I absolutely love my new flooring from Floor Coverings International. The entire experience has been wonderful. To begin with, the sales rep, Daniel, is an excellent communicator. He took his time showing us many samples of the flooring we were interested in and was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining every question we had about our flooring. We received his quote very quickly, and it was substantially less than the other theee companies we had gotten quotes from. After we signed the contract, he was so great about communicating through text (and phone calls as needed). The installation crew was professional, knowledgeable, and very observant. They alerted me to three different areas that needed to be fixed before the new floor went down to insure a quality install. They listened to all of my requests and made sure to take care of anything I asked of them before they left each day so that I could start moving my furniture back into place. They worked hard and made sure the job was done properly. (And let me just say that those guys have some really strong backs to be able to move the furniture and appliances in my home!). They left everything better than it was when they arrived! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new flooring. My floors look amazing. I had both lvp flooring and carpet installed. It was a three day project. The job was done efficiently and the employees were all friendly. I feel like I have a brand new home!

David and his team of hardwood flooring geniuses were able to handle a few difficult jobs for one of my recent discerning remodeling clients. They 1) Refinished a kitchen floor that had significant staining to blend perfectly into the adjacent living area, 2) created very difficult custom transition pieces for a complex foyer, and 3) added hardwood in the bedroom, matching the level of the existing (higher) floor perfectly. They were timely, efficient and respectful at every step of the way, going above and beyond to address any concerns or questions. I never had to worry about things being handled quickly and professionally, which to me as a designer/project manager, is priceless! I will not hesitate to use David and his team for any future flooring needs and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy did a great job finding exactly the right flooring for us, and his team did excellent work putting it down in the den, kitchen, dining room, hallway and kitchen. They were quick, efficient and clean. And a year later when there was an issue with a small section they were round to fix it promptly. Happy to recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International! We replaced the carpet in two bedrooms with hardwood flooring that perfectly matches our existing floors, and the results are perfect, they look like they’ve always been part of our home. We were on a very tight schedule, and Will and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed on time.
