it took almost 2 years for me to get the runner for my staircase. They glued the final product down without placing padding underneath, I even asked the sales rep about padding under the carpet and she said it would make it stand up too far. I contacted the sales rep and I contacted the manager about the wear on the stair tread, supposed to get in touch with the distributor to see if I can be reimbursed. no response no return phone calls. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

I recently had new carpeting installed in my master bedroom by Floor Coverings International. Janie Sanderg, Consultant and Franchisee of the Henderson shop came to my home with an array of carpets samples. She was patient and knowledgeable with my needs and helped me with the best selection of carpet and padding. The memory foam padding is wonderful! Great service from the selection process to the installation. Kevin Jacinth, Production Manager, was great! I highly recommend!

FCI was great to work with. The previous owners of our home made some questionable decisions with the stair carpeting and FCI helped us figure out a cost-effective solution without having to look into additional carpentry work. The two installers, Sergio and Jesus, were professional and treated my home as if it was their own. They updated us on the progress throughout the day to ensure we were content with how it looked in each room. Would recommend using FCI for your carpet needs.

Eric and his crew did an amazing job. We had two rooms and 2 walk in closets of hardwood floors installed, and I could not be happier with the results. They matched the hallway and used all greenguard gold certified products per my request, so there was zero smell after the install. Super happy with the results. I got about 7 quotes and went with Floor Coverings International due to their competitive price, willingness to use the water based stain I preferred and professionalism/communication. This company was also the only company that actually chemically tested the wood to ensure it was what we thought it was prior to the install and took the time to explain all the steps etc. Highly Recommend.

These guys were great. We own a rental and needed new floors on the second floor to match the first. They measured and gave several options at different price points. I was able to find some nice floors in our budget. The installation was beautiful. Very happy.

Called them because their google reviews were excellent. My first impression is that they were people talking to people. Not a mindless corporation talking to a customer. This alone is enough to earn my business for life. But…..I had a unique situation and the got better! A family rabbit pried off the floor vent and crawled into the air duct. They came out and removed the flooring, cut a hole in the subfloor and assisted us with the extraction of the rabbit. Way above and beyond what any other company I called. They then returned to repair the subfloor and we picked out a new flooring that was more suitable for a bunny room. The choices were vast. The quality of the materials, the installation, and overall experience was well above 5 stars. Will use again and recommend often!
