Recently had new carpeting in our great room and hallway after water damage to the laminate floor. The two young men who installed it did an amazing job. They took up the laminate and placed the padding and carpet and were completely finished in 6 hrs. I truly love their work and the nice carpet. Floor coverings International of Carmel was so easy to work with. Thank you, guys!

We had a great experience from start to finish. They handled the demo, installed the new flooring, and finished everything off with shoe molding, and the results look fantastic. The work was clean, precise, and clearly done with care. Communication was solid throughout the process and everything was completed on schedule. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would absolutely recommend them.

Justin and his crew are fantastic! I had specific ideas on the flooring and a tight timeline. Justin helped source the material and got us a deal on the LVP. His crew are the hardest workers I have ever met. Definitely use them!

What a great experience from start to finish. Dann, my salesperson was easy to work with & caught all the little details that I didn’t know to ask about (like new corner round) & probably would not have liked at the end of the project if it wasn’t addressed. Abby did a marvelous job of keeping me informed about who, why & when various people would be coming to my home & sent me a detailed email with all of the details after we scheduled everything. Justin & Gema called when they were on their way and installed my floors beautifully. They were accommodating with special requests, like ‘can I vacuum out the dryer vent since you’ve got it pulled out’. The thing that really sets Floor Coverings International apart is the lack of surprises & major bumps in the road that I’ve experience with other home services contractors. They are customer oriented in every department, not just when the salesperson is trying to get me to buy. I felt like a valued customer in every single interaction….and my new floors are beautiful.

Everyone makes mistakes, these guys are no exception. The difference is that these guys made sure to correct it and hear me out. Philip's ability to be extremely kind and personable but also professional is amazing. Highly recommend Calvin and his team! They provided excellent customer service and worked within our budget without any pressure. The installation was seamless, on time, and the crew went the extra mile by helping with heavy furniture. The personal gift from Calvin and his wife was such a classy touch. We had a builder-grade engineered hardwood floor in our dining room and foyer, that had some water damage. We asked the folks at Floor Coverings International to take a look and see if there was any chance of stripping it (it was a lovely orange) and refinishing it. They took a very detailed look - even pulling a plank out of the damaged area to assess the thickness of the surface veneer - before telling us that they could do it. They were able to sand the finish and stain off the floor and to repair the damaged areas, stained everything dark walnut, and put a new finish on it. The work was meticulous, and they did a great job minimizing the dust in the rest of the house. The result is beautiful and just what we had hoped for. I highly recommend these guys - they are great!
