We were not anticipating new carpet at this time, but it was recommended by the closet design company as the units would be placed on top of the carpet. So we started the research to replace the carpet in our primary bedroom and closet. We started with the 2 companies seen on TV, but when we started digging into their reviews, we became concerned, and shifter our search to companies with 5 Star Reviews. This is where we found FCI and I am so glad we did! Our inquiry was responded to immediately. The design consultant, assigned to our project listened to our desires and helped us choose a carpet/color that was perfect for our space. Her meticulous measuring skills left us with minimal waste. The project manager assigned to our project stayed in touch from start to finish, giving us tips along the way to get ready for installation. He arrived before the installation team on the day of installation. The installers were also meticulous, quiet, and very hard workers, moving and resetting very heavy furniture! We love our new carpet and know this company will stand with us should there be any issues (which we are not anticipating). Please consider FCI for your future floor covering needs!

We had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Austin was very professional—he called in advance to confirm our needs and made sure to bring the right samples. He followed up to answer our questions and stayed in touch throughout the process, which we really appreciated. About a month later, we were notified that the products had arrived, and an installation appointment was quickly scheduled. On installation day, Rick and Ilyah arrived on time and were incredibly professional. They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and did a fantastic job. The results truly exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and highly recommend this team.

The owner, Harry, is very pleasant and responsive to all my requests and questions. Harry’s team was really great, hard workers and nice folks. My dad laid carpet, tile and hardwood so it was nice to see this team doing things the right way, with no shortcuts! Our church looks amazing and everyone was so pleased with the results!

This company took time to listen to exactly what I wanted in luxury vinyl floors throughout the entire house. The shipment arrived quickly and the installers worked hard to get the job completed within a week from my order. The owner, general contractor, and work crew paid attention to every detail and made sure it was all to my liking. They did all the furniture moving and returned it all to its proper place. I highly recommend Floor Coverings international.

We had Floor Coverings international install new carpeting in our sunroom this week and they did a fantastic job. It was super convenient having Glenn come to our home with his samples. He had a great selection to choose from and the new carpeting matches perfectly. The guys who came to do the installation were very polite and friendly. They moved out the furniture before starting and they put down tarps on our other floors to protect them when they were working. They cleaned up and moved the furniture back in when they were done. Glenn was here at the end of the job to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely be using Floor Coverings International for our future flooring needs.
