Great company to work with. I had flooring installed and i was very pleased with the workmanship. The pricing was reasonable and fair. The owner kept in contact with me and kept me up yo date with timelines. She also came back to inspect the job once completed. Will use them again for future projects.

This was one of the worst business experiences, nothing was completed as stated by Charlotte the salesperson. She not only misled us in all aspects of the job, she also was not honest with the subcontractors who completed the job. We were contacted by the subcontractors as they were having problems being paid by Charlotte. We paid the company promptly as soon as the job was completed. The job was completed approximately 6 weeks late. This is not a company that I would recommend.

Not only does she know the products, she takes great pride in making sure she know how the space is going to be used and how that flooring will hold up in those situations. She genuinely cares about each client, their short and long term satisfaction and that they are overjoyed by the end result exceeding their expectations!
