From first visit to the showroom, communication with the salesmen and office staff, to final cleanup of the installers this was a first class operation. We had the front entrance and the kitchen done with the same flooring. Every visitor to my house has said the flooring looks great and makes a genuine upgrade to the entrance and kitchen. It has been very durable and is easy to clean. We are all very pleased with the final product.

What a DREAM to work with! Bertha showed up ON TIME and was extremely patient-going back and forth to her van so we could review various samples in our space. She was also incredibly prompt when it came to creating the estimate, getting our project scheduled, and with the coordination of her team. Her team communicated their estimated arrival times and confirmed the day of. They were in our home for and were extremely professional and hard working. I would and WILL use Floor Coverings International again-thank you Bertha, Edgar, and Martin!

I had a great experience. I replaced tiles by PVL in my kitchen. They started in the morning and by 5 pm was everything done. The LVP looks very nice and the installation looks awesome. Everyone has done an excellent job. Thank you

All I can say is Stellar, stellar, stellar. Top shelf treatment from start to finish. They have re-instilled by belief that good people and good customer service does still exist! Oh, did I mention how thrilled I am with their product quality and installation. My floors are magazine ready trust and believe. We had FCI install tile for a shower we were adding. The finished product was excellent, and done very quick. They left everything very clean and the workers were super nice and had a great attitude coming to work. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
