We had Aaron do our floor covering. We picked a Hard wood flooring. English Pub is the name. We did have some issues. When we called Aaron he came out quickly to look. He agreed our concerns were valid. Aaron quickly found a remedy that all were pleased with. We are very happy with our wood fooring, it looks so good. Thank you Aaron

My goal was to have carpet removed from bedrooms and replaced with vinyl flooring. I had contacted several vendors to see about pricing, product selection and installation procedures. When I was made aware that Costco had flooring options I was intrigued. Upon further research I contacted this service and was impressed with my original contact with Floor Coverings International. Every person involved in this process was exceptional. Travis was outstanding along with Rebekah, Gabriel and Donal. The craftsmanship, customer service and overall professional service was truly outstanding. Everyone involved in my home project is a star in my view. From demolition, furniture removal to the final flooring placed, the “crew” treated my home with care and respect. This degree of dedication and customer service is hard to find. The bedrooms look amazing! Could not be happier. Absolutely would highly recommend Floor Coverings International. Terrific work, great people.

Our experience with Floor Coverings International was very positive from start to finish. The owner, Wes, was easy to work with, explained everything beforehand and had great follow up to our questions. He was also very flexible when scheduling our project. We live in an old house with its original hardwood floors that were in desperate need of refinishing, not a small undertaking! The crew that did the refinishing were excellent. Not only was the final product even better than we imagined, they were friendly , diligent in their communication and very hard working. I want to give a shout out to their crew Lead, Eddie, he was a true pleasure to work with and was very professional. Once the project was done, Wes did a great job following up and inspecting the final product with us.

As we were preparing our home to go on the market, one of the biggest issues we faced was the carpeting upstairs. After years of kids, friends, and constant foot traffic, the carpet had developed several waves and ripples that made the entire upstairs look worn and dated. We knew it needed attention before listing the house. That’s when we reached out to Floor Coverings International Plano and connected with John Conroy. John was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly recommended one of his team members to handle the repair. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. From my perspective, it looked like one large carpet stretching across multiple rooms and hallways, so I assumed this would be a difficult project. The technician spent several hours carefully re-stretching and repairing the carpet, never rushing the job and focusing on getting everything exactly right. When he finished and we finally went upstairs to see the results, we were genuinely amazed. The ripples were completely gone, the carpet looked smooth and flawless, and honestly, it looked almost like a brand-new installation. The entire upstairs immediately felt cleaner, newer, and much more appealing. The workmanship was exceptional, the pricing was very reasonable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if the improved appearance of the upstairs helped make our home more attractive to potential buyers. A huge thank you to John and the entire team for their professionalism, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service. If you’re looking for flooring experts who truly care about quality and take pride in their work, Floor Coverings International Plano should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended!
