You can tell a lot about a company by how they stand behind their service. Floor Covering International Mesa did that and beyond. We ordered carpet from another vendor but hired Floor Coverings to do the install. They came out and measured, we ordered the carpet and they did the install. We did ask that there would be no seam. Unfortunately, there was a small seam. After discussing this with Kris, she immediately told us she would correct the problem. She reordered the carpet for the entire room and reinstalled the carpet at no charge! Kris was professional throughout the process and wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with the results. Outstanding service and a great team to work with!

Justin and Robin truly have this business down to a science. From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. The convenience of the mobile showroom--paired with Robin's incredibly patient, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable approach--made the entire selection process both easy and enjoyable. Even after our appointment, when I found myself browsing additional LVP options online, Robin remained responsive and was happy to send samples over right away.Installation day brought an unexpected challenge with an uneven subfloor, but Justin handled the situation with clear, consistent communication every step of the way. His straightforward yet personable approach made it easy to trust the process, and I felt confident throughout.The final result speaks for itself--the floors turned out beautifully. During the final walkthrough, I had a couple of minor concerns, and they were addressed promptly and without hesitation. Justin also made a point to remind me that I could reach out anytime if anything came up, which I truly appreciated.I couldn't be happier with my new flooring and am genuinely excited to show it off. I will absolutely be recommending Justin and Robin to friends and family.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Brad, Courtney, and Tim were professional, and knowledgable. They were very flexible with our needs. The installers were friendly, respectful of our home, and skilled. Flooring was completed on time, and cleanup was thorough. We look forward to scheduling another project in the future. I recently had a need to replace some flooring after distcovering a broken water pipe in my home. I contacted Floor Coverings International. Their approach is to "custom fit" the flooring to your exact setting and its surroundings. I liked not having to visit a large showroom where the customer worries about how much of the price is related to the cost of maintaining a sprawling showroom and its utility costs. With FCI, the overhead is not gigantic and the sales personnel provided me with the best value for a given floor covering choice. I highly recommend FCI to others for their flooring needs.

I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Katy and Patrick's Floor Coverings Intl. of Bend. I had thought my project would be larger than on how I decided to proceed, as I ultimately only carpeted a stairway, but I was given the close attention and service of a much larger job. I enjoyed the whole process and will go no further than Patrick and Katy with my next home flooring improvement. They are not only very knowledgeable and professional in the flooring business but were fun to deal with. The installers were very good with their attention to detail. I came away with not only a very nice carpeted stairway but with the added benefit of two new friends in Bend. "You never know" when you step into a new environment! Thanks Katy & Patrick.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International of Eastern Iowa from start to finish. The in-home consultation made a big difference. Being able to see flooring options in our own space and lighting helped us feel confident in the decision. Nathan was excellent to work with. He went above and beyond throughout the process, always available to answer questions and talk through ideas. It never felt rushed, and his input was really helpful as we narrowed things down. We ended up choosing Cali Vinyl Longboards Icons, and we couldn’t be happier. The look fits our space perfectly, and the durability gives us confidence it will hold up well over time. Delivery and service were smooth, and everything came together just as we hoped. Overall, a very positive experience and a team I would recommend without hesitation. As you can see, we still have a ways to go in our remodel project, but floors are in and couldn’t be happier!
