Well, It's one year later and I chose FCI again for my upstairs flooring. I went with the LVP again. I worked with Josh and Jamal. To say they are excellent is an understatement. I knew it would be done right and I would have the result I was expecting. I was not disappointed. The flooring is outstanding and theinstallers were fantastic. My project was done in one day and I am so pleased.Josh is the best project manager you will find in the twin cities. He coordinates the entire project from beginning to end and his execution is flawless. I knew from experience that he would do his best to provide the best customer service, installation, and follow up throughout the project. I am so pleased. I highly recomment FCI and particularly Josh Pederson.Thanks so much.Excellent. The best service ever. The reason I chose Floor Coverings International is Josh. I really wanted someone to act as a project manager and take the decisions off my hands. Choosing a vendor to provide flooring is a real chore. It took hours of visiting stores, taking pictures, deciding on flooring, and them the prospect of choosing a contractor was way too daunting. Josh made the whole process easy and effortless. He managed the installer, was there when the project began, and when the project was completed. Communcation is key. Josh kept me informed every step of the way and I knew exactly what to expect. I am absolutely thrilled with the flooring. I chose a LVP by Shaw and love it. It is very rich looking and really transformed my space. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience ! We had them replace all our flooring in our home and our new floors look great ! We have had several other trades in our home in past few months finishing up on our remodeling projects and they have all commented-on how good our hardwood floors look and who ever installed them did a great job. We would highly recommend floor coverings, and have recommended them to our neighbors and friends.

Dave was most excellent in his service and attentive help. He quoted reasonable pricing, followed up quickly on issues, and delivered on his project. We had both carpet and luxury vinyl installed in at 3000+ sq home. The installers were professional, helpful, and prompt.
