We were in the market for a stair runner for our new house this fall and was introduced to Floor Coverings International at Forks Community Days. From the very beginning, Leigh Ann listened to my vision and worked tirelessly to secure samples to bring it to life. It took multiple appointments before we made the final decision on staircase. Leigh Ann was amazing in sharing her expert knowledge…the result of our collaboration is in the below photo. The quality of the carpet we chose is top quality and makes me happy each day! Robin and his team were amazing to work with. We were having flooring installed after another company was finished with remediation. Robin and his team were able to schedule us where there wouldn’t be any time lost on our tight schedule. I called Sean and said “I wanna change the flooring I picked out!” Not a problem! There’s literally nothing that these guys can’t handle. Robin met me in my work parking lot to decide on flooring. We weren’t able to meet the installation team for an hour difference and they locked our home and made sure our garage was locked. When it came time to check out the new floors they were sparkling. Just an all around great experience. Hire these guys- they do what they say they’ll do and then some more.

This review is long overdue! Sorry Justin, we were so occupied with the newborn. With that said, let me first say we are absolutely blown away by the exceptional service! From the initial consultation to the final installation, Justin and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The carpet they installed is stunning - exactly what we wanted, and the price was unbeatable. The installers were tidy, efficient, and respectful of our space. We've had the carpet for a few weeks now, and it's holding up beautifully. Our baby will have soft fluffy carpet to crawl on. Thank you!

FCI was wonderful to work with! Always prompt with communications and really took the time to discuss different materials and what would work best for our needs. They were flexible when we had to reschedule due a delay with another contractor on the project. Very professional and we are obsessed with our new floors!

The flooring was done very professionally by extremely skilled installers, who were not only efficient but very personable and accommodating. Alberto and Julie followed up with us daily. I thought the cost was more than reasonable. I would absolutely use them for future work, as well as recommending them to our friends and neighbors. EXCELLENT
