Fred and the crew were amazing to work with. I got my first floor redone with LVP and although I was nervous at first the crew manager was super professional and friendly that I didn’t feel like I needed to worry. FCI was an absolute God send after I dealt with two flaky companies (one a popular big-box store) when it came to replacing my flooring due to a catastrophic water event inside my home back in January. Michael came to my home with floor samples, took pics and measurements, and all I had to do was choose which flooring I wanted. Isaiah took over the project from there (ordering everything, scheduling the installers, etc.), which is EXACTLY how it should go. And the father-son duo who installed the flooring were friendly, reliable, and professional. It also only took them two days and my floor looks gorgeous! I wish I would have found FCI much sooner than I did, because I would have been saved a lot of unnecessary stress in an already stressful situation. Thank you SO MUCH.

Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs flooring for any number of rooms. We were looking to do only one room in vinyl plank and are totally pleased with the entire process. We were extremely happy with our experience with floor coverings. The owner came out measured showed us all the samples we picked out what we wanted, and within very few days, our carpet was laid all the furniture was moved and put back. We were very happy.

Very pleased with the service, quality of work, and timeliness for my floor project. The team Removed tile and installed LVP. There was minimal dust accumulation also which was a pleasant surprise. The pricing was the most favorable when quoting out. Recommend!

Working with Ally was wonderful! She came out with a bunch of flooring samples and gave us excellent advice! She did up a few different quotes for us with various flooring options and was super patient and professional as we made our selections. Our installer, Riley, was prompt, kind, and had beautiful craftsmanship when installing the carpet on our stairs. Ally made the whole experience easy and enjoyable! I’d definitely recommend working with her on your flooring projects!
