We reached out to Bryan on a Sunday- he came out a couple hours later to show us some samples and had our carpet installed a week later, right before the holidays! High quality for sure! We are extremely happy. Thanks so much for the quality carpet & service guys!

Jennie, the owner is knowledgeable , enthusiastic, helpful and so responsive . She listened and found the best option for us at a reasonable price. She was in contact and available throughout the entire process. Alex managed the installation. He was present, accountable, friendly and always a step ahead. Denilson and his crew installed our flooring. He is a master of his craft - a perfectionist and a problem-solver, exactly the person you want to install your flooring. Carlos & his crew installed our stair treads. They stained, painted & added new balusters. The quality of their work and attention to detail was incredible. You guys need to come fix the floors the lake villa site put in. We're out 9k dollars. Of course they closed because they were ripping people off and not doing the work correctly. Contacted corporate and will file a lawsuit if nothing is done. Our dog just slid into one of the loose floor pieces and cut herself wide open and had to go to the vet. You guys need to make things right. Contact me

Jim, it was a pleasure working with you and your crew. Due to my husbands illnesses he was having a hard time taking a shower. We needed a bigger shower with grab rails. After several bids, we went with Jim. He understood what we needed and at a reasonable price. We had a shower and jacuzzi tub. Also we had the door and door frame removed in the toilet area added grab bars. I have attached before and after photos. We liked how our bathroom turned out, that we are having them replace our carpet. We highly recommend Jim for your remodel needs.

What a great experience with Shannon of Floor Coverings International. Very personable and knowledgeable about flooring. She answered all of my questions, and provided multiple, quality samples. The pricing of what I want to spend was close to what I had in mind. I would recommend them because of her!
