Gary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping my wife and I select new flooring for our basement. On top of his professional expertise, the pricing for the installation and materials was extremely competitive - especially when compared to "the big guys". The job was done in a timely manner, and his team was extremely clean, efficient, and professional. I will absolutely be using him and his team again in the near future.

Both Katie and Patrick were very friendly and knowledgeable. Katie brought her interior decorating skills which helped a lot with deciding color and texture for my flooring choice. Bend trends are mostly too depressing for me, all beige and gray. But they searched until they found something much more uplifting, sunny and welcoming for my home. They were also very efficient working out the prices of all options so it was easy for me to compare and know clearly which one met most of my needs. I felt I was being supported by angels! I would give them 7 stars if I could. It was a joyous experience and a delight to "play" with them. [not the overwhelming unknowns and confusion of all the other places I visited]

After a devastating flood in my condo caused my wood floors to need to be ripped out, Kim and his team were a saving grace. From the beginning Kim was respectful, easy to talk to, and put me at ease that my home would soon be made whole. We had some miscommunication about expectations when construction was about to start. Rather than minimize my concerns, Kim and his team immediately sprung into action to find a solution for me. I'm incredibly appreciative FCIs level of professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Rin and Danielle were also so patient and understanding to my needs. Most importantly, I now have stunning white oak floors that were installed with the highest quality. I couldn't be happier with the product I received.

Natalie and her team truly transformed our new home, installing upgraded carpets in the bedrooms and elegant hardwood flooring throughout the upstairs hallway and stairs. She and her team navigated our hectic move-in schedule with ease, keeping the project on track and remarkably stress-free. Her patience made what could have been the most overwhelming part - selecting colors - easy and straightforward. She shuttled samples around the house, testing them in varying lights and against our current and future paint colors, while discussing options like durability and padding. From the initial consultation onward, Natalie was super helpful. She provided a concise project plan, competitive pricing, and clear options for us to consider. She even sourced production samples for the stairs to ensure a flawless match with our existing hickory on the main level, a nuance that demands real expertise. We’ve already sung her praises to family and neighbors, and we’ll entrust her with any future flooring projects.

Installation Quality – 10/10 The floors look amazing—better than I expected. This was a huge project (four bedrooms, all living areas, closets, everything), and they nailed it. Material Quality – 10/10 Jason came with tons of samples and actually helped me figure out what worked best for our family of six—no pressure, no upselling. I showed him something I liked online, and he made it happen. The flooring and the underlayment are both great quality. Professionalism of the Crew – 10/10 With four kids and two dogs, I was nervous about having a crew here, but they were incredible. Quiet, respectful, let me know the plan for the day, cleaned up after themselves, and even helped move furniture. No stress, no mess. Communication – 10/10 His response time is unmatched. If I texted, he texted right back. It made everything so easy. Timeliness & Reliability – 10/10 We needed the project done in two weeks. He didn’t just say “yes” to get the job—he checked with his team and was upfront about the timeline. They started as soon as materials arrived and finished exactly when he promised. He even came to my house to pick up the deposit. If he said he’d do something, he did it. Value for Cost – 10/10 Jason sent multiple quote options without me asking—different materials, with or without a stair runner, budget-friendly vs. higher-end. Everything was clear and fair, and his pricing beat the other companies I contacted by a mile. Extra Shoutout Pam, one of Jason’s project managers, was wonderful. She checked in throughout the project and kept me updated. Months later, I asked her for a copy of the proposal, and she sent it within five minutes. They’re just on top of everything.

Honestly, working with Andrea was the easiest part of our home renovations. Each person we worked with was so pleasant and genuinely wanted us to be stress-free and happy.
