I am so impressed with our new office floors! Dalia was a pleasure to work with; she truly cares about the quality of the work and ensured everything was perfect. The floors are beautiful and have completely transformed the energy of our office. The team was timely, respectful of our space, and very professional. Five stars isn't enough—thank you, Dalia, for such a wonderful experience!

I would rate them a 4* but due to the initial workers, I have some issues with my floor that unless I remove the entire floor, I cannot replace it, so I gave them a 3. (I did not discuss this with the company because I was sick of the project, so in fairness they were unaware but likely in my experience of them-would have fixed it) This is a bit of a doozy, The primary feedback I will leave you with is that they will not leave your job until it is completed to your satisfaction. My project was tile and hardwood in 6 separate spaces. I had a project that was to be completed in 1.5 weeks and due to many factors, it didn't get completed for a few months. The initial men that were at my job site were absolutely terrible- vaping in my home, taking long breaks, showing up late-leaving early, broke a light and I believe stole materials from my job (not confirmed). They were eventually terminated but not before they made my job a nightmare. I had to be very diligent checking on them, asking questions, taking photos and being very assertive about my needs and the damage the workers did to my job including damaging brand-new floor they laid down. Additionally, there had to be high level of communication which was difficult as there were many people to communicate with and the message often was distorted in the end. The second person they hired to complete my tile project was professional but had several personal issues that I believe disrupted the handywork, but the supervisor came in many times to ensure that my difficulties, issues and overall satisfaction was addressed. He wasn't willing to leave my project until I was happy with the work. He was professional. I would also add that I had to be on the phone with the team many times, and although I know they were likely sick of hearing from me- the office staff and workers were always kind, respectful and willing to address any need I had. I would return to their business, with a bit of caution due to those initial workers but I would return.

Pat Kinnison came to our home to measure and discuss new flooring options and prices. He gave us all the info we asked for and some good advice. Price seemed comparable to Lowe's and lower than another company we were considering. Installation went well and it looks good. The one negative is the installers would not place some heavy furniture they moved in my mother-in-law's room after installation. Not a huge deal for us, but worth considering if you would not be able to arrange your furniture yourself.

Jennie and her team did a great job on replacing the old carpet into hardwood floors. The installation was smooth and hassle free. Love the new hardwood floors!!!

They came out the next day to do measurements, the quote was a day later and install was quick and painless. Would recommend.

Professional, timely, and no surprises. Michael and team did a great job of installing a custom carpet for our staircase. The whole process was effortless. The installation couldn’t have gone smoother, just note that the installer might require the use of a large area (the garage in our case). The carpet turned out better than I expected. Hopefully stone color tone will stand the test of time. Good work!
