Truly impeccable service, and outstanding work product. What more can you ask for? I have worked through several upgrades and remodeling projects, and moving forward I will only ever use floor coverings international for my flooring needs. Rarely do I say this, but I have no suggestions on how to improve what you’re doing. Keep it up and thank you for your hard work and professionalism.

This is a company that prioritizes customer service. I found them from a Google search and I didn’t look any further after meeting the sales rep, Morgan. Morgan and the owner Ed were fantastic. My installation appointment was scheduled as soon as the product arrived at the store, which was a third party. On the day of installation the owner came by to check the project before his employees arrived to make sure everything was set. There was a snafu with the order quantity and Ed came back to explain it in person instead of making a call or text. There was a delay of a week but it was handled so professionally and promptly that I did not mind. The installers were incredibly nice as well. They were professional and when they left the entire room looked amazing and was completely cleaned up. It’s easier to do a good job when everything goes right but true customer service arrives when things go wrong. Ed and his team met the challenge and went above and beyond to do a great job. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International!
