They did a good job. Pricing was fair and competitive. Everything was on time. They were willing to move a very heavy Murphy bed back into place which other companies said they wouldn't do, so I appreciated that. Everyone was respectful and responsive. I would recommend this business.

I wanted new carpet for my home office and haven’t been happy with the big box store experience & results in the past. I researched Casey’s company and saw that it had an A+ BBB rating so scheduled an in-home consultation. Casey came on a Saturday (didn’t need to take time off of work), listened to what I wanted, narrowed down options based on what I said and brought them into the room from his mobile unit. He was very knowledgeable of the pros/cons of each option. Received a quote quickly, order/installation went fast. Very happy with the experience & my berber carpeting!

We hired Floor Coverings International to install LVP and new baseboard throughout the main living area of our home, and we are so happy with our decision. Floor Coverings International We had them come in on a remodel with older wood floors, and the match was so good you genuinely can’t tell where old stops and new starts. So good, in fact, that the homeowner said: “Yeah… y’all need to come back and make the original floors pretty too.” That’s trust. That’s craftsmanship. That’s knowing who to call when details matter. We trust them with every flooring project we need done — because quality like this speaks for itself.

We needed a small, covered outdoor deck retiled on an upper floor. Floor Covering International was clear, straightforward and simple to work with. The finished deck is beautiful and I deeply appreciate the fine finish! Everything is neat and tightly, all the lines are straight as an arrow and it just looks GREAT! The level of craftsmanship provided was an unexpected delight for such a small job.

We had a great experience with our stair carpet replacement in our townhome. Everyone was so friendly and helping out a lot. The only issue we had is there was a bit of a mess left after! Make sure to get some booties for the people working to wear and move everything out of the way that is close by some of these projects get really messy.

Troy and his team were extremely helpful throughout our townhouse flooring renovation. He was always prompt with his responses, very knowledgeable about the products, and took the time to answer all of the questions my wife and I had. He gave thoughtful guidance on which materials made the most sense for our lifestyle, especially as we think about growing our family and long-term resale value. We ended up going with an engineered hardwood and a really beautiful runner for up our stairs. As someone with a busy work schedule, it was incredibly reassuring to have someone so reliable and responsive managing the process. The project was smooth and low-stress from start to finish. I would absolutely work with them again on our next renovation project.
