The estimate provided was very reasonable, and I especially appreciated the discussion about upgrading the carpet pad — which turned out to be an excellent choice. The installer arrived right on time and did a fantastic job with the installation. Immediately after the work was completed, the owner, Emilia (who was also the estimator) came by to check on the results and personally asked if I was satisfied with the job. I have never experienced such outstanding service and such a quick turnaround from purchase to installation. I am extremely pleased with both the quality of the work and the level of customer care, and I will definitely contact them again in the future if needed.

Replaced the carpet in the home we just bought, with hardwood floors. We interviewed several retailers/installers to handle this job...close to 4,000sf. We decided to go with Floor Coverings International. From the outset, Emilia was very attentive in providing samples and helping us with the process of selecting the exact floors. Once we made the selection, and agreed on the price, Emilia and her team began coordinating their installation with our other contractors, and got it done. The floors look great. Emilia was on the job daily to check the work of her installers. Juan, the head installer was great. He takes great pride in doing a great installation. These people take their work seriously and work hard for their clients...Thank you Emilia and Juan!

Our bathroom overflowed in December and we had spent the last three months trying to get our floors replaced. Between dealing with the insurance company and other flooring companies taking weeks to months to give us an estimate, it was becoming more and more frustrating by the day. We were starting to have to deal with a time crunch to get this done. Emilia worked with me to find an solution to get my floors quickly and not at a crazy price. They have great customer service. From start to finish, everyone was professional and friendly. I felt valued as a customer. My floors look great!!

We LOVE our floors! I run a child care center that had very outdated floors and they were stained and gross. Floor coverings international took one weekend to remove the old floors and glue down beautiful LVP flooring. The preschool looks so good, and I know the floors will last a long time. Emilia was very helpful and communicated thoroughly, and her installers were polite and went the extra mile to install!
