Work was very good. Hit a couple speed bumps along the way. Customer service could use some additional training. Most importantly the work turned out great so it was worth it dealing with the mediocre customer service.

Steve was quick to respond and describe what he had in stock, and his crew was able to start a few days later which kept us ahead of our timeline. The crew was respectful of our time and did the work as if it was in their own homes. We had an excellent experience!

Exceptional experience from start to finish with FCI Spokane. From the very beginning, the service was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. Sydnee, our design associate, came out with samples and took great care in helping us find engineered hardwood flooring that would match our existing floors-which we honestly thought would be impossible since the original product was obsolete. We were amazed they found a Hallmark product that matched beautifully, creating seamless transitions that look absolutely natural. Garrett made scheduling the project easy and stress-free, and the installation crew did outstanding work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show, and the quality of flooring is excellent. Even the payment process was simple and smooth. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend FCI Spokane to anyone looking for high-quality flooring with exceptional customer service.

The floors look great, they worked with me on ordering the floors i wanted and priced very fair. Much more pleasant to deal with than a "big name" company that did my first quote (not pushy, no pricing "games" to make it look like you're getting some great deal). Would definitely use them again.

We have slab on grade and wanted to add hard floors over our foundation but we didn't want cold feet. We had gone to numerous other stores and all of them essentially said it's just something you learn to deal with and that was the end of the conversation. Andrea was our contact here and she was wonderful to work with. She was very happy to help us find different solutions for the underlayment and was very patient with us picking out new flooring - she made 3 separate visits to our house and then we made a trip to the showroom in order to find the flooring we wanted. It took them about a week to install the flooring (a bit over 2000 ft^3 including stairs), move all the furniture, and do all the insulation details for our house. They came on time everyday and actually finished slightly ahead of schedule. Everything was well organized and structured and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Because of the extensive work there were even very clearly communicated contingency plans based on the quality of the subflooring. The installation quality is fantastic and they promptly came and fixed the few small issues we found. We are very happy with everything and couldn't imagine the process being any smoother!

Adrian the owner has incredible knowledge and experience on all flooring products and all of his installers are incredibly efficient and professional with customers. We chose FCI to install carpet and tile. Great experience from the beginning discussions with Steve to excellent high quality craftsman work from the team. Always in communication along the way, high quality work done as expected, on time and reasonable price. We were on some tight timelines with many other moving parts and they delivered! Love that Floor Coverings International has a mobile showroom. It makes it so convenient for homeowners who don't have to drive to them, bring samples home and drive back. FCI comes right to their door and they can see the samples then in there in their home.
