We decided to install new flooring throughout our entire house, and working with Floor Coverings International made the whole process much easier than we expected. Being able to see the samples in our own home really helped us picture how everything would look in each room. The team was patient and gave us helpful advice without rushing us, which made choosing the right style feel less stressful. Once we decided, the installation went smoothly, and everything was done with care and attention to detail. Now that it’s finished, our home feels completely refreshed, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. It was a great experience from start to finish.

The performance of FCI from Tega Cay was exceptional on our recent transition from carpeting to LVP flooring. Arrived on time and was completed well within the timeframe. I have worked many years as a property manager on projects of this type and their performance was superior. Their crew was professional and respected the building and the occupants with due consideration. I would recommend this organization without reservation to anyone wishing to take on a similar project. From selection of the product, layout and preparation of the work - they were great!

BUYERS BEWARE! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FREDERICKBURG VA OFFICE!!! If you have to work with Hamed or any of the staff from the Frederickburg, VA office you will encounter problems. I will continue to update this thread as we go through the process. Bottom Line: The project management team is sub par, workers dont speak any English, incorrect flooring installed, shoddy craftsmanship, and horrendous customer service from upper management at the Fredericksburg location. RCI Flooring has a great reputation, but the Frederickburg VA location is horrible!!! It has gotten to the point where Lawyers have to get involved for a simple $17,000 flooring job. I will detail this debacle in future posts.

We had a great experience with FCI and love our new floors. We had them replace our downstairs, the stairs, and upstairs hallway, all with LVP + new baseboards. Janie came to our house for the initial consultation and helped us navigate the flooring options and was great at helping us narrow things down and answer our questions. She was patient and very accommodating with lending us samples and even ordered a couple of boxes of our top choice so we could lay out more than a sample piece and really get a better sense of it in our space. Kevin and the Installation crew were great and graciously worked over the weekend in order to get the demolition and a large part of the install done while we were away for an extended weekend. Everyone was efficient, courteous, and patient when we needed to move around the house. We would definitely use them again.

Floors were quickly and professionally installed. They also came back immediately when we discovered a defect in a panel and replaced it! 10/10 would use again.

It's actually pretty simple to be a great company. Be fair. Be friendly. Be honest. Be helpful. Price is important, but it is worth it to work with a team that has your best interest in mind. Our own customers are the hardest to please - they are church folk. And church folk have a lot of opinions. Ashley and the team at International Floor Coverings Long Beach hit every mark and beyond. If you want the best in floor covering, choose them, trust them. We did and we are glad we did.
