We had both the hardwood floor replaced as well as work done on the stairs, going from carpet to hardwood with new balusters and posts. Greg and the crew worked with me on suggestions and helping me to find the look that I wanted. We had a few challenges along the way, but in the end I heard multiple times that they will do whatever necessary to meet my goal, which they did. That is a rare thing these days! In the end, everything looked great.

FRom the very beginning Austin gave an extremely energetic and professional presentation. He even stopped and helped my window installer that was there connect to wifi. Mr. Howard and his team made this process from start to finish so easy and stress-free. Mr. Howard came to the home showed me the samples that they had measured the house and gave me two quotes for two different styles. We really love the one that we went with. His team came in did everything that they said that they would do with moving the furniture and putting everything back, they even took pictures of where things were. They finished in the time that they said that they would did some things that needed to be tweaked that I didn't realize, but the process was so easy and stress-free, and we LOVE the new flooring.

We recently had Floor Coverings International Silver Spring replace our old basement vinyl tiles with LVP and also install new carpet on the stairs. Overall, it was a really positive experience. Sonya & her team was professional, and communication was prompt. Sonya took time to help us understand all the possible flooring solutions for our rental property. They gave us a variety of flooring options to help us make an informative decision. They brought LVP flooring samples & carpet swatches to the consultation and helped us decide on color, quality and the type of flooring that would best suit our budget & home decor. We'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.

To summarize my experience with FCI: fantastic. The price was extremely competitive. And they provided multiple options so that I could make the right decision for me. Communication was excellent. Michael and Natalie were very clear with each step. And they responded to all my many questions in a very short time. We had a difficult project we wanted to have done. It’s an old house, 1913, and we are trying to keep it looking period appropriate. We wanted a runner for the stairs. The stairs have a landing half-way up, then turn to the upstairs. The carpet we chose has a pattern to it so the landing and stairs needed to merge and look like it was intended to be that way. Oh, and the carpet needed to be wool. That was a tall order. It took a lot of patience and expertise to make it look seamless. Wow, what a fabulous job! It takes my breath away.

Grady and team are great to work with! Grady was really helpful in weighing the pros and come of the carpet I was considering. Overall helped me make a better, less expensive choice. The crew for install was on time, professional, thorough clean up. Couldn’t believe they were able to install in a room with bunk beds without taking them apart.
