Great experience from the first call with Mark to the instal completion. Carlos and his helper were professional and did a great instal. Mark was involved the entire time making sure every step was smooth and easy. Mark was easily reached on his phone for any questions or concerns. I tend to be a bit hard to please due to prior experiences but Mark walked us through the entire process. Ambi in the office was also very kind and professional. Ripping up old carpet and moving furniture can be overwhelming especially when your older like us but they made this as easy as possible. Our new carpet looks and feels great. Thank you!

We are loving our new floors from FCI. Wendy was a pleasure to work with. She was patient with us, and went out of her way to help us find the perfect flooring for our home. She was able to squeeze us into the schedule quickly and addresses any questions or concerns we had professionally. Our new floors are breathtaking.

Preston and his team at Floor Coverings International of Clear Lake did a tremendous job of installing hardwood flooring in our bedroom and closet! Their work was tremendous and very professionally done! Omar is the best! They truly care about what they do and in going the extra mile to ensure the job is done right! The finished product exceeded our expectations. They also took great care in moving our furniture in and out in order to install the wood flooring. You couldn’t have a better company to work with and install your floors!

Chris and his team did an amazing job from start to finish! They came to do a repair in my home that I thought was going to be difficult and more work than I was looking forward to BUT NO! Through great communication and a few photos of my issue, Chris was able to trouble shoot and provide a solution that was efficient and affordable. I absolutely 💯 hate my new floor. We did 1500sq ft (whole house ) project. We were shown 3 sample boards after showing the owner of the franchise exactly what we wanted. We picked the perfect color match. Little did we know the actual floor was multiple colors and made to look like mismatched planks. Told him it was nothing like we expected. Now we are stuck with $13k worth of flooring we don't like. Very expensive lesson learned. Only 2 out of 10 planks looked like the sample which was on bottom left of sample boards. We expected the whole floor to look like the plank outlined in red! We feel very deceived.

I had flood damage and they removed dried and replaced the LPV flooring. They were prompt, efficient, affordable and very nice to work with. I plan to use them again to replace my kitchen flooring!
