Had my living room and bedroom carpet with them. The entire team was awesome. They are friendly and professional and made sure I was taken great care of. They helped me choose a great durable, but soft pet friendly carpet where they color that would complement my blue & wood furniture. Before I moved here, my lounge chair was on wood floors, and my dog did not go under it. Now he loves it so much that it’s his new happy space! The hallway runner came out perfect! My colors are a two tone grey in living room and a turquoise like blue in my bedroom. The photos don't show the color, that’s gorgeous with my wood in the bedroom. The runner is the blue in the bedroom. I absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International. Real honest people who have a local business and female owned is very cool too.

The family of Floor Coverings International are wonderful. Our new flooring is beautiful. Everything went so smoothly. Krista knows her stuff. We were so nervous about making the right flooring decision and to get all the furniture moved. Krista practically held our hands all the way. Thank you Krista! Then the installer Clint, he is a gem. All the furniture was moved, and the flooring is perfect. If you need flooring installed this is the one I would choose.

Brianna and this company were amazing to work with. We were not sure if we would find anyone to work with us as it was an install dependent on closing and within a 14 day window with payment coming from the escrow company, however they made it work and the flooring looks amazing!

Wow. What a great company to work with. This was a complicated job, and they handled it perfectly. This was a complete overhaul of the floors in a 20+ year old home. Including ceramic tile removal in some areas. Home was unoccupied and we are 2 hours away. Let's start with the Estimate. And Brianna. She showed up on time, with modern measuring equipment. Walked the job, asked the important questions and smoothly measured all of the spaces with a laser and a laptop. We had a quote within hours. After getting two other quotes, the choice was clear. FCI. Their bid was not the cheapest, but was 40% below the high bid. (The low bidder showed up hours late with a rusty tape measure) I went to their office with the check for the deposit. Amanda was well informed, and helped me schedule the work. The schedule needed stages. The tile removal always creates a lot of dust. And we were hiring a painter to paint the complete interior. Not a problem for FCI. Their subcontractor spent an entire day removing the old tiles and mortar. Then the job had to pause. For a couple of weeks. Once the painting crew was done the floors could be laid. We had chosen LVP, and had 3 pallets of the material delivered. As Clint started on the floor, Amanda and Brianna kept sending us progress reports with pictures. We watched as our bare floors came to life. It was fantastic customer service. In the digital age they made it easy to track progress. At one point we were actually in Canada while the work went on. Quality people. Quality results

Contacted Floor Coverings International in Kingman, AZ to see if they would be available to provide a cost for installing LVP throughout our house. We got estimates from 2 other flooring companies but in the end went with FCI for several reasons: 1) Their response time from the initial contact was fantastic. Within days of responding to our request for an estimate Brianna accommodated our schedule and came over to the house, measuring tablet in hand and got all the measurements quickly, efficiently, and accurately. That same day we had a written quote. 2) Once they were hired, they focused on job #1 which was having the kitchen tile removed - that was done in less than a day and that allowed for us to have the interior of our house painted before the flooring was installed. 3) Once the flooring install started, we got frequent text message updates and pictures from Brianna and Amanda on the progress being made. This was greatly appreciated since we hadn't yet moved into Kingman and were traveling back and forth from out of state as much as we could. Clint completed the entire install in just a few short days - living room, kitchen/dining area, hallway and 3 bedrooms with closets. The floor is beautifully installed, and we are extremely grateful to this team, Brianna, Amanda, Krista and Clint for their customer service and professionalism.

This company is wonderful!! They show up on time, do absolutely the best work, clean up after themselves and keeps in touch with you to make sure you are happy with the job they did. I will recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone and everyone looking for a great company to redo any room in their house. 😁

I cannot speak highly enough of this company and people that run it. My company was put into a bind with needing to renovate a new space in a very short window of time. Krista, Gabe, and their guys/gals showed up! Worked from dawn until well into the night, weekends, whatever it took to get the job done. Professional to the T, product is amazing, 5 stars! You won't be disappointed!
