Charlotte has an amazing heart to serve her community and take that passion into everything she does. She also has a deep knowledge of floors (something I definitely do not have). She was able to tell right away that the floors I had installed by my previous contractor were not commercial floors and were not rated for rolling traffic (who knew that was a thing). I am excited to work with her to correct these issues and get floors put down that suit the needs of my office!
