FCI did an amazing job with our floors. They were very responsive from the beginning and worked with me on financing, and the installation itself was fantastic. I had a great experience with Ashley at FCI. Even though I ultimately didn't end up using their services, she was extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Ashley took the time to answer my questions and explain different options, while providing honest guidance and pricing without any pressure. I chose Floor Coverings International after another company failed to communicate and couldn’t even give me a quote the same day they came out. This company came out, Amanda gave me a quote on the spot. I was able to schedule my carpets to get replaced pretty quickly. I recommend this company. The other company is cheaper for a reason and it’s not a good one.

Michael, Oscar, Audrey, and everyone at Floor Coverings International went above and beyond for me, which was a palate cleanser after the contractor I'd initially hired and paid became nearly unreachable. When flood remediation was initiated (by a different vendor), I was told my floors would remain intact. They then promptly cut away a large portion of my floors, and since most of my home was that same flooring, the whole home needed new flooring. FCI promptly responded to my inquiry, and a had a vendor out two days later. Michael was kind and helpful, and brought samples in the flooring type and colors I was most interested in. He helped me choose flooring that was within my budget, provided a very conservative quote(compared to what I'd received from my contractor), and made sure I knew who would take over for him during his leave. Audrey was kind despite my myriad of questions and concerns, flexible in scheduling, and put my mind at ease over the items I wasn't able to get moved out. Oscar was consistently early for our scheduled meetings, communicated all necessary information, and checked in with me daily with photos and updates on their progress. My new floors were installed in less than a week, and Oscar has been in touch, ensuring my satisfaction, and even sending a team member back after the job was completed to make a few tweaks his trained eye noticed that mine never would had. Thank you FCI for taking most of the pain out of this process and helping my get home back better than ever!

Could not ask for much more from Floor Coverings International. Robin was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with questions and opinions and options. He was always on time for meetings and easy to work with. We bought a 75 year old house with some major stain issues on the oak floors. Robin’s refinisher, Jeff, was able to pull out the stained planks and feather in new ones. If you didn’t know where the feathering took place you wouldn’t know it was even done! Fantastic job that was finished early. We got multiple bids and Robin was the low bid. You can’t go wrong with Floor Coverings International.

Not only were my old (over 100 years old) wood floors saved from replacement but were beautifully restored by Floor Coverings International. I really appreciated the good communication throughout the whole process, particularly because I was out of town while they were being done. I was also so pleased with the wonderful clean-up job they did! The difference is incredible!

Floor coverings just completed carpeting our new home in Bend. We prefer to deal with independently owned businesses. We rate our service with International Floor Coverings A+. We are not yet occupying the place and residing in another state. They provided excellent communication throughout the process. After completion, they inspected the property with care. After notifying a few small items to be addressed, Rosie, the Production Manager, returned to see that this was done as expected. Our daughter has a place in Bend, and Rosie arranged for her to accompany her on the final inspection. Our daughter was impressed that all details were pointed out. As an aside, knowing I have no experience with carpeting (floors and rugs), Rosie sent me care instructions and a sheet recommending the proper vacuum for maintenance. No question dealing with an independently owned business is a wise choice. I was told that if I should note anything to correct when we reside there, they will return to make it right. I give them my highest recommendation.

Floor coverings International did not disappoint!! Jeremy was the best!! Helped me pick the perfect flooring. Forgot how many times he went back to the truck to grab more samples. LOL!! The install went smoothly. They cleaned up the mess and I was left with gorgeous floors. Couldn't be happier.

My husband and I moved to Seymour almost 2 years ago and found a home we love. The only drawback was it was carpeted throughout the home with a builders grade carpeting. We had been looking at flooring at all the big box stores but never felt we were getting answers to some of the questions we had. Then my husband remembered calling Floor Coverings Int. about a year and a half ago about a different project and he liked their honesty. He called and scheduled for Robin to come out and show us some flooring samples. Robin was very friendly and he helped us with a few options that would look good in our home. We chose a beautiful flooring and the team did a great job installing it. They were professional, respectful and they cleaned up after they finished. We love our new flooring. It transformed our home.
