I had my hardwood floors replaced throughout my home and my experience with Floor Coverings International Richmond was very positive. Glenn was very friendly and knowledgeable through the quoting process and helped me with all the color options for my hardwood floors. Shaun was very helpful with navigating the installation and the installation crew was very efficient and did a wonderful job. They were extremely communicative from start to finish. I highly recommend using Floor Coverings International of Birmingham! They were able to measure, quote, and install carpet in our new home all within a week. Everyone was highly professional and the install was top notch. We’ll definitely use them for our next flooring project.

I went from googling wood floors, to contacting floor Coverings and spoke to one of the representative and made an appointment. Mr Michael came to the house and give me an estimate, I can tell you how beautiful my bedroom looks now. The installer were such professional, I will have my hallway floor done. That's to tell you how good a job was done, I will recommend anyone who is thinking of having their floors done and don't call floor Coverings good luck with that, they're the best in the Greensboro area.

This company did a great job.On time and worked all the way through until job was done. At end of job I noticed I failed to include a closet for carpet to install. They already put all there tools away and was set to leave. I asked before they left if they could install closet that I missed.They didn't hesitate. They unrolled there tools and finished closet.
