They were very professional, considerate and easy to work with. They did great work and discussed what I wanted in detail. After the project was done, the head guy walked me through the whole house to make sure I was happy. Plus, a 2nd guy came a week later to follow up and make sure I was happy with it all. They took the time to answer my questions. They cleaned up really well afterwards, inside and out. And they were careful not to damage doors, walls, baseboards, etc. I'm super happy with their work and customer service. And I would use them again.

Multiple phone numbers listed online, when I call them, some type of message plays, one of them even mentioning Floor Coverings International, followed by "sorry this number is not in service...". I tried from 2 different phones with the same results on 9/17/26.

I had a great experience with Bertha and the team at Floor Coverings International SW Denver. They helped me get my townhome ready to become a rental, including refinishing the existing hardwood floors and installing new carpet. The hardwood floors look refreshed and beautiful, and the new carpet made such a difference in the overall look and feel of the home. Bertha made the process easy, communicated with me throughout the project, and made sure everything was taken care of. I recently worked with Floor Coverings International to change the carpet on my first floor, which was over 10 years old, to new luxury vinyl. Vitalii was extremely helpful — he reached out for a consultation and brought vinyl samples to my place. The project was completed in 5 hours, with a reasonable price and great quality. Looking forward to working with FCI again in the future!

I know from experience that replacing your floors or carpet can be a very scary experience. This company took all my fears away. They made everything so easy from start to finish and the outcome was exceptional. Will guided us through the entire process. He readily answered questions and provided reassurance when it was needed. Shawn, Rob, and Eddie were Professional and thorough. They were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Any questions I had they easily answered, and put my mind to rest. This is the company we will definitely use in the future If need be, and they will definitely be the flooring company I refer to friends and family.

I’ve worked a number of times with Linda and her team with my clients. They are extremely professional, get all samples over to you for review and will work with you on their proposal and install logistics. If you want a professional job you can count on, I wouldn’t go elsewhere!

Kieth and his team were great! We have an old home so the floors appeared to be unfinished and overall just in bad shape. The process to get them done was very smooth, the crew were nice, and the overall experience was positive. I would definitely recommend!

Only got baseboards completed for one room. Every attachment was messy. Asked to have fixed multiple times. After sending pictures of it, the next question is are you satisfied. I don’t think the company themselves should be satisfied and take initiative to fix themselves rather than waiting for us to ask to come back. Eventually decided to just leave as is. I love supporting women owned businesses and I was really hoping for more eye for detail especially when paying $800. Left with some DIY work.

I just had my hardwood floors refinished and stained by Floor Coverings International, and I could not be happier with the results! First and foremost, every single person who set foot in my house was incredibly kind. They answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them), and the customer service was truly great from start to finish. I got quotes from several companies for the exact same project, and Floor Coverings International came in as the most reasonable. Add in how much I liked the people I talked to, and it was an easy decision. I'm so glad I made it. My floors went from 1990s yellow oak to a gorgeous, darker espresso stain. I know that look isn't for everyone, but it was absolutely for me, and it turned out exactly the way I pictured it. They were even able to fix water damage left behind by the previous homeowners. It was so bad I was worried it could never be repaired, but you would never know it was there. Honestly, my floors look brand new. If you're thinking about refinishing your floors, I highly recommend Floor Coverings International!
