I had used this company for a larger job earlier and was very happy with their service. When it came time to update a bedroom, I contacted them again since it had gone well previously. I worked with Darrell both times. He was prompt and efficient. The installer had been to my house as well. It is nice to work with the same people. Again, the job was completed in a single day and the work excellent.

Zach Hines, the owner of Floor Coverings International West OKC (not to be confused with Floor Coverings International OKC Metro) is a genuinely kind, knowledgable, and caring guy. He answered all our questions, gave his honest opinions on matters that we were debating about, never rush or pressure us, and offered us a really good price! And he is good is communicating with us, too! There was a little hiccup but he made it right and even exceed it! Now, it's time to enjoy our new and beautiful floor! Thank you Zach! You are amazing! I love love love my new vinyl wood plank floor. It was installed over the past two days neatly and expertly. This is the 4th kitchen floor in this 30 year old home and the best. The whole process was made pleasant and easy thanks to Mark Dawahare, who offered 12 month interest free financing. He also arrived with sample boards that made it easy to find complementary colors, width and textures for best results. He followed up in person when the job was complete to assure my satisfaction. This company was contracted through Costco.
