Floor Coverings International did an excellent job on our flooring installation at our Oshkosh location. Their team was professional, communicated well throughout the project, and delivered quality workmanship on schedule. Our kitchen wood floor had been damaged over the years from chairs being pulled out and returned to the kitchen island counter. Floor Coverings International came out and gave us an estimate for what was a small job for them. Estimate was accepted. Work was scheduled for later and was completed in a day. That section of floor looks like new and matches the existing floor. We are extremely pleased with the work performed.

I did not get to get my floors done sadly but I had them give me an estimate on redoing the flooring in the apartment we were in! They were awesome! Andrea knows her stuff and was kind about the budget we were wanting to stay within and really advocated for us! Everyone was so great at communicating and answering all of our questions and little worries! Heather made sure to let me know everything that was happening and was so real! They are all so friendly and really make you feel like you become a part of their family! I would 100% recommend!!

I have worked with FCI multiple times, and they are always on time and go above and beyond to make the jobs stress free and easy! I cannot express enough that you should call them for any of your flooring needs. Whether it be carpet, laminate, or tile, they will do it right. Great experience from start to finish with beautiful results! Shelley's a great listener and quickly had a sense of the look I was going for and made suggestions that were lovely and matched my tastes. Kevin was patient and understanding with delays I had due to other work being done and Reuben and his installation crew were extremely meticulous with every tile laid and I couldn't be happier with how sleek everything turned out. It's very rare to see a group of people as passionate about their what they do and who take this level of pride and attention to detail in their work and I feel fortunate to have had them help me with this project. Hands down a 10/10 and would highly recommend.
