My new flooring is gorgeous. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the quality of the carpet and the padding. Jeremy is an outstanding representative who was very helpful. My project mandated flexibility because of the depth of work that was being done. FCI worked with me through some tedious days that turned into a week. The most important part of my purchase was finding a carpet that was wider than average so that there would be no seam. I could not be more satisfied. I would recommend Floor Coverings International to friends and family.

We have had wonderful experience working with Floor Coverings International!! Each individual - Larry, the display consultant (who has beautiful samples from which to select), the Project Manager, Stefan, who was onsite whenever question arose - such as when the two fellows laying the floor detected a rotted area in the subfloor). Courtney M, the office manager was a pleasure work with - coordinating installation days and times! We could NOT be any happier with our new floor ! So very thankful we ‘found’ Floor Coverings International — here in Camillus, NY !!! I

Excellent work, excellent carpet and tile. Only issue was on the last day of installation there was no one on the team who could speak English. We got through it, but we were told an English speaker would be there.

Floor Coverings International did an amazing job replacing the carpet in my home office with wood floors that perfectly match the existing flooring throughout my home. The process was smooth from start to finish, their mobile showroom brings samples directly to your home so you can see them in your space. The entire team was friendly and professional. The crew came in and did an outstanding job. What impress me was they used am app to help explain what they were doing since they didn't speak English. Our communication was phenomenal. They did a professional job and I am well pleased and would recommend them to anyone who needs a nice looking floor. Call this company you won't be disappointed!

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Maribel and Christian. They really took the the time to help us pick out the type and color of the new floors, making several trips to our place, as well as working with us to stay within the given budget. We got several quotes from different flooring companies, but ultimately decided to go with Maribel and Christian for the peace of mind and quality work. The technicians on site were also very professional and polite. They answered our questions and addressed any concerns we had. Overall, the new floors transformed our house and we highly recommend the company for the professional approach and excellent communication along the way.

We had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International and could not be happier with our new flooring. They installed LVP flooring throughout the house, including the stairs, and also refinished our existing hardwood stairs—the results are absolutely beautiful and completely transformed our home. A special shoutout to Andre, Vitalli, and Vadik—all were fantastic to work with. They were punctual, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork really stood out, and everything was completed smoothly and on schedule. The floor technicians can in the house and explain what they were here to do. I showed them the area and they got right to work. They did not stop until the work was completed . The technicians were friendly and polite. When they completed had completed the task, they me to inspect there work. The bathroom floor was excellent. I would recommend you guys to my family and friends.
