I only needed a special order item for a home repair to our hardwood floors. I called the manufacturer to get the part number and they gave me the numbers of a couple of distributors as they do not sell direct. The first one that I contacted told me that they couldn't get the part that I needed! I next called Floor Coverings International. It was late in the day and they did not pick up. Surprisingly, my phone rang a couple of minutes later! It was FCI calling me back. I explained what I needed and had a quote the next day. I placed the order and the item was delivered the next day! I was notified by text of the status of my order and kept up to date. Exceptional customer service, especially considering that this was a very small order from a new customer and that another distributor didn't want to be bothered with it!

Another year has gone by and I have once more called upon FCI to provide me with common area carpeting for one of our office buildings. Ramsey Moorman and Cris Gonzalez are a great team! Ramsey came out to our home to give us all our flooring options and what would work best for us based on our lifestyle. Cris's installation team was nothing short of top notch, finishing our floors in 48 hours when we were expecting nothing short of 3 - 4 days! We highly recommend this team for your flooring needs!

I was introduced to Floor Coverings International by my contractor when I remodeled my kitchen. They install my new flooring in the kitchen and living room. They did a great job. I love my new floors so much so that I hired them to redo my basement floors and steps. Once again, my floors came out gorgeous! Recently, I had John come out to look at and discuss how to make the transitions from the different flooring and entrance into the bathroom safer for my husband who has Parkinson's and relies on a rollator. John and Mike came up with a plan. The installers came out and laid the new floor and leveled the floor. The floors came out beautifully!! My husband can now go anywhere without getting stuck at a transition. I don't have to worry about him tripping and falling. My husband loves the floors and being able to walk freely. Our experiences with John, Mike, the office staff and installers have always been great. They have shown us how much they care not only of the work they do, but also for their customers. They are always professional and caring. In this last project, the installers took extra care to make sure that the trip hazards for my husband were gone and the home is safe for him. We highly recommend John Toth, Mike and the entire team at Floor Coverings International. They have taken care of our home flooring as if it was their home.
