Our experience with Floor Coverings International was great. They worked hard taking out the old floors and putting in the new ones. The choices they suggested were great. We love the natural look and feel of our floors. They made sure everything was level and did a professional job that was very much appreciated, especially because they had to do the whole house! I highly recommend their services.

The installation went smoothly and we were checked in on a regular basis to make sure that we were satisfied at every step. What a great experience from start to finish. I hate home remodeling, such a mess and a pain. My husband and I went to see Joe at his office. He then came to our home with samples. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the differences in carpets and recommended what we probably needed with animals. I wrote him a check for half the job, which was much less than I thought it would be, and he said it would be between 2 and 4 weeks. (I received a thank you message from Joe in the mail, who does that?) 2 weeks later I received a message that my carpet was in and they could install whenever I was ready. (I still had to paint) The following week Nehemias and his partner showed up right on time. We had removed the small items but they had to deal with our very, very heavy furniture. They were doing 2 bedrooms and they were finished in less than 4 hours. Carpet swept and furniture right back where it started. I received a follow up message asking how everything went. My floors are beautiful. I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International!

Had to call someone in after a laminate installation my brother-in-law attempted went sideways boards weren't even lined up. He came out, ripped up what had been done, and redid it properly. Cleaned up all the debris before he left too.

Great experience and excellent final product! Bo really took the time to help me pick the right carpet for my condo and Francisco was incredibly flexible with scheduling. I will absolutely call these guys again when I need to replace the carpet in my new house.

Andrea did an amazing job installing my LVP flooring, and I am extremely happy with the results! She was very accommodating with last-minute changes, always responded promptly, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I really wanted to get new carpet but was so overwhelmed with the options in stores. I spoke with Chris Gleeson from FCI and he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He showed up to my house with several options – and made things much less overwhelming. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and that eased my mind as well. When Gama and his team showed up to install, they couldn’t have been nicer guys! Again, very professional, kind, and committed to doing outstanding work. I highly recommend FCI and am thrilled with my new carpet!
