This is a company that prioritizes customer service. I found them from a Google search and I didn’t look any further after meeting the sales rep, Morgan. Morgan and the owner Ed were fantastic. My installation appointment was scheduled as soon as the product arrived at the store, which was a third party. On the day of installation the owner came by to check the project before his employees arrived to make sure everything was set. There was a snafu with the order quantity and Ed came back to explain it in person instead of making a call or text. There was a delay of a week but it was handled so professionally and promptly that I did not mind. The installers were incredibly nice as well. They were professional and when they left the entire room looked amazing and was completely cleaned up. It’s easier to do a good job when everything goes right but true customer service arrives when things go wrong. Ed and his team met the challenge and went above and beyond to do a great job. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

I highly recommend the Floor Coverings International. We recently replaced three bedroom carpets.. We are very satisfied starting from our first phone call to Jackie and the dealing with John the sales person and Alex who was managing the installation. They all are very courteous, helpful. The follow up was excellent.
