Work was very good. Hit a couple speed bumps along the way. Customer service could use some additional training. Most importantly the work turned out great so it was worth it dealing with the mediocre customer service.

The entire process of selecting our carpet was seamless. I would have no problem in recommending this company to a friend or family member. All the employees I dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation went extremely smoothly and the room was totally back together when they left, but with beautiful new carpeting.

Fantastic experience! The team was professional and quick. I had around 700 sqft of floor replaced due to AC leak, and they were able to match the wood identically with the surrounding Brazilian Cherry. Project took 1 week and cost around $11k.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Floor Coverings International. We were supposed to get started around 10am, but they had some unfortunate events take place. With a few obstacles in their way Alex still managed to get two guys from another job to come out and take care of our home. My wife and I were in a serious time crunch as we have a new baby due in a couple weeks and Alex knew how important it was to us to get this taken care of. My wife and I give a Huge thanks to him for making it all work out. Not to mention the two great guys who came out and did a FANTASTIC job. What a difference new carpet makes in your home. If you’re not using this company for flooring, you’re using the wrong company. We are very happy with how everything turned out and now have brand new carpet for our little ones to crawl on. Thanks again to everyone involved.

When a water incursion damaged almost everything in our bedroom and after the initial cleanup and repair we called Pablo in our search for new carpeting.
