Our experience with Floor Coverings International was top notch. The installers arrived as scheduled, and worked hard throughout the day without a break to get our second floor carpeted. So happy with the suggestions of a great neutral color, which we went with. Their work was superb - couldn’t find a seam, or flaw anywhere. My guest area is now a place I can be proud to offer to family members and friends.

They guided me through selecting samples, offering helpful insights without any pressure. Thanks to their expertise, I found exactly what I needed and ended up purchasing one of the samples. Exceptional service from start to finish! Highly recommended.

Adrian Orme and his crews are outstanding. He was helpful in our decision making process as we replaced all the flooring on our main floor. We love our new carpet! Jay Seibert made the process of replacing our carpet so easy! He came to our house and brought samples with him. The installers were very professional and completed the installation in one day. I highly recommend using Floor Coverings International Cincinnati East for any flooring needs.

Erick and his team did a fantastic job for us. They installed a full carpet on the stairs going down to our newly finished basement and also installed a stair runner on another set of stairs. The team came out and gave us clarity on our questions, proposed design ideas and were super great to work with. Working with Dalia was an excellent experience! We got our floors sanded, stained and finished, and also had a small portion repaired after warping damage. Not only was the service timely, but Dalia also went above and beyond to ensure that the end result is something we would be happy with, and at no additional cost to us. Keeping the cost aside, it is the proactive gesture that leaves a lasting impression on customers and that's what I appreciate about this business.
