I highly recommend OKC Mobile Floors and the owner, Zach! Zach has completed multiple flooring projects for us, and every single one has been done on time, professionally, and at the best price we’ve found. It’s hard to find a company that truly cares about their customers, but Zach goes above and beyond every time. I especially love that OKC Mobile Floors is locally and family owned. The best part is that Zach brings the flooring store right to your door, making the entire process so convenient. After doing extensive research, I picked Floor Coverings International to help install engineered wood in our house, and I could not be more happy. My downstairs floors were old and in bad shape and are now like new! I recently had them refinished through this company and I couldn’t be more pleased. It was such an easy, hassle free experience. I have had floors replaced in other rooms in the past couple of years by local contractors using the typical materials offered in the stores in my area and the floor products that were available to me don’t come close in quality and variety to those offered by FCI. I truly wish I knew about FCI then.

We could not be happier with our experience with Flooring Covers International! This was actually the second time we have worked with them, and both experiences have been absolutely amazing. The first time, they completed a smaller stair runner project for us, and we were so impressed with the quality of their work that we knew we wanted to work with them again. They absolutely delivered once again! From start to finish, their entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Steve was absolutely amazing to work with. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for and worked with us to make sure we picked out the perfect tile. He even went to multiple stores with us, offered suggestions, and helped us navigate all of the options. We really, really appreciate the time and effort Steve put into helping us get exactly what we wanted. His patience, knowledge, and dedication made the entire process so much easier. We also want to give a huge thank you to Darrel for helping manage the project from beginning to end. He did an incredible job keeping us in the loop about what was happening, what to expect next, and answering all of our questions along the way. He explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which gave us so much confidence throughout the project. We always felt informed and knew that someone was paying attention to the details. And of course, the entire demo and installation team deserves a huge shout-out. The quality of their work was amazing! They were professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and we truly could not be happier with how everything turned out. After having two projects completed by Flooring Covers International, we can confidently say that their quality, professionalism, and customer service are consistently outstanding.

I had a damaged sub floor replaced and Cali LVP installed in my living room, dining room and kitchen. It was a great experience from Tim helping me with options and bids; to Danielle organizing the install and keeping me informed; and the installation completed by Alex and Sam. Alex and Sam left everything clean, were efficient and did a great job. They went above and beyond when they fixed a broken cabinet door and moved my furniture back in. I would highly recommend!
