We had our entire condo retitled from Floor Coverings International. From the consult with Jim to the finished product, everything ran smoothly. They gave us a timetable of 10-14 days to complete the job, and it was finished in 11 days. Chris was an excellent tile layer, very precise, answered any questions we had, and very considerate. We had a few small issues to fix, and they were there the next day to take care of them. The owner, Vince was also very attentive, and came to our condo to check on the progress. The tile looks beautiful and we would give them a 5 star rating!!

This company sets the benchmark in exceptional workmanship and stellar customer service. From the moment we had our initial conversation about the project, Harry Singh just brought out his best. Knows his work, delivers on time with great quality, but more than anything, cares about our property as if it were his own. And that's what sets him apart. The initial consultation provided us 4 different flooring options, across technical specs, prices, and color coordination. Harry went above and beyond in securing physical samples, setting up a swanky presentation comparing what we had, and what the samples brought. Pricing is very much on point and justifiable. But somehow price was never the lingering aspect in my mind as I knew Harry is going to deliver the best quality. Once the work was completed, Harry did a walk through of the work, and found an error himself and made sure it was fixed, because as I said, he cares about it as if it were his own works. Leaves no stone unturned. The best part? We are 6,000 miles away and Harry made it happen all himself. We are so happy we chose Floor Coverings and Harry for this work

We really enjoyed our experience working with Keith at Floor Coverings International of Las Colinas. When we moved into a new house in Addison, Keith’s team replaced the carpeted floors with engineered wood and recarpeted the stairs. The quality of work was exceptional and Keith was extremely responsive and accommodating. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Keith to anyone with flooring needs.

I was very pleased with my entire experience with Floor Coverings International. The proposal process with Jamie was easy and painless. Once I committed, I was given an installation date and it was right on schedule. The installers, Daryl and James, were two extremely hard workers and completed flooring in our basement and master bedroom in four days. The floors look great and we are thrilled with the results. I will definitely be talking to Floor Coverings International for any additional flooring needs.

We couldn’t be happier with our new floors! From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and genuinely easy to work with. We had an unexpected trip out of town come up last minute, and they were completely flexible and accommodating. Just great customer service! The installation itself was quick and efficient, and the results are absolutely beautiful. Another thing that really stood out was how they handled a snag in our carpet after the job was done. They responded quickly and took care of it without any runaround. That kind of follow-through after the work is complete says a lot about a company. OMG!!!! Where do I begin? This company is without a doubt one of the best in our Houston area from the beginning to the end! "We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International of Houston Heights! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. Communication was excellent from beginning to end! We really appreciated the home visit consultation with Reinel! He drove out to our home and assessed our needs with samples and a thorough explanation of the process for installing our hardwood floor. Our new hardwood floor was professionally installed in a timely, respectfully process! The craftsmanship is top-notch—the attention to detail around the corners and transitions is perfect. Fabio and Sergio moved our furniture, kept the work area clean, professionals removed carpet /pad and, installed our hardwood floor and finished ahead of schedule!! Our master bedroom looks incredible!! “ I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get hardwood flooring done!"

I now can not open two doors due to the flooring having been installed blocking the door from swinging open, having to now have doors modified by someone else was completely unexpected. Very disappointed in this company
