I was told that they could get the job done very fast because they are international. That wasn't the case. They ordered wrong product and it took about 3 weeks after I paid a deposit before the project started. They also were calling me and texting me many times a day about payment. I didn't call bugging them during this 3 week period that they had my deposit before they started the project. It was very uncomfortable to be bothered so much. The communication was poor. It was just silence from the 3 weeks before the project started and I had to call them finally after over 2 weeks to find out what was going on. Lainie was the one from their company hounding me like I was gonna rip them off or something. I dont appreciate being treated this way. The floor work took 2 days which is what I was expecting. But then was told it'd only be one and it did end up taking 2. I recommend NOT doing business with them.

Worked with Marty and team on a large 3 home flooring project who were competitive price wise, very responsive throughout the project and was able to answer any questions quickly. Highly recommend for any flooring projects for anyone in need. Great people and honesty and integrity practiced in high regards. Will definitely call them for future projects.

We are SO pleased with Floor Coverings International of Northeast Georgia. Clayton and his team were absolutely incredible. So easy to communicate and schedule with, installation was seamless and the team was timely, courteous, and amazing to work with. It was a huge selling point to us that they do the heavy lifting and help with existing furniture. Last but certainly not least, the carpet selections were great and our new carpet has made our home refresh better than we could've imagined. Cannot recommend Clayton, Laura, and FCI enough!

I never thought having our stairs re-carpeted could be so easy, quick and affordable! Pete came by to assess the project and had carpet samples to choose from. He returned within weeks to remove our old carpeting and lay the new all in one day! The stairs look amazing, we love the carpet and the work top notch. I would heartily recommend him to anyone!!
