Jessie was great to work with during the design phase. She helped us think through options, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything was well planned before work began, which made a big difference. Once the project moved into execution, Chuck and his team were incredibly helpful. The flooring and stair work was done with care and attention to detail, especially on the stairs where precision really matters. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the space was kept as clean as possible throughout the process. It was clear there was strong coordination between design and execution, and the end result reflects that. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for quality flooring and stair work done right.

Had a WONDERFUL experience purchasing and then installing a new luxury vinyl plank floor from Floor Coverings International in West Branch MI. EVERY step of the way; from finding them at the Ogemaw County Fair to visiting their warehouse to having Marty England come out to guide us in the selection process to installation!!! Marty and his staff were all knowledgeable, professional and courteous! We're thrilled with how our new flooring has transformed our little cottage and looking forward to enjoying it this spring. The floor matches and compliments our knotty pine walls perfectly! Great folks, great products, great workmanship. Highly recommend!

Reinel Solano and his team are amazing. They installed all new flooring in my recent renovation, as well as tiled a herringbone pattern guest shower and a dog bath. The staff was fast, friendly, efficient, and clean. They went above and beyond in many cases to ensure that the best result possible was achieved. I recommend contacting Reinel for your next project. We had a water leak at our home and needed all the carpet and needed all the carpet and tile replaced. Had only lived in Maryville a few months and did not know any contractors. We were introduced to Robin by a contractor doing insurance work at our home. Robin came over with Luxury Vinyl Plank and Berber. Carpet. Both quality products. I used to own rentals so I have a little knowledge of products. Did not get a hard sales pitch sales pitch. Said he would get us an estimate in a few days which he did.We left town for 2 weeks to let the mitigators get to work on the water damage. When we returned we met with Robin on the straight days at 9AM sharp. He really worked hard for our business and had many tips on the remodel we really appreciated. The flow of the Luxury Vinyl Plank and the Berber carpet were excellent.. Would recommend Robin for any of you're Carpet and Luxury Vinyl Tile needs. D and J Callender

Floor Coverings International/The Nature Coast located in Crystal River, Florida is the absolute best flooring company I've worked with in over 30 years. Will Wilkins and his team of professionals did not disappoint. From point of contact thru final installation of my project there were no complaints. On time, in budget and post project communication leads to a five star rating. My cork floors are all I'd hoped for and then some. I highly recommend this local company.

I called Floor Coverings International Nature Coast after a bad experience with a previous installer. Aaron came out just two weeks before Christmas, worked me into their schedule to complete the install before Christmas. They saved Christmas with my family. The installers Brett and Alex were so professional and kind. They take pride in their work and showed great respect for my home.
