Hands down, this is the best flooring company I have ever worked with. From Alycia's original estimation, to Jeff's thoughtful solutions from the beginning to the end of the project, everything was perfect. I had a basement that flooded and I need new flooring and leveling. The job was perfectly completed in a very timely manner. The final walk through was a breeze because the floor is great! This company is top notch! I am so happy with the flooring they installed throughout my house. They were not only incredibly professional, but also very personable and customer service oriented. No one wants to buy new carpet, but I couldn’t have had a better experience than with Brian and his team. He came to the house with a van full of samples. He gave me many options and was very patient and helpful advising on my situation. About a week later I’ve got beautiful new carpet. Jeff and his install team did an amazing job. Jade’s constant contact through the process and follow up made sure I was well taken care of and fully satisfied. 5 star service. Thank you so much!

Brian and Floor Coverings International are great. I can't imagine a better service than a trustworthy company that will bring the store to you. They have a great product selection and are great to work with. I had the opportunity to work with them on a floor refinish project. They were responsive, courteous and best of all did a great job at a fair price.
