Wow! It's been 6 years already, 5/5/2019 to be exact, since Reinel & his team from F.C.I.H.H. visited my mother's home in Houston. They removed old flooring & installed new wood flooring & tiles. Very Professional & friendly, punctual, & willing to listen & discuss our needs. Spring forward to 11/14/2025. My mother wanted to replace the 'transition' strip between rooms in 3 areas. Of course I contacted Reinel & he sent over one of his team to assess the job & showed up personally to ensure that everything was what we wanted. I am pleased to say that if you're looking for a company that knows what they're doing, with a team that's dependable & willing to listen to your needs, then call Reinel Solano at Floor Coverings International of Houston Heights. Highly recommend. John came out for free consultation to measure and discuss type carpet. Installer was very professional and very nice! He did a great job 2 small rooms and stairway. We quoted a few highly rated companies and their price was the best and it came out amazing. Very happy totally refreshed the space!

We purchased all of our flooring from Lowe’s. When it came time to install everything, carpeting & vinyl wood plank, the subcontractor said he could not do the job because the floors needed to be leveled. WELL DUH?!?!? So we called SCOTT EVANS of FLOOR COVERINGS INTERNATIONAL, they leveled all the spots in our 70 year old slab home & installed everything ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! His crew was there on a Saturday & even a Sunday to complete the job. Folks, I never write these reviews, but Scott Evans & his crew were honest, fair & no nonsense! FIVE STARS FOR FLOOR COVERINGS INTERNATIONAL & SCOTT EVANS!

We wanted to find a local company to have our carpet replaced in the house we built in 1996. The whole experience was painless, mostly because of excellent communication and information. The crew was hardworking, knowledgeable and very respectful. What a great experience and the bonus was we got to support a local company! Aaron was even able to recommend a local plumber! 5 stars with a smile.

From start to finish, our experience with Floor Coverings International was incredible. We never felt rushed, Steve wanted to make sure we ended up with flooring that we loved and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We decided last minute to have our ceilings refinished before the floors went in, and rescheduling the floors was not an issue at all. Not only do the floors look incredible, the installers were in and out in only a few ours, including clean up. Looking forward to our next project with Floor Coverings International!

All I can say is wow! These guys came in on a pinch and laid the flooring in our house so quickly but the job turned out beautifully! These guys are professionals, courteous, and extremely reasonable. We love shopping small businesses and Floor Coverings International of Fort Wayne really came through. Highly recommended.

I contracted to cover an old ceramic tile bathroom floor and to replace the carpet in the master bedroom. I’m very pleased with the products. I chose Luxury Vinyl Tile to float over the existing tile which eliminated the need for demolition and the dust that comes with it. The LVT is not slippery or cold. Great stuff! The crew that did the work was excellent! They got it all done in one long day. They moved the furniture carefully from the bedroom and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I’m very pleased. I was shocked by the cost because I had never replaced carpet or replace bathroom floors in my life. I moved a lot because of work. But you also get what you pay for.

Brian 💯 makes sure his customers are taken care of and happy with product and installation. Does a walkthrough upon completion to make sure everything is perfect. Robert was the best salesman. He also wants to make sure customers are 💯 satisfied. Excellent communication too. Installers did a beautiful job with our luxury vinyl plank flooring.

The other reviews are 100% accurate. The company is a team of experts from consultation, installation to customer service. There’s a wide selection of floor coverings and Ramsey was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the carpet to meet our needs. The installation was organized and efficient. I had a very positive experience with David Stone and his team! We were easily able to schedule an appointment. At the meeting, he listened to my needs for our home, showed samples, and gave recommendations. I was happy with his selections and even happier with his pricing. We had to push installation a few times due to construction delays, and he always checked in and committed well. The carpet and runners look great. I would highly recommend.
