Andrew and Evan are wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products. I was getting new carpet for our new house and kind of thought all carpet was the same. Their explanation of the different products and what would work best based on pets and the room it was going in was so beyond helpful. I cannot say enough nice things about them. Highly recommend calling them for any flooring needs.

Chris and his team were amazing from start to finish with our flooring throughout the house. From understanding the right process to recommending the right options and install they were great. Plumbers jackhammered to repair pipelines and left an uneven cement job behind and return of the LVT panels. The best plumbers aren't floor experts! I asked if Charles could put fresh panels in and restore a flat floor in this small bath; not disturbing the existing recently installed sink cabinet in this highly trafficked exit to the garage. In two visits totalling a few hours all was restored better than before as if nothing ever happened. Pricing was perfect.

From sales to installation everything went great and looks fantastic. Paul on the sales side worked hard to get us the flooring that would work best for us and did not try to upsell or have us spend more than we needed to. On the install Matt was awesome and very professional. We needed two rooms done at one time and the 3rd room done a few weeks later. They were willing to work with us and we could not be happier with how the project has come out. Would highly recommend working with this company.

Excellent experience with Floor Coverings International.. Both Kim and Rin are true professionals. I got Kim's contact information from a neighbor who had been very pleased with her installation. Kim offered suggestions for a tile color and design for a small reading room. The recommendations were perfect for the space! Also, he listened to what my needs were regarding carpet and helped me select an excellent choice. Rin has been amazing: on site to help ensure a smooth installation, went above and beyond to help with extras such as making sure the baseboard was touched up as well as helping me get my closet situated. The carpet and tile are both beautiful and very nice quality. What an improvement! Definitely recommend!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. From my first meeting with Heather, all the way through installation, every single interaction was 5⭐️+. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. I met with one of their competitors, and it was like night and day. Pricing was comparable. Highly recommend!
