We drove an hour to visit the store only to find the door locked with no note and no one answering the phone. The advertised store hours were from 9:00 to 3:00. This was very disappointing and poor customer service. Yelp does not have a "zero " star selection!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Asit and Floor Coverings International. He is detailed in his approach to the work and has OUR needs as the priority! Other contractors we met with spent very little time gathering the necessary information to present options for our project. Asit scheduled a call with me BEFORE the face-to-face meeting so that the time spent could be the most productive, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend them!

I had Floor Coverings International install new carpet in my basement, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. The whole team was professional, friendly, and very caring with everything they did. I needed the work done fast before Thanksgiving, and they promised they would make it happen, and they truly delivered. They explained the process clearly, worked clean, and made the whole project very easy for me. The quality of the carpet and the installation both look beautiful. I am very happy with the result and with the way they treated me as a customer. This is a great local business with great people, and I will gladly work with them again. Thank you, Amir

I am happy with my home with the gorgeous up and down stairs. I am excited to get my runners this coming week. The owner is Brad Brown and he has been so helpful for me. He makes sure everything is done to perfection. I hope every one goes to Floor Coverings International as everyone will be so pleased on the care that they receive.

We hired Floor Coverings International to remove our old carpet and replace it with hardwood in our double level foyer and master bedroom. We needed the main level floors redone to match as well as the rails replaced. They had their work cut out for them! As 2 working professionals, Greg and his team were there every step of the way to ensure the project was being carried out as planned which was critical since we couldn't be there for much of the work. We followed up each evening on progress for the day and the plans going forward. They made sure the standards were met with the project and walked through with us to touch up any final details. We are very pleased and will be working with them again in the future for other floors in our house.
