The representative refused to give any details related to hourly rate or pricing of material estimates before an in person visit. This wasted my time.

Christian helped us with a tiling/grouting job that ended up being too big for my husband and I to handle/complete. We called the office and received a return call within the hour, and Christian came by to look at the job in the early afternoon of the same day of our initial phone call. We obtained a quote the next day and the price was very reasonable. He scheduled our job for the following day and the work was completed. We are very pleased with the workmanship, quality, honesty, expertise and promptnesss this company showed. Also, the person who performed the work was very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this company for any future flooring and tiling needs.

As a "senior", I am looking to simplify life. Grady made it so easy by bringing samples to the house. He gave me choices for my budget, and the carpet I picked looks great!! Everything from bringing samples, communication, and installation was very professional and so easy. I highly recommend!!

We are so impressed with Floor Coverings International! They were recommended to us for our recent project which included replacing the carpet in all 4 bedrooms with the same wood-look laminate we have in other areas of the house. The process from start-to-finish was excellent. First Steve Tadd, the owner, came to the house for the initial consultation / estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable- he quickly took measurements and got us a quote. The pricing was very fair- much less than I expected. Once we paid the deposit, we were told we would hear from the scheduler, Frank. The communication from Frank was great- he reached out multiple times with a status update. Once we scheduled the install, the crew was courteous, meticulous and very efficient. They moved our heavy furniture around, too, which we were happy to not have to do ahead of time. They finished 4 bedrooms in 2 days. I place great emphasis on personal recommendations for home services and I cannot recommend these guys enough!!!

I was somewhat a bit skeptical about the 5 star rating 😉 but then experienced the service and now understand why. Angel and Fred were great the work with. The moment the contract was signed, a group chat was started to help with communication which I must say is their strength. The entire team and process has been painless. For me communication is one of the most important part and they nailed it. Super happy with the hardwood and carpet replacement. It’s a huge upgrade to the builder grade stuff. I would recommend this team to any of my family and friends. Great work guys! This was truly deserving of 5 star service and work.

We returned to Floor Covering Intl because of a good experience on a previous project. We had a very short project window for this one and hoped they could do it. They did go out of their way to install the carpet as soon as it came in even though they had another installation. The installers started early to help us get our project done before they had to get to the other job. They rocked it and it looks great. They are very respectful and careful of the spaces. They take out the old flooring and clean up after. Shout out to Christine who handled the order over the phone and the room measurements so we didn't have to delay placing the order. She also coordinated with the installers to complete our install ASAP even though the carpet was not shipped when expected. Super grateful and happy with all they did!

Jonathan, Paul and his team were true professionals in helping me fix the entire flooring (laminate) of my townhouse as a result of a flood. They were friendly, hospitable and took pride in making sure the new floors (vinyl) were perfect. Their team replaced my entire flooring in one day. I’m attaching some before and after pics to give you a sense of how great of a job they did. From working with Jonathan and Paul, and their contractors that repaired the floor and the other related work, I can attest that this is a premier company in the industry and you should have no doubts working with them. Truly a remarkable job and team. I highly recommend them. I’m a very tough situation I was in with the flood, they were true professionals and kind and honest all the way through the process. We had flooring installed throughout our entire home by Floor Coverings International and the experience was absolutely fantastic! Glenn, the owner, brought the showroom right into our home and helped us pick out the right flooring for our needs. He was at our home throughout the installation process making sure everything was running smoothly. Tom, the office manager, made scheduling and communication effortless. The installation team of Leo and Marco, was outstanding! Leo led the effort and kept us updated on everything that was going on and made sure we were happy with how things were progressing. Leo took the time to eliminate every single squeak in our subfloor before putting down the LVP and carpet flooring, this was something that was very important to us. Leo showed incredible attention to detail in every aspect of the job. Marco worked extremely hard with great skill helping to contribute to the final result. They were all very polite and wonderful to work with! Our floors look amazing and the entire team made the process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Appleton to anyone seeking quality flooring and a team that genuinely cares about their work! FCI came in as part of our renovations and we could not be more pleased. In addition to a large area of LVP, we had a very unique request with tile. Very easy to work with the Salesman Ryan to the installer who I did not get his name was great. Installer was there for a day and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend. Excellent communication with the office. We are very pleased.
