When I bought our condo, I knew we wanted to replace the flooring. I reached out to several providers: one waited several days and then asked to change our confirmed appointment time and day. Another, who came recommended and whom I really wanted to use, brought no samples and provided an estimate for a good-quality carpet that used recycled materials. Another highly rated provider came, did a measure, brought samples but spent no time discussing different products and said I should visit the showroom to pick out the actual product. Andrew from Floor Coverings came, on time, was neatly dressed, well spoken, enthusiastic about our relatively small project (three rooms of carpet plus two walk-in closets), had samples, described the products he was offering, and was patient and humorous with us as we made our decision about the product. Another seemingly small thing that actually is a big thing: when he drove up, he was in a marked company van and parked on our road versus barrelling into our driveway like every other service provider usually does. Andrew described the process for ordering, delivery, and how long our project would take and everything was pretty well on target. The job took about an hour longer than he predicted (which was fine), and the carpet is just the right color and very comfortable to walk on. The installers were very friendly, however, it was slightly unnerving that they talked to either one another or callers on their earbuds the entire time they were here. On a plus side, they were neat and respectful of our development and did a good job cleaning up the work place and vacuuming before they left. The lead installer also took care to ask if I was satisfied not only with the install but also the positioning of the furniture that they put back in place. Even though they didn't speak English as their primary language, they were still friendly and, more importantly, hard workers who were conscientious of their job. Floor Coverings gets five stars from us. They were not the cheapest estimate but we're happy with the way the project turned out. I'd take a picture but it's carpet and we all know what it looks like so

We had a wonderful experience working with Floor. Coverings International of South Idaho. Our project was unique, we carpeted a shop to use for a business. With the concrete grade and other challenges, they were very knowledgeable, reliable and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. We sure appreciate them and would highly recommend them.

We had a carpet runner installed on our staircase and couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation was flawless—the runner is perfectly centered, tightly secured, and looks like it was always meant to be there. The installer was professional, and took great care to make sure everything was done right. They left the work area clean. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality carpet runner installation.

Highly recommend Mike and Floor Coverings International. You get quality personal service where all your questions, concerns and costs are answered. We are impressed and pleased with the quality of the vinyl plank floors. The 2 installers were so skilled and did our entire house in 1.5 days!

I had a great experience working with Devin. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire consultation. He took the time to explain the different flooring options, answer all of my questions, and help me better understand what would work best for my home. I really appreciated that he was helpful without making the process feel pressured or rushed. You can tell he cares about providing good customer service and making sure his customers have the information they need to make the best decision for their home. I would definitely recommend Devin to anyone looking for flooring options and a knowledgeable professional to guide them through the process.

Customer service is non-existant. I had floors put down approximately five (5) years ago and now have several uneven spots due to a vapor barrier not being installed. I have called multiple times to coporate to speak with someone and each time they tell me how responsive they are and somebody would call me back. So far it has been three weeks and have not heard from anyone. Definately would not recommend to anyone.

Cindy and her team were very professional, patient and kind. I am satisfied with the backsplash install. Cindy offered her help selecting the perfect backsplash for our kitchen. I would definitely recommend and use them for future projects!

We are very satisfied with the work Thomas and his crew did and was very prompt and very professional. We reached out last Thursday and Thomas immediately contacted me back we set a time to come out Friday to inspect our damaged floors from the flooding he gave us a quote that was reasonable there were no hidden fees. He explained everything in detail and how his crew work and the time frame for the project to be completed 1 to 2 days. They came out Monday and was done Tuesday as promised. We definitely will be working with them in future. Great work. I highly recommend their services.
