After meeting with a few different companies, we choose FCI of SE Indy and we could not be more pleased. They are a family run business that FEELS like a family run business: personal, responsive, pride in their work, and competitively priced. Plus, they’re dog-people. (IYKYK.) They have made everything so easy by bringing their showroom to us and helping us pick out our floor options. We really liked the installation crew as well. We have not had an easy time with our home this year and Jason/Caleb & crew have been so accommodating (and tolerant of our stress-level & indecisiveness). Thank you for everything. We will 100% be back when the time comes to finish the rest of our house.

Communications, product selection, pricing, delivery dates, installation coordination and final product were all excellent. We had hard wood floors, 2nd floor carpeting and stair runners installed. All very satisfied.

We recently replaced all the flooring on both levels of our home, and we could not be happier with the results. Rob and his team were absolutely great to work with throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand our household's day-to-day needs, making recommendations on the best type of flooring for both functionality and longevity. Their guidance gave us total peace of mind before the work even started. The installation was absolutely perfect. The team pays super close attention to detail, and their craftsmanship truly shows in the final product. Replacing the flooring throughout an entire house is a massive undertaking, but Rob and his team made the whole project feel seamless. Everything exceeded our expectations. I have gotten two installs with them now and both have been perfect. Carpet installed in my basement and couldn't be happier. its a large enough room they had to do like 3 separate rolls. I've tried looking a dozen times to tell where the seams are between the rolls and I cant find them. Even knowing where the rolls end I couldn't tell after install. 10/10 Also got some LVP installed at a different time. Originally had interlocking style and to no fault of the installer there were issues with it laying flat in my house. Really old house with uneven floors that were so bad couldn't even be fixed with self leveling. They sent their lead installer out and he inspected it and confirmed they would have to redo it. He recommended switching to a glue down style and he was right. He installed it and now it lays great with no issues. They didn't charge me a single extra cent, they covered it all. Just charged me the original quote. Couldn't recommend this company enough for your flooring!

We are very pleased with the flooring and service from FCL. The process started with a home visit by Janie. She helped us select floor being informative with no pressure. Kevin handled the ordering and installation process. We were in a time crunch and Kevin kept us informed and expedited the process. After dealing with big box stores with all their add on costs, dealing with a local company was far superior. Great personalized service at a good price.
