Charlotte has an amazing heart to serve her community and take that passion into everything she does. She also has a deep knowledge of floors (something I definitely do not have). She was able to tell right away that the floors I had installed by my previous contractor were not commercial floors and were not rated for rolling traffic (who knew that was a thing). I am excited to work with her to correct these issues and get floors put down that suit the needs of my office!

From start to finish our experience with Floor Coverings International exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend there services! Our island home downstairs living area was flooded by Hurricane Helene and we were in need of someone to install flooring and after calling multiple different companies that were booked out 3-5 months or there pricing was triple the average cost to install flooring we we’re excited to find and meet with Charlotte from FCI! She came out promptly and the mobile showroom was perfect for us to see and pick the right flooring without multiple trips to a store. Her price was fair and the quality of laminate flooring we picked was excellent. Manny and Kevin came out and finished the entire job in one day, they were both neat and professional! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to use FCI for our flooring needs!

This was a great company to work with. I needed flooring installed that was given to me. This company was fantastic. Highly recommend. The work was completed in a timely manner and the workers were very professional. The owner of the company kept me up to date with the timeline and what steps had to be completed. Also, came back to inspect the job herself. I will use them again for future flooring projects.
