Floor covering Int'l was excellent! I highly recommend him. Bryan Fasulo was very good to work with. He was patient while I was having complications which delayed the start of the job. Then got job on the schedule and completed quickly. He came by to see me personally. His crew saw and fixed couple of broken tiles that had been installed previously. He also did an extra favor for my son.

I had my carpets replaced a little over a week ago & I couldn't be more happy with the service and quality provided! We had 2 bedrooms and our stairs replaced and it took them a day to replace it all. Andrea communicated really well with me throughout the process and I couldn't be more grateful for her expertise when trying to choose which carpet to select. I am very pleased with the job that James and his team completed for me. I had carpet installed in a bedroom & 2 closets as well as a tile backsplash installed in my kitchen. James and his assistant, Bianca, are a joy to work with and they helped me find the right carpets and tile for this project. Great communication every step of the way. Great team of installers. It's nice to find a home improvement company that you can rely on.

We have two large dogs, two tiny humans and my husband and I. Scott walked us through the options, looked at different tiles and worked around our wild schedule during spring break. I'm in love with the outcome. Our house feels upgraded and has more personality.

I had an excellent experience having a bedroom carpet installed by Floor Coverings International. Zuri was knowledgeable and very professional. He arrived at our appointment right on time and made suggestions that saved me money and resulted in my purchase of a very high quality carpet. His team installed the carpet three days after our first meeting and they were also very prompt, professional and efficient. I will definitely go to this company for all my future flooring needs. I love my new carpet!

The whole process was easy. My wife tends to be indecisive but Jen asked a few questions and had a few samples that fit what she wanted. The installers were efficient and the floors look great. Can't wait to get the rest of the rooms done.

Donovan M. Tim B and Tyler S are the Dream Team of floor installation. We had a situation in our new home the the initial floor install team created and then walked away from their work. Tyler’s team from Floor Coverings International came in and diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in 3 separate areas of our home. These guys are top shelf installers, very knowledgeable and left our home in great shape when finished. I highly recommend their services.

John was early, attentive, responsive and extremely helpful in educating us on our options. We had a few issues and one was in the shower. We thought that was going to be a huge expense. He could have sold us on a much bigger job but was honest and gave us an easy, inexpensive fix. I was surprised by his honesty and genuine concern for exactly what our goals were and how he and his team could achieve them. Highly recommend.

I tend to do a great deal of research before I do a home improvement project. Floor Coverings International lived up to its five star rating. Eric Curtis is the personification of Customer Service. He went above and beyond. There was no detail that was too small for him to follow up and he was a great resource for other home improvement entities. I would wholeheartedly endorse Floor Coverings International.

Carpeting was very professional. Edges were done where carpet met other flooring without metal strips. Carpet was also stretched all the way across so that it will not likely stretch in middle.Moving and cleanup was done with utmost care! I recommend this company to anyone !

So many options to choose from! Owner, Deb Difisser, was very helpful before the project and called after to make sure we were happy. The installers were so talented and efficient.
