We were very pleased with the floor coverings that were done by Floor Coverings International. Mike and his associate Nancy was very easy to talk to.There was no "hard pressured" sales talk. The 3 guys that came to do the installation worked diligently and very quickly to install the flooring. The 3 rooms were completed in one day as promised. They removed the old flooring quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. The floors turned out BEAUTIFUL as promised!! On a scale of 1-5 I would give FCIU a high 5!!! Isaac & Bonita Brooks

FCI of North Central San Diego helped us replace the hardwood flooring of our Condo. We selected them based on exceptional reviews and a reasonable price. Charles worked closely with us to select the wood and the design of the underlayment to fit our floor. He oversaw the installation of the flooring by the technicians on a daily basis to ensure quality. We are very pleased with the project and recommend them highly.

Floor Coverings International did a complete flooring in a major part of my home start to finish. The workers were courteous and masters at removing wood floors and putting in quality tile. I highly recommend this quality and friendly company to all that might need any type of flooring done in their homes my furniture that they had to remove and put back in place without one scratch on it.

Erik was up front and honest about pricing and everything my flooring contract would need. The installers did a great job and made good use of time. They paid extra attention to detail and had a couple issues come up which required on the fly adjustments due to existing appliance issues and strategic fireplace issues. They handled this with excellent precision and professionalism. The work arounds look absolutely fantastic and they job came out better than I thought possible. Erik was diligent and professional as well as listened to all for my concerns. I had huge problems in the past with Empire floors and Erik did a great job addressing all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely be using this company for ALL flooring needs and the rest of my home when I need them.

Who do you choose when you have the seemingly daunting task of keeping your original solid maple wood floors, plus finding more high character grade wood to replace carpet, and having it all installed and stained to look beautiful? We chose Floor Coverings International, and we are so happy we did! Bethany made numerous trips to our home bringing sample after sample until we narrowed down our choice of color. She would leave sample boards with us which allowed us to see the choices at all times of day. Bethany exuded positivity and gave us confidence in choosing Floor Coverings International. Adam, Bethany’s husband, was in charge of coordinating the project and communicating with everyone involved. He monitored progress and kept the timeline on track. Adam addressed small changes and was there for all of our questions. He even drove us to choose the correct wood to match our original wood. Next, there was Josh, who installed the floors. Josh worked his magic as he integrated the new wood boards with the existing wood. He sanded off the old stain and prepared all for staining. Josh prepared 5-6 options of stain for us to choose from. Bethany and three of our friends/family joined in to offer their choices of stain. Incredibly, we all chose the same one! The finished project proved that Josh is an amazing craftsman. Not only that, but he also sent us pictures all through the process! His brother, Jake, helped with some finishing details, and many others contributed by helping as needed in different roles and to move heavy furniture before and after. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Michael, the owner, personally came by to check on the project, which is something you do not see very often. Everyone took genuine pride in the quality of the work and making sure I was happy with the final result. overall the whole staff at floor covering international are great and professional. their contractors did excellent work, and they too were very professional, and they would answer any questions we had in mind and explain what they were doing and why. We have had other company's install our carpet before, but when all said and done floor covering international & their contracts were great and we are very happy with the carpet & wooden floor.
