Could not have asked for a better experience!!!! Taylor is a real down to earth person who made something intimidating extremely easy and effortless! The floor came out PERFECT!!!! The installation crew did it in one day with no cut corners & everything looks perfect! Could not recommend them enough!!! I'll be sending all my friends their way!!!!!

The day after closing on our new home, Floor Coverings International began removing the LVP and carpet and installing sight-sanded hardwood. Bonnie Clevenger was our salesperson and was a treasure with which to work and went above and beyond ensuring we received the correct measurements and a fair estimate. Payton Trousdale managed our project and ensured work began immediately after closing and that a strict schedule was maintained. Jose, Jorge, and the crew were conscientious and worked consistently until the project was complete. Our new floors are beyond beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the results.

We had marble floating tile flooring installed in our kitchen by Floor Coverings International, and the entire experience was fantastic. Kenny and Hannah helped us choose the perfect flooring for our space, and Kevin and his team handled the installation. The craftsmanship is excellent—Kevin’s team completed the whole project in just one day, and the results are absolutely beautiful. The flooring is high-quality, and the customer service from start to finish was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

We absolutely loved working with Leigh Ann! She was wonderful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. This was our first time ever ordering quality carpet and she really took the time to walk through everything with us and make us feel heard and truly understand the product we were buying. The team from FCI did a very good job with both restaining our hardwood floors and installing new carpeting on our stairs. Both projects were completed as scheduled. Both the carpet installers and hardwood team were professional. Alex, the Project Manager, was excellent in checking that all of the work was completed properly. Alex has excellent customer service skills.

Floor Coverings International made replacing my rugs so easy! From making the appointment thru their website, to our appointment at our home with Mark, to signing and finalizing installation. They came to my house with all the samples, sent me bigger samples of the several choices I was between to live with them for a while and didn't pressure me to make a decision until I was certain. Installation was quick and the rugs look amazing. Thanks to Lori Hood and her team (especially Danica and Mark).

One of their drivers (lp: 50962) was so busy focusing on his phone he didnt even realize he was running cars off the highway merging without looking or signaling. Dont call these guys unless you want them to kill somebody on their way to you. Edit: apparently the franchise owner didnt like this review because he decided to stalk me online and attempt to harrass me on social media, he is now blocked across the board, extremely unprofessional, instead of using this avenue and apologizing for his horrid driving which wouldve probably removed the review he decided to hunt me down outside of this which is ridiculous, definitely would never trust this crazy guy anywhere near my family

Bryan and his team were nothing short of AMAZING! I have used larger well known companies in the past for home projects and experienced total chaos and disappointment but decided to go with a smaller business this time and my expectations were EXCEEDED!! From the initial consultation with Bryan himself, along with continued informative communication along the way, I must say it was refreshing to experience. Bryan’s team showed up promptly as scheduled and maintained nothing but pure professionalism the entire time. They were thorough and effective, cleaned up after themselves and might I add, complimentary moved all furniture necessary and replaced things exactly as they were! The job was completed in a matter of hours! One of the best experiences we have received and that means ALOT! Would highly recommend!!!!
