BUYERS BEWARE! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FREDERICKBURG VA OFFICE!!! If you have to work with Hamed or any of the staff from the Frederickburg, VA office you will encounter problems. I will continue to update this thread as we go through the process. Bottom Line: The project management team is sub par, workers dont speak any English, incorrect flooring installed, shoddy craftsmanship, and horrendous customer service from upper management at the Fredericksburg location. RCI Flooring has a great reputation, but the Frederickburg VA location is horrible!!! It has gotten to the point where Lawyers have to get involved for a simple $17,000 flooring job. I will detail this debacle in future posts.

We were apprehensive and overwhelmed when it came to picking out new carpet for an upstairs bedroom/loft area. Erin was easy to work with and guided us through each step. She was patient as we decided on carpet choice and was so helpful in explaining how to choose carpet that would look great. We love our carpet and are so thankful we decided to use Floor Coverings International.

Devin the owner / salesman did not pressure us at all. He just quoted us a very fair price. The guys came in when they said they would and work diligently. They completed four bedrooms in 2 days which included moving all the furniture out of and back into all four bedrooms the bedrooms. I couldn't be happier with their work.

We installed carpet in our home, and it looks great. The whole process was easier than we expected, and the team helped us choose something that really fits our space. The installation was smooth, and the final result made our home feel more comfortable and refreshed. We're really happy with how everything turned out. FCI Fredericksburg We decided to install new flooring throughout our entire house, and working with Floor Coverings International made the whole process much easier than we expected. Being able to see the samples in our own home really helped us picture how everything would look in each room. The team was patient and gave us helpful advice without rushing us, which made choosing the right style feel less stressful. Once we decided, the installation went smoothly, and everything was done with care and attention to detail. Now that it's finished, our home feels completely refreshed, and we're really happy with how everything turned out. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Asit and Jigna were terrific to work with, flexible and easy going. They listened to our needs and met them spectacularly. We love our new carpet and baseboards. Every crew member did excellent work in the installation process.

I had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings on my townhouse project. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy with the results. Justin, the owner, and Drew, the office manager, were both an absolute pleasure to work with. Justin really took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me think through the best materials and design choices for my home. His suggestions for the hearth and stairs made a huge difference in the final result. Especially the design and trim details he incorporated into the stairs are absolutely beautiful and have become one of my favorite features of the project. The installation team was equally impressive. They were always on time, respectful of my home, and diligent in their work. Justin checked in regularly throughout the project to make sure everything was progressing smoothly, and the entire project was completed on schedule. The finished result is stunning. The new flooring has completely transformed my home, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Drew was wonderful as well. He is so kind, polite, and organized. He made the billing and payment process seamless, which helped make the entire experience completely stress-free. Overall, I felt respected, heard, and well taken care of throughout the entire process. I truly enjoyed working with the Floor Coverings team and appreciated how collaborative they were in helping me make the best decisions for my home. I highly recommend this team. My only wish is that I had more floors to renovate so I could have an excuse to work with them again!

Mike was extremely professional and helpful during our in-home consultation for our stair runner and flooring installation. Norma was extremely prompt and thorough with scheduling and communication. Both of the contractors who came to install the floors and stair were professional, prompt, kind, and executed their work perfectly! Further, the pricing for Floor Coverings International is extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and we will definitely use them again for any future flooring / carpeting projects!

We had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. Great experience throughout the project. From Isaiah coming to my home with samples and providing a quote, to Danny and his team completing my installation in one day and returning the next day to fit my doors, everything was done diligently and professionally.
