Eric was very pleasant to deal with. The stimate to install the flooring was good. The installers came on time. They removed the current floor and cleaned. Then installed the plank flooring. The job was done accurate and the job site was very clean when completed. They did an excellent job.

Floor Coverings provided top shelf service throughout matching new flooring to existing, communicating about delivery and installing the new flooring and with impeccable service from the initial on site measuring through final painting of quarter round after the new flooring was stained. Two thumbs up! I’d hire them again.

My husband and I are very impressed by the care given (in craftsmanship and communication) by the team from Floor Coverings International of Champaign in removing and reinstalling the tiles in our master bath shower to repair a leak. The owner Calvin was very thorough from initial intake (understanding our desired outcome) through final walk-through and at every stage in between. The team even went above and beyond by caulking the baseboards adjacent to the shower to ensure there would be no water damage outside the shower. The personalized touches (e.g. homemade cinnamon rolls as a thank you for being their customer), clear communication and craftsmanship (even my family member who is an architect was iimpressed!) made for a great experience. I'd absolutely recommend their work for customers looking for a tiling service.

Enjoyed working with Nathan and finding flooring options that finished our basement perfectly. The quoting experience was refreshing with an instant precise and fair quote. We went with a faux wood laminate and carpet with a comfortable foam option. Install went well and quickly. Would recommend anyone looking for flooring to consider Nathan and this company.
