Owner Christin Eggener
Christin Eggener has been in the design industry for over 20 years. First as a design associate for a large hospitality design firm and then as a business owner of a successful interior design firm along the North Shore of Chicago. Her love for design and desire to connect with customers helps her develop spaces where people truly end up loving where they live. Her expertise in renovation and construction in residential and commercial spaces allows her to provide great knowledge in the day-to-day operations of Floor Coverings International. In addition, her meticulous sense of detail and sociable personality allows her to lead her team in taking great care of their customers and their flooring needs. Outside of work she enjoys playing racket sports and hanging out with her husband and 3 kids.
Production Manager Trish Herakovich
A native of Glenview, Trish Herakovich is an expert on the North Shore suburbs and interior communities. The combination of her communication, organization, contract negotiation and marketing experience along with her local market knowledge, love of homes and all things design, make her a strong salesperson to represent BRG Flooring and FCI. Trish is also experienced in the construction and rehab process undergoing many projects of her own on current homes and investments. Trish is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. Prior to joining the FCI family, Trish began her sales career working in the corporate world for HSBC and Capital One managing credit card portfolios where she interacted and negotiated with top CEO’s and most recently, she has been selling real estate for the past 5 years. Trish can’t wait to help future clients with all of their flooring needs.

Meet Lindsley Godbout, our new Office Manager/Product Manager at Floor Coverings International. With a career spanning over 30 years, Lindsley brings a unique blend of organization, efficiency, and a knack for problem-solving to our team. Before joining us, Lindsley managed a bustling chiropractic practice where she was the go-to person for everything from tech upgrades to patient care to medical billing. Her ability to juggle daily phone inquiries, insurance claims, and appointment scheduling with a smile has earned her a reputation for being both highly organized and incredibly personable. Lindsley’s journey started in pharmaceutical sales, where she quickly became a top performer, consistently exceeding targets and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Her diverse background also includes roles in medical sales, marketing, and even teaching, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both client needs and team dynamics.
