If you are looking for new flooring, this company is the way to go. The owners Gary and Tracey are hands on from start to finish. I heard their advertisement on the radio, and was a little hesitant to try them, but after looking at their reviews, I gave them a try. I called them and Gary was awesome and answered all of my questions. I then received a call from his wife Tracey. We made an appointment and within a couple days, she was at my home with her mobile showroom. She was so helpful with helping me choose my absolutely beautiful carpet. It was ordered and installed so quickly, and their installers were awesome! I'm so happy with our new carpets, and will definitely be referring this company to all my family and friends! Thank you again Gary and Tracey, you two are the best!

We were in a huge time crunch but they were able to work with us and come out the same day we called and get us an estimate on refinishing our floors. The process was easy and the communication was excellent. Even though we ultimately went a different direction due to time constraints, their professionalism and helpfulness has us considering them for the future.

I chose FCI because of the number of 5 star reviews, and I wasn't disappointed! They were incredibly responsive and quick, right from the start. They were attentive to our scheduling needs and also able to help us answer questions for our insurance company. Asit and Jigna are lovely and customer service was above and beyond. I can't recommend them highly enough. (Our project is a small preschool that flooded, and needed new carpet and vinyl flooring. Asit was very helpful in advising on the various possible products and even colors given our space, traffic and lighting.)

The indoor outdoor carpet was just what I’d hoped for. April was so helpful and Kenner did a great job. I guess I hadn’t had recent experience with costs, and suffered a little sticker shock. But I am happy with the end result and would recommend.

My husband and I had a great experience with James Berry and Floor Coverings International. James was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and easy to work with. He stayed in contact with us throughout the process and made everything easy from start to finish. The crew completed our living room, hallway, and stairs in just one day, and the floors turned out beautiful! James even came back afterward to look over the floors and make sure we were happy with everything. We really appreciated his follow-up and attention to detail.
