A very positive experience! The estimate was given quickly and the entire process went smoothly. The tile installers were on time each day and kept to the schedule. I am very happy with the results and have already recommended to a friend. I will use again. .

It was nice to have someone come to my house with samples. So much easier to pick out a product. The installers were polite and worked hard to get the project done. I have to say we were disappointed that all the material was not available on time. I think the transition at the bed is beautiful. The project might have taken longer than we expected but we are happy with the flooring.

Excellent company to deal with! Rick and Sufi are both very good at what they do. Rick is your first contact as he comes to your home to see your project and discuss options with you. Sufi is the all around office manager, project manager, even warehouse loader driver 😁. She takes care of everything for you from beginning to end. The team they sent out to do our project was headed up by Manny and they did an awesome job on our LVP installation. I highly recommend!!

Floor Coverings International of Southeast Knoxville did an outstanding job on our home. We needed to replace old carpet and dated laminate, and Robin brought the mobile showroom right to our house so we could see samples of luxury vinyl plank, engineered hardwood, and carpet in our own lighting. We ended up choosing beautiful hickory engineered hardwood for the main living areas and waterproof luxury vinyl plank for the kitchen, bathrooms, and basement. The team also refinished some existing hardwood and installed new stair carpet for safety. Everything was measured, ordered, and installed on time. The installers were professional, respectful of our home, and left the place clean. The new floors look amazing, feel solid underfoot, and have completely brightened and updated the house. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International for anyone in the Knoxville area looking for hardwood floor installation, luxury vinyl plank, carpet, or full flooring replacement. Great experience from start to finish!

We had Floor Coverings International install new hardwood in our home and then sand and finish the floors. Everything turned out really well. The new hardwood blends beautifully with the rest of the house, and we’re very happy with the finished look. Tim was helpful and responsive throughout the process, and the crew did a great job. I’m really pleased with the result and plan to use them for other projects in the future.

They did a great job with demo and install. The rep is knowledgeable and personable and helped me make the right choice. We had a few delays due to no communication but it all worked out and my floors look beautiful

Highly recommend Floor Coverings International! Andrea and her team are professional, thorough and experienced in exceptional customer service. We had them replace the carpet in our basement about a month ago and could not be happier with the outcome! Andrea brought samples to the house so I could see how the options work with our paint in the lighting in our home. The installation crew moved furniture, removed the old and installed the new carpet and put all the furniture back in great order. We love our new carpet and are so thankful to have worked with Andrea and her team!

OMG!!' I am absolutely elated to share our experience with Floor Coverings International owned by Reinel Solano. This is our second job with Floor Coverings International BECAUSE of excellence in service, quality of materials and professional installation you can be proud of!!! We were SO pleased with the company that we called them back for a second job! And once again, we love the end result!! Fabio and Guillermo installed our new floor in my husband's soon to be man cave !! They installed the hardwood after carefully clearing out the room. Their work was done neatly and precisely as discussed and planned!
