I'm very disappointed with my experience with this company. The salesman who came to take the measurements gave us incorrect information and forgot to order some of the required materials. Because of his mistakes, the workers could not finish the job, and we had to stop the installation and wait until the remaining items were ordered. On top of that, he ordered the wrong materials, which caused even more delays and problems. We were also informed that there was a promotion and that we would receive a free hotel stay or a 6 day cruise. We were told that we would receive a call the day after the installation to get the offer. It has now been over two weeks, and we have not received any calls or follow up. At this point, this feels like a scam. The company does not follow through on anything they promise or say. This experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company.

We just had our floors done by Floor Coverings International and found them to be a phenomenal company! The project included flooring for the Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room, Hallway, Guest Bathroom, one Bedroom including the Bedroom closet. The projected time table for the project to be completed was 3 days, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On Wednesday a crew of 6 arrived at 9:15 AM and left at 5:58 PM after having completed the job in ONE DAY!!! Their attention to detail was incredible. They were thorough, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company for any and all of Your flooring needs.
