Excellent and timely service, from beginning to end. The two jobs, wood flooring and carpet, were done perfectly by efficient and considerate crews, and checked on, during the process, by Ken and Amy. We couldn’t have hoped for a more pleasant and perfect experience. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful new floors.

I am above-and-beyond impressed with Floor Coverings International North Twin Cities, and more specifically, with Spencer. My husband and I were looking to purchase flooring for a large space that we planned to install ourselves. The flooring needed to withstand three large dogs, be easy to clean, and still look beautiful in the space. Spencer was incredibly patient throughout the process. He gave us space to browse products while ensuring we understood the pros and cons of each flooring type. We originally looked at flooring from Home Depot, Menards, and Floor & Decor, but nothing compared to the quality offered by this company. Despite our limited budget, Spencer worked with us and provided pricing for several options. We ultimately chose an Inhaus herringbone product that can be challenging to install. Spencer took the time to ensure my husband felt prepared, offering several tips to make the installation process smoother and minimize waste. Once our order was placed, the flooring was delivered quickly and arrived without any damage. The finished look exceeded our expectations. Overall, I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International North Twin Cities to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional service. I’ll post photos once the project is fully complete!

Top tier communication and execution within the uniqueness of the space. They were able to meet our tight window before move-in. We had our hardwood refinished and had our lower levels done with vinyl flooring. Honest communication and pricing. Definitely made our house feel more like a home. Would recommend. Dan, Kris, and Alex were amazing to work with. The installation team Alonzo and Danny, were just as impressive. Their attention to detail and level of craftsmanship are truly off the charts. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, and they made everything smooth and stress-free. We are beyond impressed and couldn’t be happier with how our floors turned out. Flooring Coverings International did a fantastic job for us. We brought them in to fix several areas of our LVP flooring that were starting to come up. This wasn’t their fault at all—the original installers clearly did a horrible job, which caused all the problems we were seeing. From the start, Eric was great to work with. He was responsive, explained what was going on with our floors, and made sure everything was scheduled and handled professionally. The crew was respectful of our home and worked quickly without cutting corners. As they got into the project, they kept running into issues left behind by the previous installers, but instead of just patching things up and leaving, they took the time to do it right. They even came back a second day to make sure everything was properly fixed and that we were happy with the results. Our floors look great now, and we feel much more confident about the quality of the installation. Highly recommend Flooring Coverings International, and especially Eric, to anyone needing flooring work done the right way.
