I had a wonderful experience with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring. Starting with Erin, who is not only a sales person but the owner. She came to my house with samples and helped me make decisions on things I wasn't sure about. She never tried to over sell me and she suggested some things that actually saved me money. Her installers were also fantastic. They were very friendly and professional. They moved all my large furniture, which was something I couldn't do myself, and they did a great job with the install, which only took 2 days to complete. I now have LVP in my great room and new carpeting in my primary bedroom. My condo looks brand new!

Project was scheduled promptly and confirmed before installation. The crew showed up on time and went to work immediately. Work was performed professionally, with a complete cleanup and walk through at the end of the job. A trouble-free, hassle-free experience that fit my budget, and greatly improved my living spaces. I have them on my list of approved contractors for my next project.

I had an outstanding experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish! Preston was absolutely amazing. His knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service made the entire process stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, provided great recommendations, and never made me feel pressured. Omar did an incredible job managing the installation process. The installation team was prompt, efficient, respectful of my home, and paid close attention to every detail. They removed and reinstalled the carpet in my master bedroom, game room, and two hallways, and the finished product looks fantastic. They even moved my entire bedroom set and returned every piece to its proper place, which I truly appreciated. What impressed me even more was Omar’s willingness to go above and beyond. He noticed a broken piece on my headboard that had been damaged before they arrived and took the time to fix it without hesitation and did not charge me, also he provided the same gesture to my flooring upstairs. That level of care and customer service is hard to find these days. Their pricing was also very competitive and significantly better than several other companies I considered, making the value even greater. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for quality flooring, outstanding customer service, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be using them again for my next flooring project!
