OMG!!' I am absolutely elated to share our experience with Floor Coverings International owned by Reinel Solano. This is our second job with Floor Coverings International BECAUSE of excellence in service, quality of materials and professional installation you can be proud of!!! We were SO pleased with the company that we called them back for a second job! And once again, we love the end result!! Fabio and Guillermo installed our new floor in my husband's soon to be man cave !! They installed the hardwood after carefully clearing out the room. Their work was done neatly and precisely as discussed and planned! It's so good to know that there are good people/companies out there that you can trust to provide quality products and quality service ! We cannot say enough good things about this company!!! We had a great experience with our carpet installation\. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish\. What really stood out was the care taken with our belongings and furniture\. Everything was moved carefully, put back exactly where it belonged, and before leaving, they even took the time to ask us if everything was back in the correct spot and if we were happy with it\. It’s those little details and the extra level of care that make a big difference\. The carpet looks fantastic, the installation was done right, and our home was treated with respect throughout the entire process\. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring installation and great customer service\!

Our wood and tile floors are beautiful!! FCI owner was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and communicative. The entire team worked extremely hard, was very professional, made sure to confirm what I wanted, and did outstanding work. Highly recommend!!

If you are getting quotes and debating on what floor company to pick, you will not regret choosing Floor Coverings. Bertha and her team are AMAZING!!! I talked to a lot of companies and was feeling very confused on the best way to proceed with our project. Bertha was the only one to really answer our questions. She is so genuine and truly cares. She never made us feel rushed in our decisions and she gave great flooring ideas. Alex and the office staff were super responsive and on top of all schedules and updates. They looped us in on every step of the way. We had a big project (replacing tile, new hardwood, finishing a living room space) and they worked SO hard. If you want a trustworthy, hardworking, honest and caring team for your project-I would always recommend them!!! Truly the best company we have used for a home project!

I coordinated this project from California, and from the very first visit, Austin proved to be nothing short of a miracle for my family. He took extra measurements, stayed in close communication, and made sure every detail was handled with care. On installation day, he even showed up to support Jessie and the team, who were equally professional, efficient, and kind. After the carpet was installed, they went above and beyond by helping move the furniture back into place. I’m deeply grateful to Austin, Jessie, and everyone at Floor Coverings International for their exceptional service and genuine care for my mom and her home.

I absolutely love my new luxury vinyl plank flooring and carpet in the bedrooms! The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Janie was amazing to work with. She helped me with the design, listened to my needs, and worked within my budget without making me feel pressured. She even provided a quote the same evening she came out to measure my home, which made the process so easy and convenient. Kevin and his installation team were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and did a beautiful job installing everything. I couldn’t be happier with how my floors turned out! I highly recommend this small, family-owned business. Brett and his team did an exceptional job from start to finish. In home consultation was informative as Brett answered all my questions.
