Needed a price check on labor for an area and unlike many companies unwilling to give a rough estimate Mike went above and beyond helping me with all my questions. He was friendly, professional and answered on first call. I won’t hesitate to use this company for any future projects.

Mike was amazing he went above and beyond!!! unlike all the other flooring companies. he made sure we were happy with our choice, he wasn't trying to sell us anything, he was truly invested and did his best to understand what we wanted. The process was really fun and worth the while. I truly loved the process easy and simple. And he had alot of great products a variety of them good quality too and I will forsure use them in the future, I would given them 10 stars Hands down. I really recommend them 100 percent. He really did care and understand our situation. He was so helpful and answered all our questions and was very professional.

Had a really good experience with this company. The carpet looks great, pricing was better than anyone else and they took the time to explain everything during the install. Super easy to work with definitely recommend!

I have to say, when it comes to phenomenal customer service and expertise in tiles and flooring, Mike is your person! He was not only accommodating to my schedule, but when he arrived, he showed respect for my home by taking off his shoes and walking me through the entire process. Even as someone who isn’t well-versed in tiles, I was able to understand more than I ever had before, thanks to Mike’s clear communication. He came fully prepared, was on time, came with all the necessary tools, was mindful of the space he was working in, and took the time to educate me on every step of the process. On top of that, he even set forth a plan for a future concern I had, which I greatly appreciated. With all this, I’m thrilled to now have a true expert on tiles and carpets! If you don’t take my word for it, give his office a call — I’m confident you’ll be just as satisfied with the consultation, the interaction, the service, and the aftercare. 10/10!

All in all ,I put a pretty negative review a couple days ago. Mike is a great guy and cares for his customers, my issue was not Mike or his brand ,it was the installers that created . Im happy to say ,I was contacted by Mike today and he reassured us that the problem will be fixed and communication has been restored. I apologize for any misguided remarks I posted. I give Mr.Mike Swope a 5+ Rating for professionalism and for making the changes needed to better the company as a whole.Mike,Thank You for your help and making this a priority 1 matter, your statement today was solid, I will not lethis

Very affordable and great company. I really appreciate how fast and easy the whole process was from start to finish. Even after the job was completed there was no mess left. Not only am I happy with the final result but so is my boss!!! Thank you for all of the help Mike.
