They said they are unable to give me what i need. I assume that means they do not do carpeting??? Hopefully i will get other responses. They did contact immediately and on a holiday no less, so I can not be terribly upset with them.

I highly recommend FCI for your flooring needs. I used them for a rental property and the service was fanastic from start to finish. Great selection of choices and they completed the project in a very timely fashion. Great communication and will use them again for my next rental property upgrades.

Chris, Andrew, and Steve from FCI in Island Park NY provided great advice on my floor replacement, and were also very flexible in scheduling home visits to discuss as much as needed. I eventually went with a light gray vinyl plank for combination of durability and beauty. Nicole the office manager was very helpful with the logistics. Jonathan the installer and his team were very professional and skilled. The job was completed on time and on budget with no hidden surprises and a great result. My whole house has been transformed. I highly recommend FCI for a floor project.

We loved working with Ashley and Mike and his install crew. They made our install go smoothly and quickly. We had a short timeline and they got it all done. They even checked in to make sure we were satisfied and came back to do final touches we requested. I highly recommend them for your next carpet or flooring project!

We got a good quote and great service from Floor Coverings International, and we now have a repaired and refinished hardwood floor as well as two new ones. The interlacing of old and new wood is seamless, and the work was done amazingly fast.

Edward was the sales person, he was fantastic, knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for, educated me on the difference types and durability in carpeting. Because of his style of salesmen style, never thought twice about doing business with your company. The insulation was done and in a timely manner and looks wonderful.
