We had a great experience working with Ben from Floor Coverings International. After dealing with a major water leak in our home, we unexpectedly had to fully replace the flooring throughout the whole house. Ben was communicative and professional from start to finish. The initial consult was very helpful and informative. Ben talked us through different options and the pros and cons of each. Getting to see the floor samples in our own home made a huge difference, as we noticed some of the samples we saw at other stores or online looked completely different once we brought them home. Ben kept us informed throughout the process, and his team worked very efficiently to install our flooring. When we had a couple minor fixes that had to be made after the initial installation, Ben was responsive and promptly resolved the issues. We are very pleased with the final result, and we highly recommend working with Ben to complete your flooring project.

Can't say enough nice things about our experience with Floor Coverings International and working with Ben. He is friendly, prompt, and follows through on what he says he will provide. Consider his services a white glove experience as he will be with you every step of the way. He is patient and will answer any questions or doubts you may have. We also appreciate his attention to detail and friendliness even when our dog wasn't so friendly with him. Getting a new floor in your home is an investment and the materials and service quality matters. He carried so many samples, we had no problem finding something we loved for the right price. It's definitely nice that he comes to you with a mobile showroom with any type of sample you could want to see. It gives the opportunity to see the samples in your own home and in the right lighting.
