I had a great experience! Finished earlier than expected. Cleaned up after and there was way less dust than I expected! Norton was awesome and super nice!! My floors look amazing!

The selection for flooring is exceptional. Customer service is wonderful. They treated me like family, very courteous, helpful, answered all my questions, respectful of my needs. Delivery was on time, the installer was very professional and courteous. I'm very satisfied with the carpet. I mean WOW a great company/Group of people to work with. The installation looks great. We love our new carpeting!! We worked with Judy to select carpeting for our six bedrooms and looked at many, many of the samples Judy had in her van to try and narrow down our choice of style and color. Judy was very resourceful and knowledgeable about the various products and went out of her way in suggesting and obtaining additional luxury samples when we did not initially see exactly what we envisioned. She was extremely patient throughout this whole process, very friendly and easy to work, and an excellent communicator. She never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, which we had a lot. Her quotes were easy to understand and firm. She coordinated really well with the installers and they were professional , polite and neat and finished the job on time. 100% recommend working with Judy and FCI!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Floor Coverings International! They truly made the entire flooring process seamless, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable from start to finish.The fact that they brought the showroom directly to my home was a GAME CHANGER. I didn’t have to drive all over town trying to imagine what flooring would look like under different lighting or in my actual space. Being able to see everything in the true conditions of my home made such a difference and helped us make the best decision for our aesthetic and lifestyle. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared about what WE wanted. They spent so much time helping us find the perfect fit for our home, style, and vision. When my husband and I changed directions because we had different opinions, they never made us feel difficult or rushed. I was fortunate to select Floor Coverings International for the remodel of the home that I purchased recently. Matt has been terrific, and his team (led by Fredi) did a spectacular job of removing the old floors (Engineered Hard Wood and tile). I'm looking forward to the installation going forward.
