I was very impressed by the services rendered. Not only the job of the floor (we got premium luxury vinyl wood, and the color match was phenomenal). but also how the tall hat guy , I think he says he is five star floor guy. My son is autistic and it makes him happy and excited when he sees adults like him. I was glad to support a business that is run by a successful person in the autism spectrum community. Thank you. Installation was great. Carpet looked better than expected. Installer respectful and helped move most of the furniture back to its original place. Very, very satisfied. I gave 4 stars because there was miscommunication about time of Installation that was a bit frustrating.

We had carpet installed by this company earlier this year. The installation team was professional, courteous, efficient, and did a fantastic job. The carpet looks beautiful, and the quality of their work is evident. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their commitment to customer service. Last week, we experienced a small water leak that affected a portion of the carpet. After drying everything out, we contacted the company to see if we could hire them to come out and stretch the carpet and tack it down again. We fully expected to pay for the service and were simply hoping they would be available to help. Not only did they quickly agree to help, but they came out and took care of it at no charge. It's easy to find a company that can install carpet; it's much harder to find one that genuinely cares about its customers long after the job is complete. We are extremely pleased with both the installation and the follow-up service and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you for going above and beyond!

We had a great experience with floor coverings. Tom was very knowledgeable of carpet and padding types and patient with our journey to finding the right color and type. Once we settled on those decisions the install happened within two weeks. Jarrod, the installer, was awesome. Worked hard, was personable, and did an outstanding job. We love the quality of our carpet and the installers were awesome! We were disappointed that the sales reps promised an install date that was not possible. They avoided our phone calls and texts when they knew the date could not be met.

As the DIY basement flooring project started to get the better of us, we used Angi to post for help. Within a few minutes Floor Coverings International had called. The next morning we had an estimate. And at 4 days the project had been completed. Obviously the materials were on hand and the layout begun. Javier was incredible. Arrived on time, did excellent worked, cleaned up and asked if we had any questions. So relieved that the plank flooring is down! Now onto step 2 of the project.
