great experience with FCI of Chester County. Hardwood floors refinished and stained perfectly to match the existing floors, new wall to wall carpet too. Sales, scheduling and installation were all top notch. Highly recommend this company and will be using them again for future flooring needs!

We had a fantastic experience with these guys when we needed new flooring after moving into our home. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, and genuinely easy to work with. Bob was incredibly professional and made it clear that he cared about helping us get what we wanted while also getting us the best deal possible. I never felt like I was being upsold or pushed toward something we didn’t need. Corbin was also excellent to work with. His communication throughout the entire process was great! He kept us informed every step of the way without ever overdoing it. During the installation, they tore out some of the existing flooring and discovered that part of the subfloor underneath had rotted. They handled it exactly how you’d hope: they clearly explained what they found, walked us through the problem, and helped us figure out how to get it taken care of properly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend them. When it’s time to replace the carpet on the other floors of our house, these are the guys I plan to call.

Great customer service. The owners- Dwayne and Jasmine- come to your home to show you swatches, take measurement, walk you through the process, and answer any questions/concerns. The office was always in contact. Once the stair runner material came in, installers were great-- efficient and the communication process was easy. They did a great job with the installation. I enthusiastically recommend, thanks again!!

John at Floor Coverings International was fantastic to work with. He was extremely professional from the start, showing up on time to listen to what we wanted and take all the measurements for three bedrooms, the family room, a master bedroom, and the game room. He provided a very fair, super competitive price for the project. When it was time for installation, he arrived on time with his crew, walked the whole house, and made sure everyone understood exactly what needed to be done. They managed to knock out the entire job in one full day. He even called the next day to ensure everything was fine and offered to come by for a final walkthrough. John is an all-around spectacular guy, and it's a great company.

We recently moved to the area and needed new floors installed before we could move into our new home. Since we were still living several hours away, we were nervous about making flooring decisions and managing the installation from a distance. From the very beginning, Cristina made the whole experience so much easier for us. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with every decision. We chose our floors based on her recommendations, pictures, and videos, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. She really understood what we were looking for and guided us in the right direction. Cristina kept us updated throughout the process, which gave us peace of mind while we were so far away. Cristina personally inspected the installation, and before we even had a chance to see the finished floors ourselves, she had already gone back and fine-tuned a few areas to make sure everything was just right. We genuinely felt like Cristina cared about our home and our experience. We are so grateful to Cristina and her team for making what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy. We absolutely love our new floors and would highly recommend Cristina and her team to anyone looking for flooring. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
