We contracted with Mark and Jenny to replace the floors in a 20 year old home we recently purchased. They made the whole process almost painless for us! In fact the majority of the work was completed while we were away on vacation! We chose LVP for the entire project. It was great having the same company for the product as well as installation. Plus, they are both great communicators! Highly recommend.

From beginning to end, this was an awesome experience, starting with Mark’s reasonable quote (and delightful initial conversation), to Eber’s scoping out the lay of the land (Obrigado!), to Jenny with her awesome communication and coordination, to Richard and his Dad Ricardo actually laying the tile (and answering every question with knowledge and patience plus filling a couple drywall holes and putting some heavy boxes in my car) — all went above and beyond to make this a pleasant and memorable transaction for me.
