Courtney and Rena are consummate professionals, creative problem-solvers and a delight to work with. For years, I assumed I would need to replace about 500sft of laminate to make up for only 20sft of water damage due to materials matching, etc. In just minutes during our first walk-through, Courtney came up with an idea that not only brilliantly solved the water damage issue but added a feature to the home that I think prospective buyers will appreciate.
