5-star review for Floor Coverings International Floor Coverings International did an outstanding job on our new carpet. From the first in-home visit through installation, the process was professional, organized, and easy. They brought samples to the house so we could see colors and textures in our own light. That made choosing the carpet and pad simple. Measurements were accurate, the quote was clear, and the schedule they gave us was the schedule they kept. On install day the crew was punctual, careful with the space, and neat. Old carpet came out cleanly, the new pad and carpet went down tight and even, seams are invisible, and the transitions look finished. They cleaned up before they left. The rooms feel quieter and more comfortable underfoot—exactly what we wanted. Communication was consistent and they treated the home with respect. We would use them again without hesitation and are happy to recommend them.

The installation was fabulous, they were polite and were able to install seamlessly quickly! My only critique would be with the communication with the sales person about terms on two things, the financing, there’s not a lot of information on the line of credit and it’s confusing when you sign up making it look like the terms aren’t what was discussed. I had to push aggressively to get any concrete details on what came next including why I didn’t hear back from them after it was approved, when they obtained the flooring and getting an install date. When a salesperson says “I’ll be there the entire time” make sure that happens. I felt forgotten about after the sale was signed off on. It’s not uncommon but if you make the promise you are going to be there the whole way through, then do it or don’t say it.

The whole experience was great. I especially loved that they come to your house measure and show you samples. It took boot a month to get the flooring but they were here with in days putting it in. They did 3 bedrooms a closet and our family room, they were done in1 1/2 days all cleaned up and furniture back!
