We are so pleased with FCI and the job they did was outstanding. Matteus and Hugo are the best of the best. We have had flooring installed before but not at this level. The job they did from the demo to the installation was phenomenal. It was a huge job with many different flooring types to demo. Perfection is what they aim for and we got it. Thank you.

Great company to work with, the sales team was super helpful and accommodating and the installation team was equally great. Overall, excellent experience and great quality. Carpeting. Would highly recommend using them.

Working with Steve and Allison at Floor Coverings International was a fantastic experience. They were both so helpful in finding the color flooring I wanted. There were so many to choose from and it took me quite a while to find the right color. They had samples sent to me from distributors if they didn’t have that sample onsite. They were so patient to give me time to “live” with the sample to see it in various lighting situations. I had 3 bedrooms done and it was accomplished in a day. I had moved smaller pieces of furniture to prepare for the installation but the installers moved the larger items for me. I couldn’t be more pleased. Great experience.

Never showed up for the appointment I set with them, no courtesy call that they werent coming, and no one would answer the phones when I called to figure out what was going on. Avoid these people and find a flooring company that wont waste your time.

I am really happy with my custom stair runner. Scott was a great communicator throughout the whole process. He provided all of the samples I requested after looking at options on a website link. Once I chose my carpet he had my quote prepared expeditiously. His installer was prompt and professional. After doing a huge home addition and a few “flips” in the home we have had all kinds of experiences with our contractors. Floor coverings international is at the top of our list for exceptional work and experience.

Steve and his team were great to work with from start to finish. He answered all of our questions and made great suggestions on what he would recommend. He provided multiple quotes based on the different options we were considering. We had our entire first and second floors redone and the work was completed on time and we LOVE it. Can't say enough good things about Floor Coverings International of West Denver.

Alex and Matthew were amazing to work with. We came to them with a serious flooring issue left behind by another contractor, and they were incredible partners throughout the process of getting our floors completely redone and installed correctly. Their attention to detail was evident throughout every step of the project, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about getting the job done right. Met Austin at a Chamber event and asked for a quote. He brought the materials and samples to us. He was great, reasonable and professional. We ordered new floors right away. Then had to put everything on hold when an unexpected issue came up with our family pets. Austin held our materials for 2 months until we were able to have it completed. He helped us obtain 0% financing for our project. The job took 3 days and the installers did an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend this company to all my friends and family.
