Our own customers are the hardest to please - they are church folk. And church folk have a lot of opinions. Ashley and the team at International Floor Coverings Long Beach hit every mark and beyond. Steve and his team are the best. They came over and helped me select a new carpet style and color, and then scheduled a date for installation. All I had to do was empty the furniture of the small delicate items. They moved all the furniture around and installed the new carpet in 1 day. Thanks guys!

Very positive experience working with Floor Covering International in Island Park. We are new homeowners in Long Beach and needed guidance with a floor that was uneven and had layers of old floors underneath. Chris and Andrew came to look at the floor and suggested some options. Floors were ordered and installed within a week. I would highly recommend working with them for their personal service, quick turnaround time and attention to detail.

Only great things to say about Floor Coverings International (FCI) and their amazing installation of our new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring! I was planning for a DIY project but my wife was not thrilled about the prospect of turning our house upside down for the time it would have taken me. Steve Dipollina, the franchise owner here in Somerset County NJ, was knowledgeable, responsive, and timely in all his communications. He got the job scheduled even earlier than promised, and Ronny and his install crew were a well-oiled machine. They did a truly phenomenal job finishing three rooms, a hallway, and 14 steps all in one day. Everything looks amazing. It was a far superior and professional install than my previous experience using box store sub-contractors. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend FCI to others. Thank you!

We chose FCI to install hardfloor in our 2nd floor hallway and office room. Joe and his crew did an excellent job, they helped us to select the best option for our house and their advice paid off. Once we made our choice, the installation was quick and accurate and the floor looks gorgeous! It really works with our aesthetic. The value was really good for the price, too. We shopped around before we chose this company. FCI gave us a very competitive rate compared to others and based on our experience, we would definitely recommend them!

Great company to work with from the initial visit with Janie and the price was really fair. Work started very quickly and completed within a week by very skilled flooring techs. Project oversight by Kevin was a daily drop in and walk through once or twice. Minor issue of bridging the tile and laminate transition was addressed and looks great! Raul and Louis were absolutely amazing. Very hard workers and pride of workmanship. I’m very pleased, very, with the final outcome. Don’t hesitate to use this company. They do what they say they will with no surprises or upselling.

Charlie came to us with samples and gave me an estimate. Charlie could do the work in about 2 weeks. Charlie was easy to contact and kept us posted on the installation date. His crew arrived on the date he said and completed the work in about 3 days. I endorse this company for the beautiful work they did. Charlie and crew were friendly and polite. Pictures show tile to wood interface and carpet to wood at door.

I am thrilled and relieved about the service, speed, integrity and professionalism that this local small business in Kingman provided for me. My wife and I recently purchased a beautiful older custom home in Valle Vista! We live out of state but I was able to view the property a month after closing and the carpet was 20 plus years old and the padding and strip had seen better days practically decomposing. My first impulse was the big box store and after receiving their bid I decided to call my realtor and she referred Floor Coverings International! Krista was amazing accommodating my headset while I was driving a big rig! She explained the whole process and promptly got me a same day bid as promised. Not only was her bid more complete and over $1000.00 less, it was also backed with a warranty and included new tack strip as she determined it would hold the carpet much better! Since I installed carpet 20 years ago I greatly appreciated that tidbit!!! Kudos. I am looking forward to the beauty the install will bring and of course the overall value!! Support your local small businesses and get the nails, screws and sprinkler parts from the big box!!
