When a water incursion damaged almost everything in our bedroom and after the initial cleanup and repair we called Pablo in our search for new carpeting. Pablo was very accommodating, brought samples to our house and provided a competitive proposal, The installer they sent out did an amazing job. Thank you.

Pablo and his team were great in getting me scheduled asap. John came right out and was great at getting me locked into a price ect. The project took a bit longer than expected but the result was great. No job is perfect, but I feel overall the team did a nice job. My only concern was my home was a mess upon completion. I did have to stay on top of the project manager to ensure things got done. I thought overall, the team did a nice job and the experience was pleasant.

My husband and I used Floor Coverings International back in February of 2022 and had LVP flooring installed in our kitchen, living room, and office. In May of 2024, we had to have them come back out and repair an area that was splintering/popping up. That same area has started to pop up and splinter again. We also have about 5 other areas doing the same. It is dangerous and we have had to tape over the areas. I have called several times to speak with someone about getting repairs done with no luck. I've been told since the previous owner gone, they would have to attempt to reach out to him to cover labor costs. I have had no luck with getting anywhere and have had no follow up. We are a low traffic home and considering it has been just a few years since installation, we are very disappointed and frustrated at the quality. We are looking for the new owner to please advise how this can be remediated. Thank you!

I want to take this opportunity to fully recommend Floor Coverings International for all your flooring needs. I worked with Pablo and his team and I couldn’t have been happier. Pablo is very conscientes, with great sense of attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked. I know that he took on projects that really had nothing to do with floor coverings, like drywall and painting, and some minor electrical repair, however he had his team addressed these issues without any problems. As you can see the flooring that I chose is so very upscale and looks awesome once it’s been installed. Pablo picked out a very nice modern baseboard which makes the whole floor pop. Like I said I recommend Pablo and his team highly. I know if there’s any issues in the future, I can depend on him. I’m a very satisfied customer. 👍
