From beginning to end, this was an awesome experience, starting with Mark’s reasonable quote (and delightful initial conversation), to Eber’s scoping out the lay of the land (Obrigado!), to Jenny with her awesome communication and coordination, to Richard and his Dad Ricardo actually laying the tile (and answering every question with knowledge and patience plus filling a couple drywall holes and putting some heavy boxes in my car) — all went above and beyond to make this a pleasant and memorable transaction for me. And the job was done to perfection! Absolute perfection. I highly, highly recommend this veteran- and family-owned business!! Don’t hesitate to contact them. They won’t let you down. We just finished a flooring project with FCI and had a terrific experience from start to finish. We chose the Parkay XPS Mega Sound Luxury Vinyl Planks in Nickel Gray, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Mark was excellent at showing us various products and quickly narrowed down the options to find the perfect fit for our home. Jenny then handled all the logistics seamlessly to make it happen. The installation was equally impressive—the installer arrived right on time, worked quickly, and was incredibly neat.
