Super happy with the team from Floor Coverings International for their efficient, high-quality work. Thomas was quick to respond to an urgent request to refinish our hardwood floors prior to a strict moving deadline. Within hours, he was able to come out to the house to assess the floors, estimate the cost of the project, and walk us through the process and stain colors. Next, within days, Ronaldo and his team were able to get started and completed the refinishing project with high levels of professionalism and expertise. Along the way, both Thomas and Ronaldo provided education and shared their substantial expertise on not just the hardwood, but everything flooring. Great experience that helped evaporate stress from our moving process. I’d highly recommend Thomas and his team! Photos include: before the refinishing, stain samples, and after the staining.

Genuinely some of the best work I’ve had done in a while. From the sales rep which I believe was the owner, to the install crew and install manager. We moved into our house 2 months ago and we were planning on waiting to get the floors done originally but we decided to get an estimate just to see and with everything we saw we decided to pull the trigger. We are so happy we choose Floor Coverings International to redo my Mom’s flooring for the Gen Suite of our home! From the very beginning, the communication, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out to us. Our designer, Mark Dawahare was so personable, very knowledgeable, responsive, and gave us a very reasonable price. Rebeka was just as wonderful, very patient, considerate, easy-going, and always willing to answer any of our questions. We absolutely love the new vinyl flooring, it is not only beautiful, but surprisingly so soft and comfortable to walk on barefoot. The final result exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

Used a different Franchise - but floor installed improperly leading to delamination. Floor paid for was not floor installed - similar in color and design but wear/construction layers were thinner(I paid for higher end flooring but budget materials installed. Corporate refused to honor work guarantee of franchise that went out of business. Spent $14k and now have to replace my entire floor in less than 2 years.

I may never go into another store to buy carpet! Jay made the process of picking out new flooring for our basement and bedroom so easy! I loved being able to have samples brought to me after discussing what I was looking for in carpet. He is extremely knowledgeable and absolutely pressure free.
