The father-daughter team running the local operation is simply incredible. From the first day I met Alberto for the consultation, I felt completely supported. Leigh Ann and Gary were wonderful to work with. Leigh Ann carefully worked with us to find the perfect floor to compliment the style of our home. We love our new flooring. It’s functional and looks fantastic! And the crew led by Fabio, made the installation process very easy, clean and professional from start to finish. I’ve seen Jeremy’s work on a number of places and it always looks so great. He is truly one of the most organized, professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented people I’ve ever met. He always wants the people he works with to be happy and will do anything he can to make that happen. They did a amazing job. Small project they did my bedroom and walk in closet. Gave expectation it would be half a days work. But they finished in maybe 2 hours. The work was beautiful the workers were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We drove 35 minutes to Mentor’s Floor Covering International based on their posted hours (Google: 8–12, website: 9–3). We arrived at 10:15 AM to find the door locked, the showroom dark, and no one inside. I called to confirm the location and was told the showroom is appointment-only, which is not clearly stated on their website or Google listing. When I asked about scheduling for the same day, the woman laughed and said that wasn’t possible. After the drive and poor first interaction, we decided to take our business elsewhere. For future customers: the showroom is appointment-based only. Hopefully this saves others time and frustration.

Best experience from start to finish. I called FCI based on the 5 star reviews and they did not disappoint. Brieann was a great help with selecting my flooring, and Kevin’s communication with managing the project from ordering materials to final inspection was excellent. The installation team was top notch and my carpet, LVP and baseboards look amazing. I love my new flooring and highly recommend FCI.

A floor covering store that comes to you?! Yes, please! Pete had a big enough selection to choose from without getting overwhelmed. I was looking to keep things natural with wool carpeting and I’m so happy with the results. We did encounter a hiccup with the first install, which had a quarter size bald spot, which Pete quickly filed a claim and got the new carpet relayed a few weeks later. Pete was so great with the whole process, keeping me updated along the way. If you’re looking for flooring, I highly recommend Floor Coverings International Twin Ports!!
