I’m a General contractor and Floor coverings international is our preferred Flooring team. The reason being I really value Evan’s approach to helping clients make selections and planning the project. Evan brings his mobile showroom right to our clients door making it easier for clients to pick products from the comfort of their own home saving them a trip to a showroom for selections. Evan’s team is proactive in the planning and delivers High Quality execution on all of his installs!

I just had an entire 20 year old carpeted floor (and stairs) replaced with hardwood and it took less than a week! From start to finish this was a seamless process. Chris gave an excellent presentation during the consultation and answered every question I had! He helped convince me to go with Floor Coverings International, and Oscar managed the project and the team, coming in person every day to ensure everything was going according to plan. I would highly recommend working with them. The project turned out just as we imagined and we could not be happier !

Bertha was awesome to work with. Great communication, knew her products well, quick to reply to questions, up front and reasonable pricing. Installers (Edgar and Raul) were friendly and did a great job quickly. They installed new carpet in our basement and our upstairs, with 2 staircases, in two days. I would gladly recommend this company.

Eric and his team went above and beyond on our carpet runner install. Greg helped us pick a fabric that was the best quality for having kids and pets in the home and within our budget. The day of install Eric made sure to keep communication and everyone showed up on time. Laurie the designer was friendly and professional, explaining each step before install. Ivan the installer did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend FCI.

I was directed to this company by a friend and everything went great. I purchased carpeting for my home and the carpet arrived on time and the installers were terrific. The cost for the carpet was fair and the installation was professional. I am loving my new carpet and would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet for their home. We had a good experience with Floor Coverings International. The 3 different contractor teams did excellent work on tile, wood and carpet floor renovation projects, that all look very nice and installed in a day or 2. Wood floor was refinished and stained. Tile replaced a former old vinyl kitchen floor and carpeting replaced former older carpet. Ramsey Moorman and his office team always kept us informed of the project schedules and all issues involved with the 3 flooring projects. We highly recommend using Floor Coverings International for floor renovations.

We 100% recommend the Team at Floor Coverings International. From Glenn our Sales Consultant, to Katie our Installation Coordinator, to the Hardwood Installation Team, to the Carpet Installation Team, everyone was professional, prompt, and friendly. Their follow up skills are excellent; they checked in with us before, during and after our project, both via phone and in person. The hardwood and carpet installation Teams were courteous and went above and beyond during the installation process. Workmanship, attention to detail, and materials are top notch. High levels of customer care were present in every department we interacted with during our project; it truly is embedded as part of the company philosophy. We are thrilled with the results of our project, and would happily choose Floor Coverings International again!
