and emotional stress.Communication throughout the process was disappointing. We often felt like our concerns were minimized instead of taken seriously, and getting clear answers was difficult. What should have been a straightforward flooring project became months of stress, uncertainty, and additional expenses.Everyone can make mistakes, but good customer service is measured by how a company handles those mistakes. Unfortunately, we did not feel supported or valued as customers. We were left with the consequences while trying to fight for a proper resolution.If you’re considering hiring this company, I would encourage you to carefully research your options and make sure you understand exactly how warranty claims and workmanship issues will be handled if something goes wrong.I wish our experience had been different, but based on what we went through, I would not use this company again or recommend them.

We had a great experience! Steve has an amazing mobile showroom and was very helpful & knowledgable, making choosing floorings for our new house very easy. Was able to order material and get us on the schedule quickly! Tyler was also amazing at installing the flooring, very professional and thorough. Our floors look amazing and we are very happy! Absolutely would use this team in the future and highly recommend.
