Floor_Review v @. Q Done Our flooring project all began with picking up a brochure at Costco, where we learned that Floor Coverings International is the company they outsource for flooring services. From that first moment, we had a wonderful experience, and it only got better from there. We recently had new floors installed in our home, and the entire process was truly exceptional from start to finish. Every person involved in this project was a star in our eyes! Beginning with the owner, Brad, and Travis, the opener and closer, we felt informed, supported, and in excellent hands. Pedro, the project coordinator, kept everything organized and moving smoothly, always making sure we knew what to expect. The installation team was led by an incredible woman, Julia, whose leadership, skill, and professionalism stood out immediately. Her team - Cesar, Carlos, Humberto, and Flash - worked with outstanding craftsmanship, efficiency, and care. They treated our home with respect, kept the workspace clean, and their attention to detail shows beautifully in the final result. Our new floors have transformed our home, and we couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a flooring company that is professional, reliable, and filled with genuinely wonderful people, we highly recommend Floor Coverings International. Zach is my hero. I called him with an urgent job and he was ready to help me right away. He got right out to measure my rooms and his installers had to new carpet installed by 3:00 to next day. The thirty-five year old carpet in my office was removed by FCI, they turned the wood floor into this beauty! Great company, great craftsmanship, extremely happy with the results! I would highly recommend this company. I definitely will call on them again in the future!

DO NOT USE International Flooring! The company allows its franchise locations far too much leeway, and that lack of oversight ends up hurting customers. In my experience, issues were ignored, accountability was nonexistent, and I was left feeling completely unsupported when problems came up. If you’re considering using this company or one of its franchises, protect yourself and look elsewhere. There are plenty of flooring companies that actually stand behind their work and don’t leave customers stranded.

The measurements and quoting took no time at all and installing the flooring was seamless. I hardly did any work and came home to my entire place carpeted and the vinyl flooring fit around my bathroom perfectly. Paying was easy and quick too. Love the carpet and the process was great! Cannot recommend this place enough!

I recently had a stair runner installed and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Christian & team walked me through every step clearly- from choosing the right material, to explaining padding options, to helping me visualize how the pattern would look on my stairs. They were punctual on installation day, worked neatly, and paid attention to all the small details like aligning the pattern and securing each step evenly. The final result looks beautiful and completely transformed the space. Pricing was transparent, communication was easy, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend them for anyone considering a stair runner.

Great Company to work with the price was very reasonable had vinyl flooring installed the installers were very polite and they cleaned up afterwards didn’t take them long the sales man Joel is fantastic to work with will definitely recommend this company to family and friends will definitely use this company again.

As new residents of Orland Park we chose a home that required a complete renovation but we recognized that once completed, the house would become our home rather than us living is someone else’s. The entire house needed new flooring and we had some very specific ideas on both what we wanted and how we wanted it to look. We were referred to Floor Coverings International and were connected with Judy O’Reilly. Judy’s energy and enthusiasm for our project was evident in that first meeting. She listened intently and started to match what we described to her many samples of product that she had with her in her van. No need to travel from store to store, she had it all with her. Once she had a complete understanding of what we wanted, that’s when she got to work. She spoke with her installers and suppliers and worked out a price that delivered high end, quality material with expert installation at a price that importantly fit within our budget. Her personality, professionalism, communication and attention to detail fit perfectly with us and made this flooring project not only a huge success but a pleasure to deal with. My sales rep, Hussien, was friendly and professional; like dealing with a family member (you actually like). We’re partway through a major remodel, and James has been wonderful to work with! His team (special shout-out to Tim!) removed our heavy Saltillo tile with crazy efficiency and, somehow, with minimal dust. When they discovered an unexpected issue with our shower, James helped us explore practical options to address it. He’s responsive and easy to work with. Couldn’t recommend him and his team more!
