I had all flooring in my 1000 sq ft townhouse replaced with engineered hardwood and tile in one bathroom. Results speak for themselves! Work was finished in the time estimated. Dalia was fantastic to work with from the first meeting! She was super helpful in making the flooring choices and deciding which way the planks would run (which I hadn't put much thought into). She was communicative during the entire process, and made sure everything was the way I wanted. Very reasonable pricing and I paid what was originally quoted. *Painting in photos done separately by CertaPro Painters of Woburn

This flooring Company is unmatched! We got many different quotes to replace the floors on the 2nd story of our new home and found Kim who came to our house and worked with us tirelessly to make sure we got 100% what we wanted in the end. This took a lot of iterations and scenarios but he was so patient and helpful the entire time. He was also easy to reach and great at communication which was so appreciated. The crew arrived early the day of the project and got it all done within 9 hours, we were SO impressed! The floors look incredible and came out better than we hoped. The price was extremely reasonable and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. Thank you to all for such a positive outcome!

We had a great experience working with Floor Coverings International for our tile (Diatile) and Cali Bamboo flooring installation. I sourced and specified all materials myself with fairly tight specs, so execution mattered. I worked directly with the owner, Dave, and he was excellent—patient, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. As with any project, a few issues came up along the way. What stood out was Dave’s commitment to making things right. He addressed concerns promptly and stayed engaged until everything was resolved to our standards. The installation turned out clean and precise, and the finished result reflects the level of detail we were aiming for. We recently had carpet installed and had a really good experience. It was easy to work with Larry and his team. The part we liked most was being able to look at samples in our own home, which made it much easier to choose something we loved in our space. The install went smoothly and everything looks great. I contacted three other companies and their customer service was basically nonexistent. No follow through. So I was pleasantly surprised with Justin and his team.
