The first company that gave me a quote for new flooring, dropped the ball. And that was a good thing as I called Floor Coverings International on a Saturday, and the owner, Chris picked up the phone and met me at my house within an hour! You ever meet someone you want to do business with simply because they are on-the-ball and know their stuff? That was how I felt about chris and his pricing was much more competitive that the other company; HUGE bonus. But the real proof was in the pudding as Chris worked with our contractor on a very tricky timing schedule and got the project done on time, and the exact price I was quoted. And the flooring looked great! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. Even our general contractor who had recommended the first flooring company said Floor Coverings International was great and meticulous in every detail of their work. Very impressed by this company headed by a charming gentleman named Chris. He not only was very patient with me as I struggled to make decisions regarding type of flooring I wanted and then which color to blend with existing tile in high traffic areas. He had said he had a great team of installers, and he was so right. Arlon and Elwin lived up to his praises and the bonus helpers meant the job was done in one day when I had thought 2 or maybe even 3. I had my floors replaced in 2019 by this company and have been quite pleased. I contacted them as when I had a new bathroom door installed, the threshold was not long enough. The pattern I chose was discontinued, but Jeff found a similar one and came to install it. I happily paid him as we could not find anything that came close to matching.

Made an appointment with Dalia to discuss placing hardwood floors in our home. She was on time, very pleasant and able to answer all questions and accommodate any requests my husband and I had, with the cost less than what we anticipated. Dalia and her team, her husband Thomas, installers Armando and Oscar, came through, and in just two days, our floors were installed and absolutely beautiful. So very happy with their work.

Preston was truly amazing. He helped my family when we needed carpet padding replacement and we couldn’t find anyone else to help without charging ridiculous prices. He not only gave the padding to us for no charge he delivered it to our home. It was also his highest quality padding. In a world where everyone is out for themselves and to make any dollar they can, this experience was amazing and unexpected. I can not recommend them enough. I will always use this company for any flooring needs and refer them to everyone I can. Great man, great attitude, great business practices.

We recently completed a flooring project with Scott and his team, and we are extremely happy with the entire experience. From the beginning to the end, the communication, professionalism, and quality of work were outstanding. The installation process went smoothly, the crew was respectful and hardworking, and the final result looks amazing. Scott was very helpful throughout the project and took the time to explain product details and maintenance information as well. My wife and I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work. We will absolutely keep them in mind for any future flooring projects.

I highly recommend FCI. Alex did a great job helping us to narrow down our choice of lvp and carpet for the first floor of our condo and it exceeded our expectations. The install crews were prompt, courteous and did a professional job. Alex regularly checked on the progress and quality of the work. We are very pleased. We had them redo our full home with hard flooring instead of carpets. They originally provided what seemed to be quality work, but there have been some issues since that time (to include detached stair nosings and nail pops in the flooring). We've attempted to follow up with them to get things corrected, but they DO NOT return phone calls or emails despite numerous attempts. At this point, we're having to look into paying third-party contractors to make needed corrections.
