We purchased a new house in lake Las Vegas. The builder wanted over 72k to install wood flooring in our new house. We found the flooring we wanted and contacted many flooring stores in the Las Vegas area for quotes. We worked with Janie on the quote and measurements. Janie was the most professional and thorough of all the flooring people we spoke with so we decided to work with them. Janie saved us 30k over the builder even though Janie had to remove all the carpet and bust up the tile. Kevin was the project manager and made us feel comfortable with the process right from the first time we met him. He kept everything on track and contacted me anytime any questions came up. His communication was great. They followed through on everything we discussed prior to starting the project. I highly recommend this group for anyone looking to purchase and install wood flooring.

Our old carpet and flooring had seen better days after 10 years. I’m very happy with the overall result of the new floors- house looks cleaner and more modern. The install went great, the pricing was fair and better than my quotes from the box box stores. Very responsive communication and feedback. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for new floors.

Very responsive business. The measurements, carpet selection and quotation process was completed quickly and efficiently, and the price offered was very reasonable. The installation was done in one day, the workmanship was excellent and we are very pleased with the results.

We hired this flooring company to refinish the floors in our home after receiving a quote from the owner, Wes. We paid a deposit and trusted this company to do the work professionally. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing, from the quality of the work to the communication and lack of resolution. There were issues from the start, including poor communication, concerns about how the work was being handled, and problems with the quality of the workmanship. As the job progressed, our concerns continued to grow, and what should have been an exciting experience preparing our first home turned into an incredibly stressful situation. While we were away, we trusted this company with our home. We were never informed what time the workers would arrive, our home was left a mess on multiple occasions at the end of the day, and our doors were left wide open while we were gone. We trusted them to respect our home and keep it secure, and this behavior was completely unacceptable. Once the workers were considered “finished,” we noticed the job was not done properly and that there were issues throughout our living room and dining room. These included mismatched wood, inconsistent stain coloring, excessive filler, gaps, uneven transitions, and an unfinished appearance. The baseboards were also damaged during the work, and we were never informed about the damage. Instead of communicating with us about the damage and discussing how it should be addressed, Wes instructed his workers to simply just replace the damaged baseboards with a random piece of wood that does not match the existing trim. Decisions about our home were made without our knowledge or consent, leaving the area looking unfinished and showing a lack of care and professionalism. When we confronted Wes about these issues, his response was extremely disappointing. Rather than taking accountability and working with us toward a solution, he became argumentative, defensive, and dismissive of our concerns. His handling of the situation came across as careless and unprofessional, making an already stressful experience even worse. Two months later, these issues still remain unresolved. What was supposed to be a job that took no more than a week has turned into a drawn-out nightmare. Instead of settling into and enjoying our new home as first-time homeowners, we are still dealing with the consequences of this sloppy work. We are now forced to hire another company to correct these issues, which has been another headache because other contractors have been reluctant to take on the job of correcting someone else’s poor workmanship. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company at all.

Ashley was great to work with. Professional yet very friendly and easy to work with very accommodating. She went the extra mile for my needs. The carpet installers were here on time and ready to get the work done. Very friendly. They moved my furniture and were very careful with it. I will definitely call FCI for any flooring needs in the future.
